Recentely joined Team Green Lawn just last year. Price is definetly reasonable, and feels good having a smaller company take care of my yard. Unlimited service calls if I have any questions/concerns which is awesome. Great work, and Green yard!

I just finished my first year with Team Green and couldn't be more happy with the results. I had a national company for about two years and simply felt like a number to them. I switched to Team Green in April of 14' and after just a few treatments saw more results than the previous year as whole. Looking forward to a full year with them.

I was called and offered what sounded like a great deal, WOW was I fooled. After two applications my yard got worse in terms of weeds. I had my neighbor watch for them and what she told me made a lot of sense as to why the weeds got worse. She saw the guy pull up, sit in his truck for approx. 3 min., get out and put a flag in the yard and drove off! NOTHING was done to my yard! I was sent a bill of over $45.00 and charged for grub treatment which I never agreed to because I've never had a grub issue. I was harrassed for about a year because I refused to pay for the second application and grub treatment. When I tried to call and speak to a manager the number I was given on the bill said it had been disconnected. Next time I will do more homework before hiring a lawn service.

I have been taking care of my lawn myself for years now and was doing a pretty good job, but when i found out that I could pay the same, even sometimes less to have my lawn done for me.....WHY NOT! The question though was, would they keep up the lawn care to my liking. I didn't even think my lawn could look much better BUT IT DID! I was greatly appreciative! Not only do they do the work now, they do a better job then i could. I will continue using them for my lawn treatments, but might even try out their landscaping service.

I am very pleased with the service rendered by Team Green Lawn. They even care about their customers enough to send a nice gentlman to check in on customers, which is great because very few companies care less about the customer after they get your money in their hand! I have continued to use Team Green Lawn each season. They do what they say, take care of my lawn!

In attempt to support local business, I retained Team Green Lawn for lawn treatments and weed control in 2010. After 2 applications, my yard was a mess filled with dandelions and other weeds. I cancelled service. This year, 2011, I got a call from Team Green Lawn stating they would like another chance. I, being an advocate of local business along with a convincing sales call and GUARANTEE, went with this company again. I thoroughly explained I wanted no dandelions due to allergies. Again, my yard is filled with weeds and dandelion throughout. I cancelled again convinced that this company was not for me. Two weeks or so after waiting for my prepaid refund, a manager reactivated my account and returned to treat my grass in spite of my cancellation request. I am now almost a month later and the funds have not been returned. I have contacted TGL customer service, spoken with a manager and was told that an email was sent to another manager and the owner. NO REFUND. You decide if Team Green Lawn is someone you want to do business with. For me, it is a resounding...NO WAY AND NEVER AGAIN!
