UPDATE: See attached photos of letter I sent company. So now you’re finally going to respond but only because it’s public. The attached letter shows clearly that I did not want to end my service until the end of the season. Also that I would pay your stupid fee at the end of the year. Also attached is the one time I did receive a response from an email, wondering when someone would come and turn my sprinklers on. Every other time I called and they said someone would call me. Again, all of this could’ve been prevented with a simple phone call, email or text. However, your company chose to do none of those options and lose $1000 a year over $4.87. Super smart business Model. We had this lawn company for a few years. They did a good job. Then on the third or fourth year they wanted us to switch to them to have our sprinklers done. Well, of course I was gonna give them a try. I really did like them as a company. They came and blew out our sprinklers in the fall. Everything was great. Then the next year in the spring, they called about the lawn, set up the first appointment. It was me and that was when I Usually get my sprinklers started up. I emailed I called. They said someone would call me back. I had my lawn done a few more times. Then I had a little run in where My lawn guy came usually they put the bill in the door. I looked it wasn’t there. So I looked at my cameras and he put it in between two UPS boxes I had and then the UPS man came. So I called right away the same day and got the invoice emailed to me. I always send my check right away and I did that this time as well. Then all of a sudden I get a bill with a $4.95 late fee. I had called and I had said hey why did I Sent this right away I’m the one who actually had to ask for the invoice. They wouldn’t take it off, even though I can prove that I sent The check along time ago. I then of course took the opportunity to ask again because now it’s the When are they gonna do the sprinklers? Again, she said someone will call me. Well, I had my lawn done again And still no sprinklers And the fee is still on the bill. At this point, we’re in June. I wrote them a letter after calling a few more times and basically said look I want you to finish out. Lawn service, but I will not be moving forward with your services next year due to all of the bad Customer service I am getting this year and it all started with the sprinklers. I paid them their little fee and basically they never came back so they didn’t do my last five or six Treatments. What a petty little company. You begged me to use your sprinkler service and then you lost a customer who pays tons of money every year for you to do their lawn as well Because you just couldn’t come and do the work. Then you charge a fee to a good customer because someone in the office messed up I used to tell everyone to use you now I tell everyone never to use you. Good job real smart.

We had Verde Plus install a sprinkler system and seed our yard. They were very competitive on price and did an excellent job. The owner Angel was very honest and advised me to up the pressure on our well and it saved me a ton of money on the system that he installed. We now also use them for our Christmas lights. I highly recommend this company for any of your Lawn/yard and light needs. Top notch SERVICE!! Keep up the great work!!

Been using Verde Lawncare for over last decade... My yard is pure beach sand that's been hydroseeded... Good service and reasonable price compared to other fertilizer services... I recommend getting a quote from them and giving them a try!

I used this company for over a year, started out good, got rid of my creeping Charlie, but then they fried my lawn with the cart and whatever they put down. I called and emailed, they said someone would come out and look at it, no o e ever did. I emailed and called again and again, no response. Ugh!

The crew at Verde Plus turned my thin blades of grass into a thick turf. Walking thru it with bare feet you can feel how thick the grass is. They also repaired my sprinkler systems stem pipe which cracked. They fixed it on the spot. I give them 5 stars for their good work.

I have had Angel do my yard for 4 years and my yard is the MOST BEAUTIFUL in our neighborhood! All of our neighbors are jealous. I would never use anyone else. Thank You so much!!!

I have had Angel and his crew manage all my lawncare needs and Christmas light installation for several years now. He takes pride and ownership in his work and our lawn looks FABULOUS! He will not sell you service that is not needed and work is always done when promised. I highly recommend Verde Lawn Care Plus.

I have had terrible creeping charlie among other weeds using store bought weed and feed and was religious with applications but still fought with weeds. Angle started my service mid summer in 2018 with only 2 applications with weed and feed control. Weeds gone! This season my lawn is weed free with luscious, green, healthy grass filling in where weeds once controlled areas. Price is right compared to buying my own material and time spent applying it. Prepaid option saves some $$$. Highly recommend Verde Plus MN. Lawn has never looked so good!
