Overall the crew did a great job laying the concrete. The foreman ensured that I knew the approach he recommended to take before starting the job. I only wish they wouldve left directions with dos and donts before they left.

For this phase, I had some pavers installed and a concrete slab poured. For the initial pavers, I used another landscaping firm but was never able to get the work completed. Deans graciously stepped in and matched the previous work and completed the project well ahead of schedule and professionally. I plan on having additional work done and will not hesitate to call Deans landscaping to do this work.

Just had 12 yards of their best topsoil delivered to our place. Luckily I looked at it before it was dumped. I was shocked --- the soil was full of pea-size gravel. I am not paying $30 for rocks. I sent it back. Very disappointed.

I was expecting a wow factor, but it didn t pan out that way. I was told that Deans was hands down the best, and that they had competitive prices. Told them I had a budget, and when I got the quote it was just shy of double. I asked why, and was told I m getting 1,500 worth of plants. I told him that it exceeded my budget, and was provided a second quote. Still 600 above my budget! I regrettably agreed, to continue with the install. They installed just this week, and I got the bill, and it was the original bill that I was sent. It is frustrating when a company doesn t listen to the customer, then you tell them, and they still don t listen. I wanted to give Deans a positive review, but I honestly can t.

This company is the best. Their staff is Knowledgeable, Professional and Dependable. If you need a company to help you design and care for your landscaping this is the group for you.

Nice place

Professional employees but we are very disappointed in the quality of the work. There are dips in our patio and the color we picked needed to be darkened because the cement was spotty. We were told that with time the sun would blend it all and it will look better but here we are a year later and it has not improved. Very disappointed. Would not rehire for patio work.

Dean s landscaping did a great job from start to finish. They were great at answering all my questions before we started the project. They were not the highest or lowest quote we got. The rock garden in the background was installed by them as well as the stamped concrete patio and fireplace. The concrete was installed well. The coloring did take several times to get it consistent. They told me the concrete sucks up the color a lot. They had to come out three times to get the color right- but they did keep coming out and adding more color sealant to it (no charge). Overall I was very happy with them - just don t be afraid to tell them the color is uneven and needs more sealant!

6 months later and our shower is better than it ever was and as good as we had hoped. Clean techs, family business, good craftsmanship, thorough detailed assessment and honest pricing. I could not recommend them enough for a great customer service experience and excellent product.

Deans concrete did a superb job in our 200 year old basement. One floor was wildly out of level and the other two were still dirt from when the house was built. They dug and placed two sump pump basins for me as well. They were the lowest of three bids I received. But I would have went with them even if they werent the cheapest, because Mr. Dean comes across that trustworthy and honest. His crew were not only friendly, but very professional and great at what they do. Thank you very much.

I ve emailed twice and never heard back, called 3 times during office hours and goes straight to voicemail. Love Dean s plumbing, but can t get ahold of the landscaping company at all. Super disappointing.

I do not reccomend this place for landscaping work. 48 hours ago, I put in a quote for landscaping work that needs to be done, and the website said someone will get a hold of you within 24 hours about your quote. It has been 48 hours without any response whatsoever from the business. This is inexcusable!
