Brothers came out, fixed our bent fence, and then pointed out the damage ACTUALLY came from our HOA mowers, FROM THE OUTSIDE, and not them. I cant thank you guys enough for all you guys do for us! Alton, Gabriel, and Anderson came today to mow my lawn. I spoke to them for a few minutes, and they got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. They mowed, used the weed eater around my plants, and asked if I would like the grass that was growing in cement cracks to be sprayed. I m very pleased with their work, and recommend Brother s Lawn Service.

An employee became my guardian angle today. I was in a parking lot when Mr Ali (I didn t get his name shame on me) however I was able to get his name. He was parked across the lot from my car & was leaving. He called out do you know you have a flat) no I didn t. He offered to put air in my car while I shopped. When I came out of the store y tire had air in it & he was gone. I m a senior citizen, my husband was at home not feeling well & my closest son was 5 miles away. If I had driven on that tire it would have cost me so much stress & maybe a tow truck. What a great compassionate employee. If I ever need lawn service y all be my first call.

We have been using Brothers services for over 10 years and consider them to be the best landscaping and yard care business in Acadiana. They leveled and sodded our backyard in 2008 and have been caring for our needs ever since. They cut and fertilize our grass, trim shrubbery, mulch beds, weed and add color with their seasonal plantings just to name a few of their many services. They take pride in their work and strive to please. Weve had several landscaping issues over the years such as drainage and areas where its hard to grow grass. 1. I went online on a Monday and left a message. Got a confirmation e-mail saying someone would get back with me. 2. On the same day, I called the office in Lafayette, gave my address and contact information. Was told I would get a quote in 15 minutes and to check my junk mail and if there is something they needed, someone would get with me. Did that for 3 days. No one called and I did not receive any quote. 3. Three days later, no one got back with me based on their e-mail reply. 4. Called today, same lady who I dealt with the first time, checked my status and told me that it looked like they have to come to my house to look at the yard. Asked her why no once contacted me and why no e-mail reply, was told I do not know. Now is this professional and responsive? No! Will I do business with them? Definitely NOT!

Very prompt when called for a quote. I had received 3 other bids for landscaping and for irrigation work and they came in right in line with the other bids. I chose them because of a few references and the work was done on schedule and as they quoted. After a year and heavy rainy month was very satisfied with the work and they are definitely doing work on my future project and for my business.
