Every staff member that serviced my property was top notch and courteous. From the start Luke was the one that sold me on LVL on what they can do and their commitment to their customers.

Service was always done as scheduled and well done. Erin Parsell and Luke Galazin both did a great job on the service calls.

Drivers are careless and have no care for Human life. They drove thru Wawa on willow lane just 5 minutes ago willing to smash into every and any car reversing out of a parking spot. It s something I have never seen. Beyond dangerous and rude and just flat out not okay. If someone is reversing before you are near them, you stop! You don t just drive thru and almost smash into 2 cars!

From the very beginning, the whole LV lawn team was great. Brittney & Eliza explained everything one needed to know about the process of overseeding and aeration. I was notified the week before that my area was next. Then then called the afternoon before to let me know they are coming in the morning and technician will be knocking at my door before starting work to take note of property lines and any questions or concerns I had. Luke was so professional and knowledgeable. He told me he went to school for this. He did his job with proficiency, answered all my questions, and was so detailed orientated & thorough that my neighbor next door came out to ask for Luke s name and company. I gave all the info to my neighbor and called LV Lawn to thank the entire team. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer and my neighbor(s) also witnessed what a fantastic job Luke did!

Requested a estimate on April and met with a guy that came over and wife gave em the ideas she wanted for the landscaping. He said we should hear back within 2 weeks. It is August now and nothing. We even contacted them again around May/June to see what happened. Well summer is almost over now and really disappointed that we couldnt get the landscaping done. I guess on to the next one

LVL completely renovated our front lawn and install a new lawn from seed. They were professional, friendly and no matter what concerns I had they were there to answer everything. We since hired them to fertilize and threat our entire lawn, front , back and sides. Everything looks great and highly recommend their services. Customer service is fantastic. Matt put a plan together to take care of our lawn and Luke worked on the lawn to get it looking great. Never an issue when I called and took care of my concerns almost immediately. They have my complete trust.

We started using Lehigh Valley Lawn in 2023 since we had a lot of weeds and bare spots on our lawn. They were able to turn it around and made it look great! We continue to use them and Luke, who does our treatments, has done a great job explaining things and takes his time applying the various applications, etc. They are also very good at communicating. Brittany in the office always lets us know in advance when they will be here so we plan accordingly with our dogs, unlocking our back gate, etc. We are impressed by their professionalism and ease to do business with!

When Patric shows up to do my lawn service he is polite and answer questions about my lawn. From the time he shows up he goes right to work and never leaves a mess.

Great customer service, and definitely great results after only 1 season! I have used LVL for the whole 2022 season, and so far through 2023. Overall yard looks super green, weeds are WAY down, fewest dandelions in the area. Also, clover has been reduced by about 80%. I would definitely recommend.

Requested Lehigh Valley Lawn a number of times and each time I was very pleased throughout the entire processes of each time. Its the right choice to trust them.

From the initial visit to the completion of the project, I was more than pleased with the services provided by LVL for the spring cleanup of my property. Suggestions were made that improved the look of the property and the workers who carried out those suggestions were skilled and pleasant to work with. To top it off, the estimated cost was less than that of a competitor.

LVL is the best lawn service company Ive dealt with and Ive used several. Bottom line, their lawn treatments work. From aeration to grub control, fertilizing and weed control, our yard has never looked better. On top of everything, they actually ask how theyre doing and if youre happy with their service! Communication is always prompt, with 48 hour notification of each treatment, along with competitive pricing and a professional staff.

Lehigh Valley Lawn is just a joy to work with and their customer service level is just truly outstanding. They are the best lawn care company around, and I have had many at my home, (Ture Green, Scotts Lawn service is just a few). They actually do care about the results for your lawn, not like the other companies out there that just show up, spread some seed around and send you a bill. If you have an issue, all you have to do is call and someone is there is a day or so, at least they have been for me. I have referred 3 people now and all have excellent results. One person in mind, had clover all over and very thin grass, they are on their second year with Lehigh Valley Lawn and his wife mentioned to me the grass is so thick and just loves to walk bare foot all the time. I had a guy come to give me an estimate on landscaping on Sept. 12. He ran through my property, asked zero questions, never wrote anything down and never gave me an estimate. He clearly did not take me seriously. A different company is getting my $7000. A $7000 mistake has got to hurt!

