Really annoying watching them blow paper and trash into my front yard at our condo facility Breezewood. No, they did not pick it up. Edit - While there is loose trash in the parking lot in general, they literally blew it from the sidewalk to underneath our raised garden bed. They looked at it, paused, and walked away.

Excellent lawn service - prompt - responsive - professional - have used them for drainage projects and their work is outstanding. Just wanted to add to my review of TurfTitanz. With the Army Worms destroying a lot of lawns in my neighborhood and local area, its great to know that there is a company that will immediately respond to your needs and concerns. TurfTitanz has always been just that as you can see by my original post. But I want to add the great customer service and the extraordinary people that represent this company. My account manager Brian is always in contact with me and offers great customer service. But then while I had the issue with the Army Worms, I met Harvey and Josh, who were very knowledgeable and very professional. TurfTitanz and Harvey responded to my phone call in less than 24 to service my yard. Then 2 days later, John M. showed up to do my regular warm season treatment. He spotted the sign left by Harvey and called the office to confirm the treatment. He then explained to me in simple terms the difference between the treatments and my expected results. They truly do care that my lawn looks great. This is a company that I can highly recommend!

Do not use this company. They are terrible. I do not even know where to begin. We used them for our backyard landscaping project and then for weekly landscaping maintenance. They are extremely overpriced and use the smallest plants they can find. So you re paying premium pricing for low quality plants. Their customer service is slow seriously lacking. We paid premium pricing for them to stay on top of things and let us know if anything was dying or there were issues. But i had to send multiple emails to try and get someone to address problems and issues and even then we had no response. When it came time for our one year warranty back in July they said that they would not replace one of our green arborvitae bc deer had been eating on it and it was diseased now. This wasn t covered in the warranty replacement Mike said. Yet i had a record of the emails I had sent to him letting him know I was concerned about that particular plant along with photos dating back from just two months after it was planted. They never responded during that year to any of these emails. When I confronted them w this Mike the service manager said that he would replace it but only bc he knew the nursery was running a special on them that wk not bc they dropped the ball. This reasoning seemed very weak and unacceptable to me bc there was no accountability but we were happy to receive the replacement even if we did have to make a case for it. Mike also was very condescending towards me while we spoke. This was shocking to me bc I don t normally have a problem with that and work with men in the construction field all the time. But this seems to be a pattern bc I found out he spoke the same way to my neighbor as well who is also a woman. In addition to these issues, I found out recently that they charged me $1400 for my palmetto palm tree that according to a local palm tree company should have cost $500 for the tree delivery and installation. On top of that they charged me $450 to winterize the palm tree and did it completely incorrectly. The local palm tree company, Paradise Palms, explained the winterization process and indicated that they only charge $40 to winterize it and said it should only be done w burlap for a few wks maximum starting at the earliest in Jan. Turf Titianz winterized my palm tree in November through March and used plastic on the crown or foliage and burlap on the tree. Plastic wrap can kill a palm tree bc it causes moisture to build up and the tree to become infected with fungus and mold. So they charged us three times the price of the palm tree and 11 times the price to winterize it and winterized it incorrectly for way too long. We are so lucky our palm tree survived. I wish I had done more research on them before I shelled out over $50k to get lackluster plants and service. I would absolutely run for the hills before doing business with them. I would also like to mention we found out later that our neighbors shared the same concerns and fired them the same wk that we parted ways with them which was a few months ago. I decided to write this review to warn people so they are not taken advances of as we were and others we know. If I could give them 0 starts I would.

Brian and his team did an outstanding job with our project. We had a patio with sitting wall and under neath lighting installed, along with two (2) cornhole pads. Everyone was extremely responsive and professional throughout the duration of the project. We were provided constant updates as they progressed. During the progression of the project there were several instances, when Brian had questions on exactly what look we were going for and used his experiences and expertise to show and explain the different type of options. This made it easy to understand and make our decision on how to proceed. There was a small hiccup with the polymeric sand and the cornhole pads. Even though it was properly applied, brushed and sprayed, the sand did not set as required. After notifying Brian of this issue, he made it a point to respond immediately to investigate. After contacting the supplier of potential reasons for failure, both pads were prepped and the materials were reapplied. Set up was achieved and all is good. Thanks to Brian and his team of hard working and respectful artisans, we are looking forward to enjoying the patio and some extreme cornhole battles.

