In October I called Barrows to ask if they could come to my home to inspect my lawn irrigation control box because of a leak and which the valves and pipes would need to be repaired or replaced. They would not come out but asked for pictures to be emailed to their office so they could be reviewed and an estimate would be provided. By chance i contacted another landscape service about my problem and a crew came out the next business day and inspected and gave me an estimate. Two weeks later Barrows has never replied to my emails with an estimate. I thought this was poor and I would not recommend them. Too bad

Had a Barrows crew come out and get my backyard irrigation and lawn straightened out. They did an awesome job! Crew was very professional, on time and kept their work clean. They also installed a wireless control until, huge plus, very user friendly. Thank you Sterling for taking care of us. You guys did an awesome job!

We recently had Barrow's complete a total front yard landscape make-over for us. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Barrow's to anyone looking for landscape services. This family-owned business is staffed with competent, knowledgeable professionals. We are pleased not only with "what" was done but also "how it was done. Quality work, value for our money, completed by competent, quality people. The scope of work included design, demo of the existing yard, excavation and prep for new landscape, installation of mow strips, sod and whole yard plantings. We love the finished product and the people we worked with. At the outset we met with Kelly who walked us through the design process and developed a design plan for our project. It was a pleasure working with such a talented and engaging landscape designer who listened to our vision and brought our project to life. She made herself available to us throughout the project which was greatly appreciated. Our project was overseen by Marc. He reviewed the site, prepared the bid, introduced us to all the personnel who would work on our project and thereafter managed the overall project to completion. He was available to us and checked in frequently to track progress and see if we had any concerns or questions. We were blessed to have Mac as the key construction professional coordinating and doing the work with his crew. From our first meeting he engaged with us and our family. He became the 6 am whirlwind" who was always timely and professional. Quite quickly it became evident the vast knowledge, skills and abilities he possessed. He made a stressful project fun. I admire his candor, sense of humor and talent. Without exception if he said something would done it was. He well represents Barrow's as do the young men in his crew who were diligent and hard working. Everyone was respectful of us and our property. Our whole experience with barrow's has been positive. The yard is beautifully landscaped and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for quality workmanship and value for your investment, we recommend Barrow's Landscaping. Barrow's Landscaping was very professional and kept all of their commitments throughout the whole process. I started by utilizing their consultation services to design my front and back yard. Kelly sat with me and took me through multiple options while listening to what I wanted to see and the specific features I wanted built into the design. Kelly's designs are very well spelled out in the packet she provides you and you can imagine what your yard will look like with the onsite renderings she creates. Once I made my decision on what I wanted in my yards and how they needed to look Mark reached out to set up an onsite quote for the projects. Mark walked the yard using Kelly's design to ask me about placement and made suggestions on materials and potential upgrades I didn't think to include. I found Mark's quotes to be in line with the market's pricing and Barrow's is up front on the cost of any additions throughout the project if you wish to make changes. The project itself took some time to complete but given the current issues with supply chains and companies being able to retain employee's I found their timetables and completion dates to be reasonable. I worked with their foreman Victor on the projects, and he was very informative through the process. Victor had a great degree of detail about placement of plants and even the correct grade of the yards to help with drainage. Victor set the lights in the yard to provide the highest possible impact to its appearance. Overall, I was very satisfied with Barrow's Landscaping. I enjoy working with family owned and operated business because you get a level of care and customer service that larger companies are not capable of.

After 10 years of dirt, debris and hot summers, with Barrow's Landscaping, I finally have a beautiful front, side and backyard! Kelly helped me with a simple, but lovely design. Sterling, after 3 revisions, helped me with a drought tolerant, but cooler yard with smart choices and affordable plants. MAC did almost all the work himself and was very creative about how to work around my new septic cleanout. They are all hard working and honest. With a goal of excellence I now have a lovely yard, front and back which I can enjoy for many years to come! Great job everyone, thank you!

This company was very efficient and delivered as advertised. First of all, two other landscaping companies wanted to charge me a total of $600 and $800 total for a job that Barrow's was able to do for considerably less. They were on time, friendly, professional, and did exceptional work. Our job was quoted by labor and time at ($75/per hour). The two gentlemen that did the work were named Walter and Nestor and I really have to stress that I feel like they did everything in their power to move at a very fast pace and really give maximum value for the time they were here. Seriously, they worked very hard, very efficient, and very smart. I feel they gave me maximum value considering I was paying for their hourly labor and that means a lot to me as a consumer so I could not be happier about that. Finally, Lisa, the person who answered my call at the office and worked to make all the arrangements and coordinate this project was very friendly and professional and she was flexible in working with my wife and myself. I have nothing but good things to say based on this experience and I will definitely use Barrow's Landscaping service again for any services I need to my property. I would highly recommend based on my experience.

We hired Barrows to design and landscape our front yard. Kelly was helpful and had great ideas. Sterling and and his amazing team made it happen. We were so impressed, we decided to do the backyard.
