I had a disappointing encounter with Badillo's Landscaping at the golf course. The individual representing the company was rude, unprofessional, and made uncalled-for remarks during our interaction. To make matters worse, their dump truck was parked in the middle of the course, leading to an unfortunate accident where I accidentally hit the vehicle. The behavior displayed by Badillo's Landscaping was unacceptable and marred what should have been an enjoyable day on the golf course. I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and respect shown by their representative. I would caution others to be wary of engaging with Badillo's Landscaping based on my experience at the golf course. Customer service and proper conduct are essential in any business, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this company.

Badillo’s Landscaping has done two different jobs for us, putting in new grass and putting a garden bed around the perimeter of our house. Both experiences couldn’t have been better, and I will only use them for my future landscaping needs. They are professional, timely and meticulous when it comes to detail. During both jobs they went above and beyond what was promised and delivered a product that was better than what I had imagined. They give accurate, fair quotes and stick to the price. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Badillo's does a lot of landscaping for new construction. They are finishing our new home and have done many in our former neighborhood in WV. They did a great job and built us a 12-foot retaining wall with decorated rock, driplines, and inground sprinklers/sod for our yard. We received two quotes and Badillo's beat our other estimate by nearly $10k.

Badillo's Landscaping has always done a good job mowing, fixing my irrigation at my home and at my business, and building fences for me. He is reasonably priced, honest and fair. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am writing this review to advise you not to hire this landscape company for any reason. Their workmanship is poor and they are not reliable. The owner, Juan Badillo, will not keep his word regarding the scope of the work nor take care of any work poorly done. I was forced to hire another company to complete and repair work not done or poorly done. Badillo Landscaping is a substandard company with poorly trained employees that are left unsupervised the majority of the time. I was fortunate enough to find a professional company, BC Landscaping, to correct all the deficiencies of the work done by Badillo Landscaping. The last 4 photos show the superior work of BC Landscaping over the unprofessional work of Badillo Landscaping. You can see from the photos that flooding was a significant problem with Badillo's work due to poor design and workmanship. There are plenty of other landscaping companies that you could hire that would do much better work. I highly recommend BC Landscaping over these guys any day. If possible I would be happy to elaborate on this review.
