We built a new home and had a mediocre builder lawn. I saw my neighbor used Inch and had a great lawn. I called Inch and spoke with Wayne about what I wanted and we came up with a yearly plan. Everyone from Wayne in sales, the service personnel, and the office people are great to deal with. Our yard is a work in progress but looks much better with every treatment. I had other services at past homes and their results were terrible and were more worried about selling additional service programs. I highly recommend using Inch and enjoy your great yard.

Do not use this service! They engage in unethical practices! One of their workers was observed throwing trash from the yard they were mowing onto my property! We are in the middle of a legal neighbor dispute with one of their customers and they decided to get involved apparently by taking retaliatory actions by throwing trash that was in the neighbors yard into our yard apparently thinking they were being funny! Not funny! Any buisness that would engage in these childish and unethical and illegal activities has no buisness calling themselves professionals!

Asked if she wanted to let the dog out before he started as they recommended keeping pets off of the grass for two hours! Yard looks great after two treatments. I apologize for the error I posted yesterday about this awesome company. It should have been 5 stars not 1. If I could have given them 109 I would have. 8 recommend this company . They are courteous and very kind. My flower garden is beautiful and my lawn makes it pop.

Lawn looks great. Third year with them. The first year they applied pre emergent crabgrass fertilizer and for some reason it was not effective in my backyard. Called them. Sent out a tech to do a spot application which helped but I still was a bit disappointed. The following year the pre emergent worked like a charm. No crabgrass at all. Not sure why the difference. Anyhow gave them a five star rating based on customer service, price and results.

Outstanding services provided. Luke Zimmerman identified A deadly weed, POA, in my lawn and successfully treated it. My lawn today is quite frankly lush - thick,green,vibrant. Inch lawn services are better than any and all of the name brand services. No question.

Starting my 2nd year with Green Image Lawn Care. Turns out the grass is greener. We have been very happy with their service. Yesterday was trash day and the cans were sitting by the curb when they showed up. Technician took the extra time to put them away before treating the lawn so they didnt miss any of it. Little things like this go a long way. Great job!

Lawn looks fantastic! There were a few Chickweed type weeds among up in the back around the Maple tree after the first treatment this year but other than that the lawn is thick and green.

Chris was curtious and explained what he was applying and would be staying clear of the newly seeded area this visit.

Started service in 2023. The first time out they only treated half my yard so they needed to be called back. Should have know from that experience things would not get any better. After having several treatments which included crab grass preventative. I called to voice my displeasure with the fact that I still had crab grass.I was told my salesman would call me to discuss but never received a call back. I also paid extra for nutsedge treatment and received 2 services for that. Surprise, still have nutsedge. I decided I was not going to use them for 2024 and when I received an email to renew my service I deleted it with no response thinking I was done with them however they showed up to treat anyway. I called to stop service and was told it automatically renews, which I was unaware of. The tech only treated half my yard yet I still received an invoice which I m being told the owners will not forgive even though only half my yard was treated. I was told my rep called and left a message and I was told to check my messages which I did look for this message which wasn t there so they either called the wrong number or they re liars too. I guess you take the good with the bad and believe me this company is the worse to deal with. If you want to pay a lot of money for treatment and still have a yard full of weeds by all means hire green image. If you want a lush yard find someone else.

I contacted Inchs Natural Lawn Care after my previous National brand lawn service company failed to either show up or showed up whenever they wanted to! When I contacted James Rupp for lawn care service at the end of July 2021, he was able and willing to fit me in. After a face-to-face consultation on my property, I selected their new Country Club package service and 4 months later my lawn is looking greener and fuller than it has in 18 years with numerous previous National and local lawn care service companies! Based on my experience, I certainly recommend Inchs Natural Lawn Care company for their professionalism, responding & staying in contact with their customer, showing up when they are supposed to, and finally getting the results that you pay for...a greener and healthier looking lawn! I had an issue with a lot of sod that I put down in my yard. I called Inch Natural and Luke came out the next morning. He came up with a solution and now everything is looking much better. I highly recommend Inch Natural Lawn Care.

I would like to make everyone aware of Inches Natural Lawn Care and their billing practices. They now go by Green image Lawn Care. Numerous attempts, trying to clear up the error that they made today was my last attempt and I left a message for the owner I had service at an old address when I moved I transferred service to my new house. They were doing service at my old house. I was not pleased with the service at that time. I had no balance on my account as I paid for the service already. I canceled the service I was not pleased, and a few days later Inches Natural Lawn Care showed up and serviced my lawn. I was unaware of this service until I received a bill in the mail. I called Inches Natural Lawn Care and stated I canceled their services so I should not be billed for the last service. The following month I received another bill in the mail from Inches Natural Lawn Care for the same service. I called them again and stated I canceled this service. I should not be billed and they need to remove this. The following month I get a bill for $63 from a collection company stating I owed Inches Natural Lawn Care $63. I called the collection company and I called Inches Natural Lawn Care. I expressed for the third time I canceled the service and should not have received a bill at this time the companies response was we performed the service you owe the money I reminded them yet again you performed a service after I canceled services with your company Fast forward to today My credit score dropped 70 points because they sent me to a collection company for a service that were canceled. Regardless of the amount of times I called to speak with them about their error. Also, at one point where billing me for services at my old address, which I also fixed for them because their records were inaccurate I called the owner again today and left a detailed message when I called the office. The administrators response was just pay the collection bill. That s how it goes away The unprofessional manner in which I was treated based on the fact that I was a previous customer and they made clerical errors and they did not cancel my service is absolutely unacceptable. Ive used Inchs for the last 3 years... they are absolutely top shelf! They have helped us achieve an incredibly bright green and totally weed free lawn. Their team has a great understanding of soils and lawn treatments, when to fertilize and with what, how to eliminate weeds and the timing for applications! I have tried several lawn care services in York over the past 20 years. None of them could eliminate my crabgrass problem without me spending $4,500 or more for the overseeding approach. I decided to try Inchs Natural Lawn Care. They have a pre-emergent and post-emergent concept versus overseeding. It is part of the program, no additional $4,500 charge. I am very pleased with the low cost and natural approach Inchs utilizes. They are very professional and give you 24 hours notice that they are coming. Prior lawn care services would show up Friday afternoon, unannounced. I typically had to chase them away because I needed to mow that day. After two years using Inchs, I have the best looking lawn in the area.

We reached out to Luke Zimmerman who was very responsive and was quick to set up a meeting on site. We liked Lukes plan of attack and enthusiasm on getting us a great lawn. He has been very involved, and the crews that have been coming out have been awesome to work with and get to know! So far we have done a total renovation on our hayfield which included a complete kill and slit seed, the grass is growing in beautiful , and the contractors lawn is really shaping up with the treatments and overseed. We are pretty excited as it has not even been a year and the results thus far look amazing! Looking forward to many more years of great service!

In late March I asked Inchs to come out to seed my back yard after a construction project completed cleared all my grass and top soil. I called inches and spoke with James, He came out first thing the next morning and described the services they provide. once the weeds were sprayed, yard aerated and seeded within weeks we saw a difference.
