Total Care Lawn and Pool Maintenance in Yuma

Horrible Pool Service! We gave this guy an entire year to improve, should've terminated him sooner. Pool had constant algae issues. Spa was NEVER clean! In a final move of vindictiveness, when we terminated his services, he deliberately turned off our pool pump unbeknownst to us, and within a day the algae started building up so badly that our pool was dark green. He denied that he did this but even our new pool guy said he did that on purpose. Such immature behavior for a grown man. He also tried to blame it on the fact that one of my dogs likes to swim with us, but I've never had issues with dogs affecting our pool quality. Our new pool guy has been out 4 times and our pool has remained looking fantastic in between visits & the spa is always immaculate, whereas the pool/spa were always dirty under this guy's service. He takes no pride in his work & was always in/out within 10-15 mins every visit, and he never brushed the walls of our pool/spa. Good riddance to him! Zero stars, two thumbs down, grade F, wouldn't recommend to anyone! Photos shown are taken the day after his last service.

Chris at Total Care has been excellent!! His level of professionalism is great. Our lawn is the brightest and greenest lawn in our neighborhood. He takes special care and attention to make sure that it is taken care of, watered correctly, and even fertilized at the right times of the year. I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for GREAT lawn care. You will not be disappointed!