We have been using LVL for the past 4 months and I have been quite impressed with their service, communication, responsiveness and effectiveness. It a very short time my lawn has grown from about 30% weeds and 70% grass to 98% grass and 1% weeds. It is greener, fuller and looks like the lawn I wanted it to be when I tried applying fertilizer, weed killer, insect control etc. on my own using the Scotts lawn care program. I cut my own grass, but they take care of everything else including seeding and I have been really pleased with all aspects of this local business. Brittany, the point person in the office, is incredibly responsive and informative.

The team did a great job cleaning all the leaves in my yard and now doesnt look like an abandoned house anymore. I had a few questions about the estimate and Ron answered them all. Will be using them again without hesitation.

To his and their business credit they took my feedback seriously and sincerely apologized and explained the situation that caused me to be left out and not communicated to. Totally understandable to me the way that Lehigh Valley Lawn owned up to this service recovery with the personal visit, explanation and ensuring my first lawn cut with the new provider was covered by them more than makes up for the experience and makes me want to be a return custom when their fleet and staff are up to the levels they need again. Bottom line - this is a 5 star company, one I was with for 5+ years and will likely return to as soon as they can provide the service again. You need not worry in any way to do business with these fine folks. ---- Used Lehigh Valley Lawns for about 5 years. In that time, they provided great work, reliable and at a fair price. At the start of this season, I noticed no one was come out yet. Seeing my grass get taller, I reach out to inquire. I receive this note We are sorry but our mowing routes are full and we are unable to service your property this year. We had filled our routes as of 6 weeks ago. At this time, we do not have anyone we can recommend to you. I do not consider this professional or respectful, no one ever reached out prior, no communication, not even an attempt. If I did not reach out I wouldnt even know they dropped me as a 5+ year regular lawn maintenance customer. It is ok to say, this doesnt fit our route anymore, or we need to raise the price, etc. It is not OK to say nothing and only respond when the customer wonders where their provider is. They could not even be bothered to recommend someone, to that end, I cannot recommend or endorse their service. I have found a far more professional group that I am very happy with. It is unfortunate that a business would treat a long time customer like this, it does not reflect well and should be taken into account for anyone considering them.

We contacted Lehigh Valley Lawn in May for a quote to redo our firepit area. They came and gave a reasonable offer. We were put on a waiting list and received updates when the project would start. We were notified via email for all updates/ when the crew would be here. 2 guys took on the task to construct the firepit, cleaning up each day. On the last day 4 guys were here to seal, lay dirt, plant grass and lay hay. All of them were respectful of our property. We are very happy with the finished project. Thank you all very much!

We will be using them next year for lawn treatment and putting new sod down.

LVL designed (by Ben) and installed (by Josh and crew) a patio with 2 raised seating walls and a path to the front porch. Ben was patient with our thoughts and changes and went on to create a design that was perfect. Josh came and made it happen. He was very respectful of his surroundings (our yard!) and is detail-oriented, so hes quite skilled in what he does. It turned out fantastic, we highly recommend LVL. A nearby crew of Lehigh Valley Lawns employees witnessed her unfortunate situation and, without prompting, offered their assistance. They provided gas and refused any payment, citing their kindness as the right thing to do. Such kindness from strangers, especially those with their own responsibilities to tend, is more rare than not, and does not go unappreciated. It extends beyond their lending of help, but to the inherent goodness in people. We had a tree installed and it looked like it had died within one year, initially it appeared as if it would not be covered for replacement but the owner paid serious attention to our issue and gave us a new tree, even relocated it to our satisfaction. Although it was a very small job, we appreciate the effort to make the situation right.

Matt designed a layout to enhance the lot s topography, incorporating decorative stone edgings with suitable trees and shrubs. Matt and his team did an amazing job on a 450 sqft paver patio in my backyard. Matt was very responsive and spent significant time in designing the patio, as per my requests. The sitting wall looks great and makes the overall patio look fabulous. I decided to add the patio lights in the midst and Matt made it happen. The onyx border pavers didnt retain the actual color and had several white spots all over. Matt went an extra mile and did everything possible to bring out the black color. After the project ended, they also seeded my lawn in the areas where the lawn was destroyed due to the work. Ben, who lead the project with the team, gladly answered every question that I had during the patio work. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Lawn if you are looking to build paver patio.
