Amazing work!! We recently decided to put a pool in our small backyard. I sent them ideas of what we wanted and they succeeded our expectations. Santos (the owner), Carlos (our contact person), and Edgar (contractor) were all exceptional. They answered all our questions and concerns in a very timely and professional manner. The work they did came out amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. They also made sure our backyard rocks, plants and trees were left better than they were before the work started. They were tentative to our concerns and made the entire process stress free. We would definitely hire this company again and we highly recommend Cal Fig

Hired this company to instal concrete and sod in our back yard. Within a few weeks, the concrete began cracking and the sod began dying. We had to contact them multiple times to get an answer but when we did we were told there was nothing to do about the concrete. Santos came by unexpectedly and viewed the lawn, he stated to make sure it keeps getting water(the setting was set to two times a day). So we kept watering it was is for a few more weeks, well the grass continued to die and there’s no hope of saving it now. After speaking with other professionals in landscaping we were told the grass was likely being under watered or burnt as it was summer and the water settings were set by this company to run at 9 am and 3 pm. After receiving this information, we decided to change the water times to when it was cooler and add a third water time. We never had a chance to try this as Santos arrived the next morning to look at the lawn, he then told us it was overwatered and blamed us for the settings on the water timer. It took weeks to get an answer from them once we submitted another complaint in which we were told we would have to pay for new sod and the labor. Also I side note, they had set the sprinklers to over spray and our fence was constantly hit and is now water stained and a different color from the rest of the fence.

I'm so happy with the work that was done at my home in Chico. Santos and his crew of hard workers really did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about this company. Great job and very happy. I will be promoting them, should anyone ask me.
