They came out to take a tree down for my neighbor that is next to my driveway. Asked me if they could use my driveway for some of their equipment, and I agreed. In the process of backing their equipment into my driveway they ran over my mailbox. Said they would replace it but I wanted to do it myself. Said that was o.k. and to send them the receipts for my cost of new mailbox. Sent in receipts and called many times and NEVER got any compensation for my cost and labor. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL HACKS.

We had 8 trees taken out and Mike's Tree Service gave us the best price. The guys who came out did an excellent job! We had 3 massively tall (90-100ft) pines and it took all day for them to do everything. And it was very hot out to boot. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. The guys were very friendly, polite and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had a huge tree come down in our backyard during the storms last weekend. Mike's came out this week and gave us a reasonably priced estimate. Today their team cut up and hauled the tree away, and were able to take most of the stump also since it came up out of the ground when it toppled over. They even cleaned up the yard when they were finished and you can hardly even tell a tree came down back there! Great company, would definitely use and/or recommend their services again!! I would highly recommend to anyone! They trimmed a huge oak tree for us. Mike is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what needed done, and the crew did a great job shaping it back up. The crew was professional, fast and efficient, and took the time to clean up well. They did exactly what we asked for at a very fair price, and our favorite tree on the property looks great! Very satisfied customers!

Waited 6 weeks. I was very specific what I wanted done. Nothing left over the drive and cut back from road. They started packing up before this was done. When I said something they hurriedly did what I indicated and left. It looks terrible

Had an emergency in which I needed to have a tree removed and a few branches pruned back, but Mike and his company were fast to respond and came to the job site within a few hours of my call. Impressive and quality work. Highly recommend.
They were earlier than expected for the estimate. Their estimate was much lower than the expected price. After the estimate they were back within just a couple days to complete the job. They were fast and left no ruts in the yard or evidence that a tree was removed, other than the stump. I would use this company again without hesitation.

They damaged a shutter on our house and never bothered to offer to replace it or to pay for the damage. It nearly hit the window.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. I was cat called by an employee of Mikes WHILE he was in the MIKES TREE SERVICE TRUCK!!! The truck smelled horribly of marijuana. I would highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this company.

We had two trees taken down, asked them to leave the brush, but they didnt cut up anything. Left the tree connected to the stump. When my fiance went out to pay them, he took off, not taking the money.