Wow these guys are incredible! Elijah has been taking care of my yard this year and wow the difference is amazing. Elijah is always thorough and never rushes! My yard is starting to look like the yards I used to envy when driving by! Thank you Elijah!

I had the pleasure of talking to Jessica yesterday about seeing if I could get some land cleared that I recently purchased. Its about 110 acres of land. Unfortunately, they are not equipped to do that large of an area right now. Turf TitanZ is the 3rd place I have called, and by far, Jessica has been the friendliest and most helpful person I have talked to. Hopefully, they can accommodate the next project I have in the future.

After many years no grass would grow on our mother s grave, I mentioned it to Jessica and she arranged to have it taken care of. Elijah has been awesome in caring for our lawn! We moved in a couple of months ago and he has gone above and beyond when coming out to our property by being attentive, and helping pull some stray weeds when he sees them. Thank you Elijah!

Turf Titanz was very quick and responsive to my request. Mick came out to see the yard and measure. He had an estimate emailed that evening and they were out the next week taking care of my yard. Did an awesome job in a pretty quick time! Will be contacting for future work.

I was in a store and saw this young lady with Turf Titanz shirt on. I stopped her and asked her about services for the new home I will be moving into. Jessica was very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about things I asked. Jessica answered all of my questions and put me in the right direction to get started with services I am looking for.

Called for aeration and was told it would be a 1- 1.5 weeks. Called at 2 weeks later and was told they would call me back with estimate of time. No call received. I understand people get busy, but at least have the courtesy to say you cant make it.

I stopped Brian on Friday while he was working on my neighbors irrigation system. I had a few questions about my lawn. He thoroughly answered my questions and gave me some recommendations. So I m going to follow Brian s recommendations and I will be hiring Turf Titanz!

I was really excited about getting some sod installed and I got in touch with Cody last week. Explained to him the project we are looking to have done and spent a good 30 mins discussing the details. He told me he d get us a preliminary estimate which was fine. We ve got 2 other estimates and are looking to finalize the company we ll use. Friday came no estimate, Monday nothing. Called Cody and was sent straight to VM, sent him a text that I was waiting on the estimate crickets. Called again straight to VM, no response. You re trying to get big ticket projects done for your home the last thing you want to deal with is a company that plays silly games like this. I would have preferred a call or text saying hey we re not interested. I m sure the owner would not be pleased that a 10k project is going to another company because the sales rep didn t want to answer or respond. We ll move forward without Turf Titanz. Attached is Cody s response to the alternative number. Very accommodating for new potential customers but won t provide quotes?? Weird.

A representative arrived at my door and took down another companys advertisement, replacing it with one for Turf Titans. Despite my request for the other company to leave their contact information, the switch was made while I was away, leaving me with a negative impression of Turf Titans professionalism. Consequently, I wont be utilizing their services. The incident, captured on my Ring camera, left me feeling as though my space was violated. The representative may be a good guy at heart but the actions were distasteful.

Harvey has been very helpful guiding us in the correction direction concerning treatment for our lawn. His personal attention to our concerns and his knowledge about grass was very impressive.

Turf Titanz created a wonderful focal point in my backyard. They were considerate, helpful, and patient. Roberto and Alejandro paid attention to every detail and were very professional. Not a fan of a door tag being placed on my door, ignoring the plentiful no solicitation signs scattered about everywhere. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a trend.

This is the first rain where our sump pump isnt screaming all night long. In fact, today is a gulleywasher and nothing is pumping because Turf Titanz did such an awesome job on our backyard drainage issues! They also did great landscape clearing for us prior to that. They are professional, thorough, and reliable. Will be working with them again in the future.

