Very disappointed with their customer service, i was a customer for 2 years and not knowing better i was getting charged for weekly for 1 property and bi-weekly for the other. I was only supposed to be charged bi-weekly. I kept paying for two years and didn't check my account. I called in today to discuss with Ashley, HOLY MOTHER GF GOD. Does she have an attitude. Owners need to evaluate there customers. PLEASE and THANKS... I've cancelled my service, they just dont want business i guess.
Their crews do a good job, especially considering the ice storms and BIG snow storms lately (Jan 2024). They are dependable, careful & even show up for extra stop-overs when I request, like now with another ICE storm! This is my second year with them & they handle all my rental properties better than my prior snow removal company (!)
I would highly NOT recommend their snow removal service. They are contracted to clear our sidewalks and salt. They have yet to shovel or slat our walks.. They drove all over our lawn with the plow and ran over the markers left to indicate the edge of the driveway. They came at 2am, 14 hours after snowfall ended.. They woke up our entire household and neighbors. They have not replied to multiple phone calls or emails.
Terrible! Never came to service my lawn when I called they had told me they don’t have to employees to cut my grass? Now my grass is over a foot tall and I have no one to cut it thanks eco lawn

Helped a lot with my automower selection and purchase
Charge customers repeatedly after only taking pictures and saying they mowed. We watched them pull up take pictures and leave then my parents were billed for a full service. Very unethical.

Ok, I am changing this review from 1 star to 4 stars. I received really poor quality cuttings on the last two times. I cancelled them. However, I received a call from their Brandon and he recognized the issue and promised to make sure that they gave me the full attention I was paying for. I decided to keep them.
Snow removal is the taking 5 days to come outa joke
Good service so far they bought out Superior Lawn Service.
