We had Dave and his team come out and trim a couple medium size trees in our yard. They got me on the schedule quickly, were prompt, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend them highly!
We've been using Reliable Tree service since 2006. I'm that "crazy plant lady" that has lots of sensitive, breakable plants around the larger trees that need to be trimmed. Dave and the crew take extra care to make sure they don't break anything around the area that they're working in. This is the only company I will hire for larger or trickier jobs. I recently hired them again to prune my fruit trees professionally since the trees finally got too big for me to do myself.
This is the 3rd time I’ve used Dave and his team. Each time his crew arrived on time and finished the job sooner than I expected. They took every precaution to protect my property and several rare plants under a 120 year old eucalyptus tree that they were trimming. They positioned plywood and step ladders over the plants so dropping debris didn’t damage them. They even cleared tree debris that had fallen in the neighbor’s property. We would highly recommend Reliable Tree Service.
This is the second opportunity to work with Dave and his team at Reliable Tree Service. Their company name says it all! They trimmed three Queen palms and a Canary palm and did a fantastic job. Beautiful! They also did a great job cleaning up the backyard area and pool where they are located when finished. Their prices are fair, quick to reply and their work is exceptional. Give them a try for your tree trimming needs.
Dave is the best! He helped us with privacy bushes and beat the other estimates by far! We had a hard winter so Dave came out with fertilizer tablets to help jump start the growth. We are very happy with the progress and will continue to use Dave for all of our landscaping needs. Highly recommended!
These guys did an amazing job. Had a tree thats up against the house and over 50’ tall that needed to be cut away from the roof. The owner Dave Brown was quick to come over and give a price and get us scheduled. Could not have asked for more. Very professional in all aspects. Highly recommend

Dave is very knowledgeable about trees, especially how to care for fruit trees. He listens to your concerns and is very positive, especially when you have concerns about how your trees are being trimmed. He is reliable and professional. He showed up on time and completed the job on time. He knew a lot about my pine trees, the different varieties and his arborist was able to treat for bark beetles. The cleaned up everything and protected our plants beneath the trees.

Found this business online while searching for local tree trimming services, called the number listed and they picked up immediately. I ended up meeting the owner who is super knowledgeable and friendly. He ultimately gave me one of their freshly trimmed logs for the special occasion. I spent an additional hour in captivating conversation about business, life, and growth. From what I observed, I will definitely be hiring them when the time comes and would recommend them for any tree trimming projects you may have.

I ve used Dave for about 20 years. One year I decided to save myself about 150 bucks and use someone else. Big mistake. Never again. Dave and his crew are pros and know exactly what to do with your trees. And their cleanup is impeccable.

Found them on Google Reviews. Had a 20 foot Chocolate Merlot tree in my front yard that needed to be removed. Got about 6 quotes and Reliable won the bid. Felt very comfortable with their lead guy, David. David and two of his guys came in, and within a half hour, the tree and stump were gone and they cleaned up the area. Worth the money. The only neutral thing I can say is that they are not the most responsive via email; had two or three emails go completely unanswered or answered several business days later, but if you call, they do answer and take care of your situation quickly.
I was able to get quotes through photos and schedule quickly. I needed 3 bottlebrush trees removed for a concrete pad at our business in Fullerton. Dave accommodated my rush for completion as we needed the work done ASAP. His quote was very fair and his crew knocked the job out quickly. Great clean up and I was very impressed with their ability to squeeze in our tight driveway in their large vehicles. I will be contacting Dave again for future projects. Thanks Dave and crew!

Fast, courteous, and very friendly, Ill definitely come back to Reliable. They were able to retrieve my model aircraft for me entirely undamaged, and in a matter of minutes. Hopefully I wont need to retrieve another airplane or drone, but if I do, I definitely know where to go!
I found Dave on Google first (and then I heard him mentioned through Facebook - Yorba Linda Buzz) and got a quote from him and two other companies. I found out that getting prices on cutting palm trees was extremely subjective! I really liked Dave though. He came over, he knew exactly what he was doing, he knew the very complicated tree names, and was very easy to talk to. He assured me that he had workers comp insurance, and all that good stuff, and gave me a fair price. We talked about it a bit and then I was sold. His crew came over when it worked out for me. They were super nice and friendly and did everything in a few hours. They cleaned up well. My husband and I had a disagreement on how exactly we wanted a certain tree cut and they did it my way. :) So if you are particular, you may have to watch over the guys cutting the trees if the project manager is not around watching their every movement. :) It looks great though and Im super happy! (My husband was a little sad the tree in front only had a few leaves on it but really, you are supposed to cut the trees in winter! It grows back!) I would recommend Dave for any yard stuff. Hes solid!
We have used Reliable Tree Service for years and I am really happy with their service. Most recently an unsolicited tree service told my father he had to remove a tree. He quoted a really high price and told my father it was an emergency, he needed to take it down right away. When my father showed me his card I told him, no, Dave at Reliable does our tree work, Ill give him a call. Dave came out, quoted the job and took care of it in a few days. And he was able to save the tree :) I trust Dave with all our tree work. When I purchased a new home he cleared the lot for me in no time flat. His service over a number of years has been consistently good, and his prices are very reasonable.
