Came home after a storm to my sad and broken tree. Left a voice mail with Next Level the next morning and received a call back in less than an hour. From then on communication was quick and seamless. They were there by end of business to assess it--I even came home to all of the storm debris removed so no complaints from neighbors or the city. Gave me my options. Set a schedule and stuck to it. At the end of the day, I lost my tree. (Except for the gratuitous stump he left at my request for posterity.) Id gladly use them again if I had any more trees and I might still have one had I done so before. (Hint Hint to all you non shapers.) So, I guess I will simply refer them to others for tree service.

Heath was awesome, he came out same day for an estimate when I initially called and gave me an extremely fair price for the removal of a tree and 2 bushes as well as trimming my other trees and bushes and general clean up. He was quick an expeditious in fitting me into the schedule and did a tremendous job on everything. He has been the only reliable landscaping business that I ve called. Having called and had appointments with other landscaping businesses in which they never showed. Heath never let me down and gave me a fair price and will continue to receive my business.

Heath did an excellent job pruning my two palms that had many years of dead fronds. He was very knowledgeable and professional explaining the details of tree growth and various conditions to be aware of. Also, his prices are reasonable and his equipment, bucket truck, etc., made his work efficient and safe. He cleaned up the area very well after removing the dead fronds. I just moved to the Foothills and needed someone to do a much needed weed cleanup of a neglected property in addition to removing a very overgrown and unsightly tree that was too close to the foundation in the backyard. I was having issues with other local businesses not even responding to requests, but after leaving a voicemail, Heath called me back within the hour and was able to stop by and give me a quote same day. For the large job, I would say pricing was reasonable and we scheduled for about a week and a half out. A day later he called to let me know he had a last minute cancelation for that Friday and so he was able to get to me earlier which I was pretty happy about. He showed up on time, the day of, and was super professional throughout the process. My front yard looks so neat and he even hauled away the ugly tree! Heaths professionalism, communication, and work quality are definitely Next Level. Would recommend. Thanks Heath!

Heath came and helped remove a giant mesquite that was dangerously hanging over a neighbors pergola and the other half was going to fall near my dogs play area. Heath came by 15 minutes after calling, gave a timely and accurate estimate and even cut down the dangerous stuff before a heavy windstorm. He returned just this morning to clean everything out and made it look like there was never a messy tree at all. 10/10 for any tree service needed. He was strapped and had a harness and helmet and practiced proper techniques and safety. Maybe a total of three hours at my property for a fantastic experience.

I had a massive mesquite tree go down(partially on my neighbors fence line) I called and scheduled 5 different appointments with different businesses for estimates. Next level was the first too respond to my dilemma. They were extremely perfesional, and also reasonable on price.they scheduled me on a Saturday 630 in the morning,the heat was supposed to be 115 or over.they arrived on time and had all the large equipment to tackle this big job.they worked a full day in the blistering heat and did a fantastic job.i highly recommend this business.i will be using them again and referring them to family and friends. I called around to several companies to get an estimate for a large tree removal and NextLevel was able to drive by my front yard and provide an estimate same day! I received a digital estimate (very affordable, I might add) right to my phone and could text him with questions or additional requests. They arrived promptly on the date & time promised and removed the tree in question. Overall, just a very smooth & easy experience. Highly recommended!

Live in Yuma AZ Foothills and newer to the area. Long story short, was dealing with another company to bring down a decent sized and definitely overgrown Mesquite tree that had been uprooted and leaning on and over the top of our home due to a storm on Aug 23rd 2022. Kept getting the run around (didnt hold true to their word on when they told me they would come and said they would call me on X day and then no phone call that entire week). So on the afternoon of Sep 6th (after a promised phone call from the other company that DIDNT happen) I called 3 other companies and NextLevel and left messages to all along with a voice message on Heaths phone. 1 of the 3 other companies responded back but they couldnt help (short notice). NextLevel was THE ONLY company to make time to come early the next day, assess the tree, quote a VERY fair price, rearrange his schedule (because he was booked until Sep 26th) and came back a few hours later to get the tree trimmed down to about a 9 ft. stub and make our home and our neighbors home safe from a possible storm that was scheduled to hit Yuma on Friday Sep 9th. This was all I really expected due to short notice. Heath went above and beyond to help my wife and I out, his estimate was just below the first companies and VERY fair, his work was EXCELLENT (I watched him the entire time) and his demeanor was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. So out of 4 companies Heath /NextLevel was the ONLY one that was willing to cause a inconvenience to himself. I will ONLY recommend NextLevel to anyone I know for any kind of tree service from here on out. Thank you very much Heath, you and NextLevel are absolutely EXCELLENT

I learned so much about my tree and how to care for it in the future. They worked with my neighbor to drive the lift into his yard since the gate to my back yard is too small. They trimmed my tree way back and hauled out the branches, cleaning up my yard to better than it was before they began. I will continue to use them for all my landscaping needs.

I have a question; what kind of excavation services does this company offer?

I was needing someone to trim many of the trees around my house and was referred several people/businesses. I had each one come out to see the work needing to be done & got estimates from each one. Heath Lanning was one of the highly recommended people for me to contact but he ended up being the last person I spoke with to get a quote from. Heath answered my text very quickly & said he would stop by on Monday by 10am. It snowed the day prior so I wasnt expecting Heath to show up, but he did and he was here at the scheduled time!!! From speaking to all the other people willing to trim our trees, we decided to go with Heath - Next Level Landscaping, & were very glad we did. His assessment of the work needing to be done was very fair for the price he quoted us. Heath introduced himself to me & let me know his business was called Next Level Landscaping (I didn t know that at the time). He was actually very knowledgeable in his craft & I learned he was an arborist who was continuing his studys in that field. My trees needed some TLC & Heath was very professional, knowledgeable, & diligent with how he assessed each tree & gave me his recommendation for each tree. Heath got to working on trimming & cutting the trees without delay. He had other jobs at the time & let me know up front that he could work in stages if I was ok with that. I didnt mind as long as the work got done. Heath knocked out one tree at a time (7 total) but he did it quicker than I expected. He even surprised us when we got home & found that he cleaned up the yard from all the little branches & the tree clippings. I didnt know this but Heath had a mulching machine & he mulched away as he was cutting/trimming. My uncle wanted the wood for his wood burning stove so I communicated that to Heath by the 2nd day & he was kind enough to leave the big branches in small cuts like log wood. He even stacked them nicely after he was done in that area of the yard. Some of the trees required help to cut so Heath had to get assistance from one of his colleagues, but he didnt add that extra charge to the final price because he didnt initially include that into the quote. That was very fair & noble of him Heath was very efficient & honest and he kept me informed throughout the process. I wish I would have taken before pictures so you could see just how much work was done. The price for his work & his attention to detail was very fair for the amount of work done. We would definitely recommend Heath (Next Level Landscaping) for tree cutting or pruning!! Overall, it was a very good experience. I can t comment on how they do yard maintenance but if it s anything like the tree pruning/trimming, then you couldn t go wrong. Thank you for all you did for us sir.

We used their expertise to trim 4 huge trees, all refuse removed. Also they did a complete property clean up on 2 acres. Could not have asked for a better job. Highly recommend this business and the owner and crew.

Next Level did a beautiful job on our large Desert Willow. The professionalism and expertise provided is top notch. Heath really understands the presentation of problems in the tree and how to best address them. He sent us pictures of all the work done, as we were out of town, and educated us about issues that we were ignorant of. Every phone call, text, & email to Next Level was answered immediately and provided all the information I needed. They are prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Next Level and am thankful to have such excellence in our community!!
