These guys are the best. They came out when scheduled to give us a quote. They showed up early on the day the work was to be done. They removed a tree for us, cleaned up the debris and left the yard looking great. Very affordable and professional. Couldn't be happier.
Left a mess, refuse to clean up. I raked half a palm tree out of my backyard but they will not clean around sides of house, says that’s old previous mess. Minimum ground leaves, maybe half a bag of scatter. 5 minutes to blow and rake would solve, but instead got dirty looks and interrogated from boss in grey truck about leaves on ground. I am one of the only citizens in this community during summer and you think I have no voice? Maybe a nuisance for wanting down palm scrap completely blown out? Old or new, 5 minutes to solve, but would rather do minimum service.
Because of the storm they had to trim my huge mesquuite tree down to almost nothing but assured me that it would grow back. One year later it is full and beautiful and thriving! They were very professional and doing their work and their people are not only knowledgeable but very pleasant to deal with! Thank you so much for a great job well done!
Based on my experience, Arbortech is a really bad choice. Ongoing problems with this company not maintaining the trees in an acceptable manner. It had gotten so bad that some of my neighbors had to hire a different tree cutting business to trim their trees back because the long branches are hanging into their drive ways and touching their cars. This happened this year and last year. I would like to encourage everyone to come into our neighborhood to see this first hand. We are in Sunset Mountain Villas. One street within the community is S. Brand Lee Way. This is not an issue that lasts a week or so; it goes on for months. My neighbors and I have contacted the HOA and Arbortech but the trees are still overgrown. I will continue to share my experience with Artbortech with as many people in the Yuma area as I can. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S BELOW COMMENT: You state in your below response that you have not been the Sunset Mountain Villas landscape company for several weeks now. That's interesting because a truck with your company's name was parked in our community two weeks ago. Is your employee hanging our in our community and not working where he is supposed to be meaning he is not providing good service elsewhere? If it is true that you are no longer the servicer for our community, that is very good news for the people in our community. The overgrowth of the community's trees had been an ongoing issue long before 'weeks ago', so I am glad to hear you are no longer servicing our area. We need a company that provides good quality work. Again, I want to make sure everyone knows about my experience with your company and that there are other options in the Yuma area. Arbortech is a really good choice. My first experience with this company was about twenty years ago when, in 42 days over an 18 month period, they trimmed every tree on my property . My most recent experience was just last month and they are scheduled to be back in a couple of weeks. Always fair, always honest, always dependable and always getting better. I wish I could give this company 0 stars. We hired Arbortech to trim the trees in our front yard. Oscar was almost an hour late to the quote appointment. My wife told him to trim the trees back from the property line and the roof of the house. He simply said ok and left. I received an invoice for a tree trim and scheduled the service for a day when my wife and I were both at work. We got home at the end of the day to find that our trees had been completely decapitated. Not a single branch was left. We were horrified. We couldn’t believe that a licensed arborist would do this to trees, not to mention we were shocked and embarrassed to have bare naked trees in our yard. I can’t emphasize this enough, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Came in and removed two Ficus trees on Winsor, did an excellent job, and got those massive trees out in 2 days. Very professional!
If I could rate this company would be 0 stars I would the secretary or front office lady is rude bosses are rude poor customer service
Oscar stood me up three times and then ignored my texts and calls. Each time my wife or I took time off to be there for the appointment. I tried giving the company the benefit of the doubt by calling their direct line and reporting their employee. But Oscar must be the owner because the lady who answered blew me off and refused to help in any way. No problem. Plenty of other tree trimming companies to choose from in Yuma.
Arbor tech is absolutely great. Let me tell you why. We were out of town but needed our trees trimmed and thinned. Frank a very kind man came before we left told us exactly what our trees needed and wrote up a professional bid and we accepted it. When we came home 4 days later the trees were exactly as Frank said they would be. The trees are thinned and trimmed theyre huge eucalyptus trees and when we came home they were absolutely beautiful exactly what they needed to be done. The yard was raked and thats not an easy thing since we have gravel all over the place our patios were taken care of. There was absolutely no damage to the wall no damage to the shed no damage to our trailer which these two eucalyptus trees were hanging over. My Australian Bottle Tree blew over Saturday night Sunday morning and when I called Monday morning and explained the situation Oscar called me back and sent a truck out to fix the problem.

I manage a trailer park here in town first I had a meeting with Oscar to go over some trees to be removed he was a no show . Than he finally came gave me some excuse he was tied up in wellton so we go over removing these trees confirms they will be here today 8/16)20 no show again .. no call nothing . Will never use this business again
I was very pleased with the service that I received. The price was fair and the workers very professional, courteous and cleaned up well before they left. The owner followed up to make sure that the work and clean up was done to my satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated.
So this company is composed of two brothers and their sons. The man that showed up to give me an estimate told me he would do my front yard for $560.00. I thought that the price was a bit high but I thought that I would get exactly what I wanted for the price, and I thought that the Arbor tech seemed a legit business. We agreed that he would trim up the overgrown plants lower the crown of my tree and thin it out, and take two bushes out. I specifically told him I wanted the crown lowered on my tree. He agreed and said his people were going to come by and do it by the end of the week. On July 27 I show up from work on the day they came to do it and I was surprised to see that the tree was raised and the crown was left high. I did not like it and told the man that showed up at the house to charge me (same person that gave me an estimate). He said that his men (his brother and nephew) will show up the following Friday August 5 to fix whatever I was not happy with for obviously the same price ($560.00). They did show up sometime later and told my boyfriend that they could not do anything as they had to wait for the tree to grow out a little bit to fix it. October 11 I notice my tree is falling over and the roots are coming out of the ground because is top heavy and so I called and they said they will send someone over. When I spoke to the man that came by he said that they will lower the crown for an additional 175 dollars. I told him I shouldnt have to pay for something I wasnt even happy with from the beginning specially after they said that they would trim it lower. He said he would ask his dad and give me a response. I have called twice since one on Oct 22 and 27 and left a message, I am assuming that they are now ignoring my calls since I have not received a response. So it was a little over 2 months from when they trimmed my tree to when it started to tip over...I guess that its possible when you call Arbor tech to trim your tree. And they wont fix it unless you pay them extra because apparently its the winds fault.
