I have cameras at my home and they treated a third of the property. Terrible management and terrible technicians. I am currently out of town but got a text of the tech arriving and 3 minutes later got my invoice. How do you treat 1/5th of an acre in 3 minutes?

I appreciated the follow up videos addressing each of the weed issues in my yard. I contacted them because of the weeds that have taken over my yard and their concentration on weed control.

They provided me with great service in 2023 so I ordered a full year package for 2024, but it was a big disappointment, same service, they treated me very perfunctorily this year, even the overseeding and Aeration in the fall was very rough, you guys broke my trust and I will not use again!

Had a few different lawn services and all fell short of my expectations EXCEPT Weed Man. Usually after a couple years the quality drops off with other lawn services, but my lawn has never looked better and going on 4 years with Weed Man. Highly recommend.

Never hired them since they used deceptive marketing. Promoted 50% off aeration so called in to set that up and they d only do it if I signed up for $500 in other procedures.

Called about three weeks after a lawn treatment to complain about the ongoing weed problem in my yard. Was promised an extra treatment that never happened. I finally wound up treating the weeds myself which is ridiculous considering what they charge me. They bug you constantly about purchasing extra treatments for mosquitoes, grubs, etc which gets annoying. I wish theyd spend as much energy on my yard as they do trying to upsell me.

Weed man does a great job for our yard. We have almost 2 acres and keeping the weeds under control can be a challenge this year since we switch to weed man our yards never look better. We are very pleased with their service and results. Marty Murphy

They are 100% responsive to my requests and always treat me with cheerful kindness. They offer extra services but never pressure me. Even with my timid way of saying no, they respect me. My yard looks so much better than before I started working with them.

Weedman is very deceptive in their practices. They offer you a promise for 39 dollars and then they are right back out after 3 weeks t charge you the 118 dollars. I had weed man come back out to my house because we still were seeing weeds!! So when they are selling you their product they tell you they come out for free to retreat weeds! Instead of coming out free to revisit after first application. Instead they start another treatment without tellling the consumer and charge 118 which is supposed to be complimentary!! So then I call their customer service line and their explanation was they had to move their service in Indiana. I would not use their service again. Weedman Indianapolis is just about making money!! Not doing things the right way.

The team showed up at my property when they said they would. Promptly introduce themselves And ask if I had any questions. They were professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly I can t wait to see the results.

I did the full Weedman package last year and was promised this spring I would be amazed with the results. I will say that is the furthest from the truth as my yard basically looks the same. There is no real involvement or engagement from anyone to ensure your yard is looking great. Throughout the year they just leave you basic information on watering. I called to adjust my service this year or cancel and was promised someone from management would call and that never happened either. Only reason for even giving 2 stars was due to the mosquito treatment which was top notch. Otherwise I would only give 1 star.

What makes Weed man lawn care stand out among the best is the professional courtesy notification the day before reminder they will be there. The courtesy notification arriving at the property as I have a large dog in the fenced back yard that gives me time to bring dog inside. Their customer service is impeccable in today s world! My lawn is one that my neighbors ask who I use! The lawn technicians provide sound recommendations to your lawn needs and never hard sales, just care about your lawn and informing you in order to make sound decisions that fit your needs and budget. I would recommend anyone to try them out for a season of difference!

Great service! My lawn looks great all year long. I have referred 4 or 5 new customers to Weed man and they are all happy as well.

I have 2 retired K9s-dogs that are socialized in the public for 9 years, in parades, go to schools. I am home 3 days a week and dogs are in house. Weedman canceled our services without notice and won t come out due to vicious dogs. I had to call several times before I got this response as to why no one was showing up. I would never recommend them. Terrible customer service and took 5 phone calls to get to reason.

On 04/22/24 I spoke with a customer service agent from Weedman lawn services and her name was Sara. And the company came out last season and did some work in my yard, which wasn t satisfactory. But surprisingly, even when I reported it last year when the new season started. This company Weedman Lawn services reached out to me and said they would come and fix the situation to my satisfaction. and Sara was so helpful and kind to satisfy my needs. I have never experienced that type of Customer Service in a very long time. so if you or one of the people that are looking for a lawn treatment company I ll tell you now that Weedmans Lawn service do back their work. So yes, I will give this company a five star because of their customer service and a loyalty to their customers and now I want to say thank you to Sara for assisting me with every need that I need.

Great service

I used Weedman last season. There was always an issue with them understanding where our property lines were & treating our entire lawn. I walked the lawn with 3 different techs & they still couldnt figure it out. The last straw was when I had them aerate our lawn. Supposedly, their equipment malfunctioned & it left big holes in our lawn on the side of our house. In addition, because of the malfunction, they were not able to complete the service. They charged us same day for the full service & didnt inform us of the issue. I discovered the damage & the incomplete service same day & sent them a text. Their solution was to come out & throw some grass seed around. There was no monetary consideration. So... we literally paid this company to tear up our lawn. BTW, we still had weeds all Summer long.

Theyve been doing my lawn for years. Highly recommend them. Appreciate their payment plan. They will work with you to ensure your service is taken care of and arrange for payment thats suitable for both parties

This is my second year with weed man, we will see how it goes, so far so good. Its a little less expensive than some of the other services and they use granular fertalizer instead of liquid which I believe lastslonger and works better. Inused to do it myself and ways swore by the granular weed and feed.

