Hugo and his team did a wonderful job helping us with a yard clean up on a 5 acre property. We had to do a yard clean up (trim tall weeds, remove dead trees, cut junipers, etc) to pass a Cal Fire Defensible Space Inspection. Hugo and his team were very professional and had excellent communication with us throughout the entire job. I’m happy to say we got the clearance from Cal Fire and it’s all thanks to Sanchez clean cut yard service. Things that you wouldn't believe how much they can fit in their trailers. I would highly recommend them to anybody. That needs any kind of service. Hugo and Frank cleaned up around my home and took away piles of wood, decking, carpet, and old junk. They were easy going, had a no problem attitude, and efficient. As we finish projects around our home we’ll definitely use them again. Oh, extremely fair price too! Thanks yall!

Today we had Hugo and Frank from Sanchez Yard Service do some yard work (mowing,edging and weed removal) plus they hauled away the remaining materials from a downed tree and other junk. They did a great job. This was going to be a one time deal but I'm planning to have them handle our yard monthly. I had dealt with some health issues and some injuries from a serious vehicle accident so my front and back yard looked like, as my 4yr Grandson referred to as "the jungle". Hauled all of our junk away! They were professional and fast. Picked stuff up at both mine and my mother’s house for one rate. I appreciate them being kind and worked with us to make it a flawless pick up! Fast service as well, did not have to wait weeks for pick up!
Hired to cut and clean up my large yard. They did a very good job, They were careful not to damage anything in the very tall grass. Hauled away all the green waste. I d hire them again.
Hired this company to clean up my grandmothers front yard. The place looks a billion times better and she can actually enjoy using her yard now. They also helped remove some old furniture from inside that has seen its best day.

Our lawn was very overgrown. I asked about their service and the price was very reasonable. They were able to come and now we have our backyard back! They have great service and come every two weeks to maintain the yard. Great work, great service. I would definitely recommend them.