If you need landscaping done, tree removal, weeds sprayed these are the guys for it. The owner Adam and Manager Brian were amazing and tentative with everything I needed with one of my propane bulk facilities. It literally looks like a brand new place. They were efficient and cost effective for me. I will definitely be using them again in the near future. Polite, respectful and overall just a great experience.

Turf TitanZ ruined parts of our yard. We have Bermuda grass that is very forgiving but two weeks and three days later we still have parts of our yard that are dead from them scalping it. I complained the week before that it wasnt a great mow and got worse treatment this last time. Supposedly had an account manager who didnt reach out. Dont trust them. Ever.

Cody and his team are professionals, plain and simple. Since I contacted them, they replied the same day and their organization and scheduling is flawless. Cody and Mike have a great business model going. Many landscapers in the area can learn from their example. I have great confidence that this summer, my lawn will be fantastic. My next door neighbor might get jealous! So lucky to have hired them.

A local business is a reflection of its owner and Adam has a five-star character, work ethic, and knowledge base. Weve used them for years on routine lawn maintenance, seasonal work, and special projects. Any issues that arose were always addressed promptly, professionally, and with customer satisfaction in mind. Weve had other landscapers in the past, but will not in the future. The people at Turf TitanZ are the people you want to work with long term.

Needed help in expanding mulch and pine island beds along with some other various yard enhancements. This team was very responsive and professional. I found the work valued added and ahead of schedule. I also use them for my weekly yard maintenance and they do a great job!

Turf Titanz has maintained our personal yard along with common areas of our neighborhood for 5+ years now. On a personal level, we have been thrilled with their work. The team is always consistent with arrivals (ie, Tuesday around 10am, there is no set time for lawn service, just the day) but it is nice to know when to expect them. Our lives have been made easier by the attention to detail the provide when edging, weed eating and general lawn maintenance. We recently added their mosquito service as well to our home and this has been a true blessing. Being able to go outside and not be eaten alive by mosquitoes or having to bathe in bug spray hourly allows us to enjoy the outdoors even more. They have consistently offered the best value for the service. In fact, so many homes in our neighborhood use them for care, that they were presented to our HOA for management of the community grounds. Their professionalism shines just as well in that service. I have noticed them many times picking up trash off the common grounds and areas leading to our neighborhood (not actually where they have to be, but its close by and looks bad.) Our community has asked of them some small extra tasks that we just did not have someone on hand to complete that they completed without hesitation. Once, there was metal garden bed edging previously installed near our clubhouse that had been damaged and had some rough edges that could cause bodily injury that we asked if they would be able to pull this up for the community on the next visit. TurfTitanz came out and removed this right away! On a personal level, I could not be more pleased with TurfTitanz for their consistency, quality of work and fair pricing. From a neighborhood level, it is refreshing to come home and see the common areas neatly kept not only during peak season, but off season as well. Its obvious the team cares about their work and treats your property as their own.

We have used Turf TitanZ for a number of different projects over the years in addition to their bimonthly weed control services. Simply stated, they are great. They tell you ahead when they will be coming, show up on time, and their clean up is terrific. The crew who comes to our house is pleasant and hard working and always willing to do extra when asked. We have also had them do a few extra projects related to drainage issues. Both times the problem has been solved quickly and the end result blends in nicely with our landscaping and cant be seen from the road. Adam s team prepared and then seeded our lawn in October. I joyfully watched new grass grow in record time and can t wait for spring/summer (in previous houses up north have laid sod-no patience). Adam, Mike and the team have always been responsive and professional-no pushy tactics. You just have confidence in them and what they are doing.

I ve dealt with many landscape companies over the years and this is the first one I ve been able to keep for the long haul. Any time I ve had concerns whether it be with billing or anything I had questions about with the yard, they have always been quick to respond and always with a favorable outcome. The young crew was very unprofessional and had very little experience. I constantly had to call the company back out to cut spots that were missed or trim areas that were not trimmed. The mower that they use is not for residential lawns. My suggestion is to find a better company that understands that they can t use commercial lawn equipment on a residential lawn. The service and headache is not worth the price. There are better rates for better, more in depth services.
