R&S Landscaping & Nursery in Yorkville

Wow the attention to detail was on point. All around working with him was an awesome experience. My wife finally gave in to us changing our landscaping design. We are thrilled with the results. The thing is that Roman’s design and his teams work actually comes from the heart. The man has an extensive list of history in the industry and boy am I happy for his wisdom and knowledge. To be frank- I came home from work and his team was still working / finishing up. I started my walk around and immediately began to tear up. Tears of joy…the crew even saw me get emotional. I thanked them personally, tipped each of them a bit-my dad taught me it’s nice to be nice. Made sure I gave them anything I could, protein shakes, water and energy drinks was easy for me to grab both days and hand out. I look forward to hiring R&S Landscaping and nursery for more projects. Next on the list will be brick paver patio - I want brick paver everything but will ask him for his suggestions and do what he says. He’s the real deal! We feel blessed. Roman was very nice at first and then became the worst person I have ever delt with. I asked for a new bush after mine died. He told me I wasn't watering it, even after not seeing it. I told him that I was watering it. He called me a liar several times and yelled at me. I spent a lot on landscaping with this company. All I can say is "DON'T DO IT!"

Roman and his team redesigned our backyard and gave us much needed privacy. The plants/bushes/trees/mulch are all beautiful and the stone work they completed looks very professional. Roman was responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the process. They completed the project on time and within a reasonable budget. I highly recommend R&S landscaping to anyone looking for a quality landscaping company for a good value.

Roman and his team were outstanding throughout the whole process of removing and installing my new landscaping and retaining walls. All of the team were experts at what they do and Roman was great with the communication throughout the whole process. Roman's famous line was always "I want the customer to be happy" and he made sure we were. I would definitely recommend Roman and his team for any of your landscaping needs.

Roman and his crew are outstanding… They clean up every day after the job is done, and since I have done a lot of landscaping myself, I know what goes into the job… And I also know what going “above and beyond“ looks like…that’s these guys!!!! This is a crew you want to work with! Very pleased with the outcome and I will not hesitate in a second to have them back to do more work in the future!

Roman and his workers did an amazing job in our yard. In 2 days they planted 19 trees, which now provide privacy in our backyard, and upgraded the simple landscaping that we had in front of the house. We are very happy with the results and would recommend this company to everyone.

I went to my son's preschool today to pull weeds in their garden and it's been somewhat daunting as there are SO many! However to my lovely surprise R&S Landscaping was out there spreading mulch around the school grounds and decided that the garden area was looking pretty sad so they not only pulled the weeds but spread mulch! Then to find out they weren't even asked to but took it upon themselves to help our overgrown garden area I nearly cried. I went to tell Roman that he and his crew did an amazing job and HUGE THANK YOU for going out of their way to work so hard and do something that wasn't even asked of them! Kuddos for saving our school garden area!! I would definitely recommend them - they clearly do a great job and go out of their way!
