Senske always does a great job installing our Christmas lights! I had to make a slight change this year regarding the lights around our windows and Juan was very helpful during the process.

Alex explained to me what he was going to do. He is polite and did a great job.

A few years ago Senske replaced my sprinkler control box, but they completely screwed up the stations and I still cannot get the system to function properly! Anyone know an honest competent person who can fix me sprinkler system? Now Two stations are identical with one part of yard not receiving water. Stations are not co -coordinated like originally installed. Will not have Senske back since they didnt do it correctly the first time. I wish it were just a programming problem (it may partially be) but its a frustrating mess!

They lied from the beginning. Never finished the job. I have been unable to speak to management about this and getting the windshield on my show car that they dropped a piece of wood on the windshield and broke it. Very poor company, I need to speak to someone as soon as possible.

Hes good but still misses plants to spray and is always quick. Most spray time is about 15 min or less mins. I watch on my security cameras. For $130 he should be more detail on spraying every plants and my whole grass for about 30 mins. Not just a quick job

Andrew is always on time and courteous and answers any questions I have with a smile. I was not able to be at home when he did my follow up treatment but he left a notice on the door saying what he had done and how to get in touch for any questions or problems I have. I have yet to see an ant since the first spray and the only black widows Ive seen have been as dead as disco. There is no price you can put on the relief of anxiety and irritation I have had since I first talked to Senske about an estimate. They are so friendly and kind as well as prompt and effective that I would reccomend them to anyone at twice the price. Thankfully they are also well within my budget, so Im beyond thrilled to see their sign on the door saying theyve been by. Andrew is a doll and a pleasure to talk to and I thank him soooooo much for keeping me pest free. He deserves to be recognized for his great attention to detail and attitude on the job- and his treatment of people is something others should learn to replicate in their own jobs and lives. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs pest or lawn services. July 2024 This time i was having the super pest treatment (fleas, mosquitoes, etc.) and Colton was my service tech. I have to say that this is my first experience with a company (of any kind) that has consistantly provided kind, professional, and considerate service. No matter which of their employees shows up, I am always impressed by how nice and efficient they are . I am treated with respect and informed when and why they have to change or delay services. They have -all of the guys that have done pest control for me over the last couple of years- been outstanding in their care of my property, my animals, and myself. Every. Single. Time. I swear you must have have handpicked these young men straight from school and trained them to be super heros, because, Ive lived coast to coast, and never have I experienced this level of quality so consistantly. I appreciate you all so much. All the stars to Senske for understanding that you dont have to sacrifice customer service or integrity to run a good business.

Santiago was fast and efficient!

The service is very unreliable. We have had full service including pest, weed, fertilizer and irrigation system. Our annual bill was over 4K. Unfortunately, Senke has unreliable staffing and very poor internal communication. For the month of May we have been trying to get the irrigation people to come out. Only to be gaslighted on many occasions causing an inconvenience and wasting my time and energy.

They might have the stuff to do the job but they dont have the time. I called in March said everything up and nothing has been done and today is April 13th would not recommend them for your weed and pest control.
