Unprofessional I called him to cut down a tree and he said he would come by so I called again and he said he was on his way never showed up waited all day when I could have got other things done he's not a responsible business person

Charlie does really good work & sometimes exceptionally good. However, can b difficult at times about giving estimates and doing work when agreed on. Also, he's open to counter offers on price.

Charlie is the nicest man who will talk all day if allowed. Unfortunately, he writes down nothing and hence was a no call/no show. When given another chance, same thing- NC/NS. Too bad!

I called Charlie to cut down some branches from a storm so they wouldn’t fall on my house or seven year old son while he was in the back playing , he gave me an estimate and see he would come by the next day, the next day came and went and no show, no call nothing , I called him and he said he would come out the following day so I decided to give him another chance, the following day came and went and no show, no call. After a week, I saw one of his men cutting a neighbor’s tree across the street so I went over to talk to him about what happened and he said that Charlie does this to everyone and he came over and looked at the tree and said he would get Charlie over that he has been backed up , well as you can guess he never came.I can understand being backed up but not calling to inform your paying customers or rescheduling is very unprofessional and to say your going to come when you have no intention to. It’s hard to support small businesses when your treated like that. Clearly he doesn’t need the money and needs a lesson on professionalism and running a business, your own employee even says you do this to everyone. Don’t waste your time or money and find someone else. Thankfully he is not the only tree service in the area.

Quoted me a price and a time frame never came out called and he lied and said he would come out later not dependable at all

I called and left a message for a estimate to cut down a tree on Saturday the 13th and today is Tuesday the 16th and still have yet to receive a returned phone call.

We had them come cut 2 real big trees down. Charlie is very professional he really knows what he is doing. We will Definitely have him out here again.

Started job a month ago, don't return calls, all he did was cut small branches now left with just big ugly dead tree in yard.
