Keith and his crew were diligent and intelligent with helpful suggestions during the re-landscaping of our back yard (and mulching all the rest). They were very neat and made sure to clean up every evening. Nic was on the scene every morning to check things out with Keith and his crew. Given all the positive reviews of this company, I am surprised that I had such a bad experience. I decided to switch over to DosKoch for lawn mowing starting this Spring because I contracted them for snow plowing this past Winter, and my previous landscaping company did not offer snow removal. Nic reached out to me and offered a free estimate, and I liked the idea of having the same company for mowing and snow removal. I was told over a month ago that my property was added to the rotation for weekly lawn cuttings, but they never showed up and now my grass is over a foot high. I reached out to him 3 times during the past two weeks and each time I was told to expect them to mow the following day. They never came. The lack of honesty and poor communication was unprofessional and disrespectful. I m leaving two stars because they did follow through with snow removal this past Winter, albeit they only had to plow my driveway twice because we didn t get very much snow.
