My yard was service twice within one week. Atp y’all have lost your mind! Then trying to get a person to answer the phone to cancel service is a joke!
This is my second review on Unlimited. The first was the day i cancelled service due to the lack of response, poor communication, and poor service. Today's review is due to coming home today and seeing the sign they had sprayed my yard. It's actually symbolic of the entire experience with this company. Not listening to the customer, not recording past calls and direction and poor service. I called again, cancelled again and told them i was not paying for the spraying today. Just when you think they couldn't get any worse they show up and prove you wrong.
Keep paying to kill crab grass and was find by the association for weeds. So I canceled my service and they are saying I owed money for unsatisfied work on numerous complaints.
Your company has the worst worst customer service ever. You are untrustworthy and I have no idea how you are still in business. I need a manager to contact me asap. I’ve called your company over 10 times and I’ve only had service with you for one month. I had ONE lawn application and you’ve caused so many issues with me in this short amount of time. I cancelled Service after one application. And you continuing to charge my card you have on file. This is unacceptable. Whenever I call your office, I’m told a manager will call me back. How many times do I need to keep contacting you before you get it right?
Dorian V Esters is the best. He not only listened to my concerns, but walked the property, and did what I requested. We were about to cancel the service but he changed our minds. Thank you, Dorian....please keep him on our route!!
Very Disappointed. My neighbor used them for a year and his yard looked great, so I asked him who did it. First visit wasn't bad, except I still had some weeds and I called 3 weeks later and I was told it would take some time before I had results but they would send someone to do a redo at no charge to me. It took about a week to get him out there, the guy wasn't here barely long enough to put up the sign and I have streaky areas of green and patches of burnt lawn and a large burnt out area where grass used to be on the side of my home. THEY CHARGED ME for the service after telling me there would be no charge. When I tried to talk to "Ross" who offered that at no expense. I never got to talk to Ross he never called me back. I ended up talking to someone else who said Ross was "busy in the field", and didn't honor the offer Ross made. I ended up paying and thought "oh well" Meanwhile my neighbors formerly lovely yard was beginning to look like mine. Streaks of green and burnt spots! He said they were great service in the beginning, but his wife said the same thing.. guy wasn't there but a few minutes, about long enough to put up the sign. To their credit they offer to make things right, but that cost me $69.00 last time so once bitten.....I would like a refund for that "Free $69.00 redo , but I doubt that will happen. I water my lawn @ 5 am 20 minutes per zone, three times per week (Except when it rains) and mow it every week or 2 depending on how much it grows and keep it at 3.5 inches long. I have a neighbor 2 doors down whos lawn looked awful 3 months ago and now looks green and amazing. We are all going to get on board with his lawn care service." All I can say to Unlimited lawn care at this point is Get Off My Lawn!
Their Back!! ULC returned to fertilize after the aeration was done. Tech Neil keeps good records and makes great suggestions for the future of my lawn. Look @ his work.
One star only because I have to. This company is the worst scam ever. For the second time, I have personally witnessed the technician ring my door bell, then plop a sign in my yard saying what he supposedly did, then left. LAST YEAR, I was promised they'd correct the situation. I have them what I believe is a generous amount of time. They come out and never treated my lawn in any way or randomly spray green stuff all over the place, including my flower beds, which kills my plants. Never even walked around my house to see what the lawn looks like. My lawn is still full of weeds and looks horrible. Do not use this company.
I cancelled services and they kept showing up. I had to call several times to stop services.

Unlimited is the company you want to use for your lawn care needs. I ve used one of the other locally known company at two previous properties and finally made the SWITCH. So happy I did and so will you.
David did a great job servicing my lawn yesterday. He knocked on my door to let me know the treatment we were getting and provided me with instructions on how to maintain the lawn until his next round of service. Thanks, David!
Edit to the Below: if you can get in touch with Sondra in Accounts Receivable, she will help you. At this point couldn t save the relationship, but extremely knowledgeable on their business, and willing to help! Technicians lie about services provided. We prepaid for services and can t contact them and they re telling us we owe them money. Customer service department says it is hard for them to access the online Contact Us portal, so don t bother using that. Customer service phone number they don t answer. They do answer the Sales number, so if you want to talk to someone (not that they will be helpful) use that number. They also send annual renewal letters, but this year there was a malfunction so they haven t gone out yet. All the letters say are if you don t contact us we ll keep showing up and charging you , which doesn t help cause you can t contact them.
I received a friendly reminder call from Lesly, and I spoke to Liz Stephens when I had to call back to verify a couple of things with my account. These two ladies were very kind and addressed all of my concerns. They provided me with A+Customer Service. Thanks, Lesly and Liz for being so helpful and kind.
Thanks to a caring business and employees, a reschedule was made for my yard treatment after my lawn care co. came. Many thanks to Kayla for checking and rescheduling.
