I have been very please with the service my technician has provided to my lawn. The lawn looks really nice and still holding its green color.

My grass looks worse than when I started the treatment. There are dead spots and weeds in my grass. I began this treatment in May. I have nearly an acre worth of land, and they only take 5 minutes to do their session, and then leave a $100+ bill for me. They dont notify me when theyre coming so I dont know theyre here unless Im home. Last time I was home and saw them, they didnt do my backyard. They also didnt spend much time on the sides or front yard. Then they started spraying the driveway????? I couldnt believe it. Back to True Green!

We have a lawn care plan, and a bed weed control plan for the mulched areas. From veterans to novices, the employees have displayed extensive knowledge in their field. They also have been prompt and courteous at all times. And if you have questions or concerns, they always take as much time as needed to address them until you are satisfied. All these qualities go for the office staff as well!

We had a lawn care visit from Dokken Waltermyer on 4/26. He was very knowledgeable and discussed weed control and provided tips on general lawn care. He was friendly and explained what he did to make our lawn look great.

We had a treatment on may 1 with Dokken Waltermyer,a very nice guy , his work is thorough, he is very knowledgeable about the lawn. We hope to keep him as we have had several different guys the past year. He takes pride in his work. Our yard is golf course ready.

I typically dont, but... Dokken Waltermyer is always detailed in his lawn applications and explanations about them. He does a very good job. This week he happened to come through right after garbage pick up and took all of our trash cans out of the street and neatly placed them at our garage doors. He didnt have to. But he did! Thats the kind of employee that will keep me coming back.

Naturalawn is great. While my lawn doesnt look its best right now coming out of Winter I know it will be looking Great once the weather and Naturalawn takes over. I give all the credit to Colby. He is EXCELLENT!

After several treatments with another lawn service, our lawn was still riddled with various weeds, and looked very unhealthy. We began treatments with Natural Lawn in late July, and it is almost completely weed free and healthy. Our technician Mike Rohrbaugh is awesome. Very polite, professional, thorough and responsive. Very pleased and will continue to use them in the future.

We started using NaturaLawn of America this year because we got a dog and didnt want her exposed to a lot of harmful lawn chemicals. My husband was a little skeptical about the natural products but I think hes convinced now. We are happy with the results so far. Zach is great. He is friendly and professional. He always calls us ahead of time and lets us know when hes coming so we can make sure our dog has time to go potty and get back in the house. And he lets us know how long to keep her inside after an application. Usually only 1 hour. The price is reasonable too. We will continue to use NaturaLawn next year.

I had this team come over last summer for weed control, aeration and seeding and they did an excellent job.

Robert T picked up all the dog toys throughout the lawn before treating and put them on the deck. Then he left my 2 dogs treats when done! Awesome and unexpected! Thanks Rob!

The technician was very friendly and responsive to my concerns and suggestions.

Good product however employee fails to remove excess material from patio, sidewalk and driveway. I always have to use leaf blower to remove fertilizer from hard surfaces.

I have been using Natural Lawn of America the past 4 years. My lawn has never looked better and it is the envy of all of my neighbors. I had another company before that used harsh chemicals and had to wait before I could let my dog outside. Cutting my lawn is my me time and I enjoy spending time to manicure it. Anytime Ive had a question or a concern they were always able to help. It is nice to know I have the best lawn on the block thanks to Daniel and NLA!

He does an excellent job and I hope to see him the entire season , not like last year and the year before where I had 3 different technicians last year and 4 the year before. Safe ingredients, safe for my kids. Steven Stewart has been treating my lawn and I really like his work, professionalism and is superb human bean. Treats me like Im the only customer. My wife and I were looking mainly for a company that takes serious action in explaining what they are putting on the ground and that they are looking for more natural ingredients and or use super low amount of chemicals compared to industry standards.

We were customers with several other lawn care companies previously, and no one revived our sickly lawn as they have. They are very responsive when we have any questions or concerns. I honestly dont understand the serious negative reviews, weve yet to ever have any experiences such as those listed. We have recommended them to others! :)

I love this company! I like that they use earth friendly ( and pet friendly!) materials. They let me know when they are coming ( or if they cant come because its too windy or rainy for an application to be effective) and are really good about closing gates behind them. No chemical smell when they are done and dogs can go out pretty much immediately. I cant say enough good things about them!

This is my second year using Natural Lawn. I was a bit skeptical after yr 1 but now in year 2 of their service, my lawn looks great. I get comments from my neighbors all the time. My grandkids love running in their bare feet all over the grass. It is soft and safe to their skin beside. Thanks.

Robert N Taveras was my tech for this visit. He took the time to talk to me and answer my questions. He was very pleasant. I noticed after he was done he went around with a blower to clean up any left over debris. I thought he went above and beyond what I expected. Appreciated his extra effort. Well done Rob.

Listen, This is no joke. This company is amazing. We have had several other lawn care companies and I spend hundreds of dollars each year to get my yard to look at least descent and they failed. Trust me, Im not picky but I am patient. My wife contacted this company is September hoping it was not going to be more of the same. They have been out a few times and half the weeds are gone and we have grass in areas that we have not had in years. The new grass is actually very good looking. It looks and feels like a quality grass. The other services we used have seeded too but the grass looked lighter green, straggly thin and very patchy. I am a business owner myself and we pride ourselves on doing a great job and always satisfying our customers. We never refer any other business unless they do a great job because this is a reflection on our business. I will be referring this business to our customers. I also want to add they listened to our concerns, Gave us a plan for the rest of this season and never promised anything. Can you tell Im excited? I am seriously happy and excited that next year I will FINALLY have a nice lawn. Great job NaturaLawn....Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!

We had natural lawn come out to some of our familys lawns this year and it is amazing the results of those who went with the program and those who didnt choose to this year. Our sales/service rep Brandon M. really did a great job with treating the lawns with different things to get what was best for each property. We will definitely be continuing service with him along with others who have notice the results from this years services. I would highly recommend natural lawn and their advice for lawn treatments.
