Green Baron in Yakima

Green Baron performed a weed and feed service on my lawn today. It was absolutely the most thorough application ever done on my lawn.

I received 4 quotes from different companies and Green Baron was the best value. They listened to all the concerns, did exactly what we asked, gave their professional opinion, but didn't require additional work. The team was on time, worked fast, very respectful of our property, and friendly to us (and the dogs). They responded to online requests and phone calls timely. I highly recommend and I will have them back to do more work. Edit: It's hard to communicate through email, and get them to come back for additional work. It's not timely responses.

Very disappointed in their service. Failed to do work as claimed when removing tree roots. Planted new tree crooked. Scheduled them to return and finish work. Never showed up, called or offered a price adjustment. Overpriced and unreliable.

I spent $1000 for a pre-emergent spray service that was supposed to keep weeds from growing on my property. Typically I do this myself using about $500 in Casoron and a bit of touch up work with a sprayer when needed, but at a friends suggestion I decided to try this service out even though it was double what I am used to paying. Well their pre-emergent didn’t work well in areas and we have had to constantly call and hound these guys to get out here and make this right. They come spray but by the time they come back an entire new crop has come back up. I’m not sure what they are using but it takes forever to kill anything and half the time it doesn’t even work, adding to the problem. They also don’t announce when they are coming and my gate is locked so they just don’t spray those areas which are now becoming over run with weeds. All in all this has been the most frustrating and wasteful experience. If they are willing to make this right I will leave a better review but until then I am not going to hold my breath. If this were my company id send out a crew to dig out these weeds and spray weekly until I had the problem under control then check with my suppliers to find out why my spray isn’t working as it should be.

Don't recommend them. Charge an arm and a leg, and just recently a tech sprayed my car with fertilizer and it won't come off. Multiple washes later. I went with Green Baron for the convenience, but now I've taken so much of my time and money to fix an issue that was the result of poor actions by one of their techs. I've been trying to schedule a detail appointment to see if my clear coat is ruined. If my car was in the way, I would have moved it easily. We were home. I was later told by a family member that he did in fact spray my car. We called and you told me to contact the tech? You're liable for their service. They represent you. Thanks for poor customer service. The least you can do is cover the detail costs for fixing my car. I will have the invoice ready. It is not fair that I have to go out of my way to fix an issue caused by your company. Thanks

We've had our Silver Birch serviced twice by Green Baron for an aphid plague and both times they provided excellent service with quick results. Will definitely use their services in the future. We love our tree.

Green Baron took care of us with our sprinkler system blow-outs the last three years and everything was good. This was the first year they took care of us for our yard-care needs and I am amazed how hard they work, the cohesiveness of their team, and the work was AMAZING! After reading some of the reviews, I will admit they are a little hard to schedule sometimes and I have found they are busy (because they are good). Do do plan ahead and get on their schedule but if you do, you will be satisfied.
