Drivers need some experience, did not know it was okay to cut off traffic with a truck and trailer on 93rd and almost cause accident

After having a family landscaping business for years and working landscaping and construction for several more, I really do not appreciate your employees working in a residential neighborhood with loud equipment at 630 AM on a weekday. I also don't appreciate that your business isn't open until 9am weekdays, so there is not a single person to call and reach to speak to at 630 am. I would like to ask where in writing I may be referred to view that you can start your loud machinery before 7am. In addition, the employees were in the dark as it was so early with no lighting to see what they were doing . THat didn't appear productive to begin with . It was extremely frustrating when trying to speak to an employee on site that morning, as there was a language barrier.

I spent thousands of dollars with this in company only to get poor results. My lawn is still in bad shape. They threw grass seeds down that NEVER germinated. After several months of poor performance and thousands of dollars later, the owner had the unmitigated gall to text me stating that his company would no longer work with me. I was never rude or disrespectful. I simply wanted what I paid for. I am considering litigation. No surprise that his office manager quit.

I am SO thrilled with my experience with Lawn Pros. Customer service was excellent and the quality of work was fantastic. I hired them for three hours of yard cleanup in preparation for listing the house on the market. They were right on time, very professional and extremely efficient. They went above and beyond what I thought they could accomplish in one visit. I would absolutely hire them again for any yard project in the future.