I am happy with the services provided. I dont know why fertilization is not listed in the services, but they did do fertilization and aeration. The only complaint i have would be their customer service doesnt always communicate properly with their techs. They do good work and my lawn is showing improvement. This is the 2nd year that I am using Weedman.

Amazing customer service! I read the reviews. and I called and asked all of my questions I knew I was in good hands. The technician, Brian was professional and friendly. He gave me tips to do in-between times of treatment. Services

Their customer service was great when I had questions and needed clarification. They guaranteed weeds would die by x amount of days, and the tougher weeds would take more than one application. Fair. Unfortunately, after all applications, there were still weeds. I started applications fairly late in August, but even the weaker weeds still survived until the cold/change of season got them in early November. My new service did an excellent job spraying my entire lawn with weed killer, not just spot treatments. All weeds withered on the first application. What truly made me leave was being hounded about adding Aeration and other add-on services, (3x), after asking to stop trying to sell me the first time. Just a whatever experience.

This is my second year that I have chosen Weedman to do weed control maintenance at my home. The customer service is absolutely excellent from the technicians who come out to the sales and customer service staff. My lawn has never looked so luscious and green. Thankful to have stumbled upon this great company!

Ive tried multiple Lawn Care providers, and these guys and gals are the best Ive found. They do a great job maintaining our lawn, and are incredibly professional. Everyone from the Service techs who apply the treatment to the folks on the Ops side. Any issues with weeds after treatment, and they come back out free of charge to address the issues with no questions asked. Unfortunately, companies which provide this level of service are a dying breed. Keep up the good work Weedman!

I am extremely happy with my yard under Weedman s care. They are quick to answer questions and have worked with me on the timing if the services. My yard looks great, and the services are affordable.

Living across from a field, I used to struggle with dandelions. Using weedman has eliminated them as well as other difficult weeds I had. They have always set realistic expectations of how different weeds will react, and are extremely responsive to questions or to come back out if I feel I need it. Now I have visitors comment on how good my lawn looks!

Charged me $105 to cancel, after paying $300. Total over $400. After paying all that money. I had to go out and buy fertilizer and weed killer. I wasted hundreds on them!! Run fast. Run now!! I got with Weedman in 2014 when I bought my property and they did an amazing job. The yard was very bad and been very busy at work, there was no time for me to take care of the yard. They came to the rescue and I am glad they did!

Too expensive for me

Went online for a quote, accepted same day and had someone in my yard 2 days later already putting applications down for me!

I just spoke with Danielle about a question with my billing. She was very nice and explained all the current and future charges. Very helpful. She is also sending someone out to respray the weeds around my patio that were missed for no charge. Very pleasant and helpful.

This is my third year with Weedman, and my lawn has never been more lush and green. Customer Service is professional, client-friendly and accommodating.

I witnessed one of their men chasing a tiny baby goose down my fence row with his sprayer. I ran out to stop them and his supervisor stepped up and denied it all. They are in trouble because they were to treat my neighbors lawn and we have 2 to 3 feet on the other side of the fence. They sprayed my fence against my wishes. Im still waiting for a manager to return my call and I have called Channel 13.

WeedMan did a great job helping me transform my yard from mediocre to amazing. I had neighbors whom had different lawn care providers convert to WeedMan after seeing the results I had.

After termination of my prepaid contract with a local competitor, Weed Man turned my weed infested yard around in a few short weeks. Weed Control Results were noticeable within a day of the first application.

Weed Man I have used them for I believe this is my 5 year I have not been disappointed with the outcome of my yard and the technicians answer any questions that I would have for them I would highly recommend weed Man to everybody I know.

I also talked with a woman named Sarah and she was very helpful in explaining all of the services I would be signing up for the 2023 season. She went out of her way to make certain I had a price adjustment on my lawn aeration and a discount for paying the annual fee upfront. It was a significant cost savings. Weed Man clearly has very professional individuals working with them and they have been very kind and respectful to customers!

Shameless, unethical company that keeps harassing me since April.I tried to told them politely to remove me from their list for 3 month after they call me almost every single day. Then I have to tell them to leave me alone. That works for 2 months. Now they are calling me again. This is harassment. Disgusting! You will never have my business .

They did a great job aerating and overseeding last year. It has thickened the lawn so nicely. The weed control has been excellent. In the several years I have used them, they have only had to come back out a couple times to reapply in trouble areas. They provide lawn care tips and helped me improve my sodded yard that was poorly cared for before I bought my house 9 yrs ago. It is affordable and it is a good investment in the exterior of your home. I think the formulations are better than what you can get in home improvement stores. Believe me, I tried for about 4 years to do it myself. I do my own mowing, trimming, and mulching. Weedman took over the complexities of my lawns fertilizing/weed control/aerating/ overseeding needs and the results in my yard bring me so much pleasure. I know as I sell my home the purchaser will appreciate what Weedman has done to beautify my humble abode. Thanks to Weedman.

I used to live in Camby. They did a great job with weed control at a fair price. I moved to Brownsburg with an acre yard and really could not afford the price for that much weed control. However I am looking for an over seeding and decided to give them a call. Turns out they only provide that service to customers already in weed control program guess they dont need the business.

A very service-oriented professional organization Ive used for many years. When they took over my yard maintenance, everything changed. I used to have a very yellow yard in Aprils and May, but thats all history. No more grubs and moving patches of grass in the fall. They text a day or two ahead of an appt to let me know when they plan to be there. And if weather or other things change the schedule they inform me so I know how to plan. I couldnt be happier with Weed Man services.
