Tony DiGiacomo first began his original lawn maintenance company, DiGiacomo's Lawns Unlimited, while attending Boardman High School. As he grew older, his experience, skill, and passion grew with him. In the past 40 years Tony has gone from dragging his lawn mower behind him on his bicycle, to having a large and skilled team ready to take on any project that comes their way. Almost everything has changed in the last 40 years, except for Tony and his team's commitment to their customers.
I’ve been using their residential lawn service for over 5 years - every week - that’s over 250 weeks of consistent, reliable, excellent, personable service. Grateful.
Superb Customer Service!
We had an all around fantastic experience with a great family run business. The owner is 100% involved in all parts of the project, with a great crew of hard workers. I'd say we had a larger project with many different services and they aced every single one of them. Tony is a real stand up guy and you won't find anyone more knowledgeable, professional and hard working. If you want it done right the first time, look no further. We'll continue to use them in the future. And I'm not buying any of the negative reviews, they're all bogus... either no comments or you can read between the lines on all the others.
Tony and his crew do truly outstanding work and Tony will bend over backwards to make sure you are thrilled with his work. Couldn’t give him a higher recommendation.
I read the reviews here and the 5 star review was from someone “in the industry”.... let me give you a first hand experience of terrible customer service. I set up an estimate appointment for 15 days out, I was willing to wait since I didn’t want much work done, appointment is scheduled for 1730 (530pm), I received a call at 1600 to confirm the time from the dang company. Come 1735 and a call from Tony (the guy supposed to be here doing the estimate) to say he is just leaving the office and would be here at my home in 15 minutes. Mind you of the time, already late to call and say I will be later, well when he doesn’t show up 15 minutes later but 30 minutes later at 1805 pulling into my driveway. When he asked how I am doing and I say well not good, pretty terrible first impression when you are 35 minutes late and the response I receive is “well I f@&$ing called”.... that’s great customer service and a fantastic customer experience all around. Morale of the story and free business quote for the company. “We will make you wait, we will be late, but hey, we f&@$ing called”.
Really great people
Had an interview they then set up an appointment for me to come in so they can "see what I can do on a mower" waited for an hour before they got to me. Made me cut and weedwake there grass. After I was asked if I could take less money an hour. And never called me back. I have over 17 years experience landscaping and they had a problem with giving me 14 an hour. Very unprofessional.
Second missed appointment. Shouldn’t make appointments if you’re going to miss them, it’s a major waist of everyone’s time.
