Brian's Lawn Services in Yucaipa

I was a customer for 2 years. I called Brian one day to ask if he can reseed my lawn and clean up spots that have been missed . This is the first time I've called and asked him to do anything but the minimum. He came that day and said he'll be back to reseed the lawn that day. We'll He never came or called me to tell me different. I had to call him and ask and he said I'm sorry I'm out of that type of seed I'll be there tomorrow. Okay sounds good right? Well he never came. I called and text and he never answered back. The next week his guys show up and they do not fix the small things I asked. I call Brian again no answer. I shoot a friendly text to see when he'll reseed my lawn. Again no answer. At this point I'm assuming he quit. The next week his guys show up again and do the minimum and not anything I asked. So I text him saying I thought he quit and guess what. He finally text back. Brian I am an easy going guy but you're way to unprofessional it diesnt take much to reach out to a customer . You would still have my business if you did.

I’ve been using Brian for just over a month. Good work very reliable service. When I’ve had to call him he and his wife are nice people.
