I recently did a poor review on Deals Landscape Co. that resides in Beavercreek Oh becuase i felt like i had no choice. Upon reading the review the Supervisor Matt immediately contacted us and said he would like to come and look at the job. Well he did and he found it to be unsatisfactory. Matt told us he wanted to make it right and so a couple of weeks ago he sent out a crew to my house and they over-dressed my backyard, about a half acre with good quality top soil, raked everything smooth, and in total it was 7 yards of soil and 5 bails of hay and i am not sure how much grass seed., but it was a lot. The job was pheonominal, and the crew he sent was phenominal. Matt and his crew renewed my faith in Deals Landscape and i will continue to hire them to do work at my house. I highly recommend you hire these guys becuase if you have a bad experience they will make it right at no cost to you. That is real old school service and I am so appreciative of how this all turned out. The crew even said if the seed didn't take in the spring they would come out and re-seed at no cost. Like i said in my other review they have done work at my house and it has always been a fair price and awesome care and workmanship, but i had this one bad experience and Matt and his crew delivered with outstanding results. Thanks Matt and crew, and i seriously mean that:)

Job Well Done. Had Deal's re-topsoil and sod multiple large areas in our yard. They showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Even though difficult to estimate the amount of time needed, they did that very well. They had professional industrial equipment needed such as dump trucks and bobcats. They ensured drainage was considered during the job. I thought the cost was reasonable. Business office was very responsive through e-mail. I would use Deal's again in the future for a significant landscape project.

These people are great. We rented our house for a few years before we bought it and the landscaping was a disaster. Once it was ours we had Deal's come out. They came up with an awesome design and took care of everything to include pulling the old stuff out. We always have people coming up and asking us who did it. They are also great anytime you need mulch or dirt. Just pull your truck in and they will load you up. A wonderful family business with good employees.
