My home is now 34 years old and has started to have some signs of potential foundation issues. A local engineering firm inspected the home and found no major issues but did recommend that I have a drip irrigation system installed to protect the house. I contacted Bella Vista Landscaping and Irrigation and they were quick to respond. I was quoted a very reasonable price for a simple irrigation system that will maintain the soil around foundation. The installation only took a few hours to complete and I am very happy with the results of the work.

Marcus and Marcella came the same day I inquired. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and went straight to work. In less than an hour they had straightened out 3 problematic sprinkler heads, replacing two of them and tuning up a third. They gave me suggestions on how to better water our yard, which made perfect sense. The price was much lower than I expected. Couldn't be happier! He is professional, friendly, he explained pros and cons of different solutions, and effectively fixed the issue. I can’t comment on the value since I did not have time to compare prices. Marcello and his team showed up within an hour after my call on a Friday and I cannot express how grateful I am since I could not turn my water on until repair. Ive used this company for 5 years now. They do a really good mow job and their irrigation techs are top notch. They have done tree trimming and lawn decoration. If you name it they pretty much do it! There prices are comparable to other services in the area. I think the best part is getting to talk with the owner and planning out your yard care.

I rarely write reviews but the service we received from these guys was top notch. We had some standing water in our backyard as well as some wet spot in another area of our backyard and these guys were quickly able to identify the problem. Prior to fixing the problem they explained what was going on and the options we had. They explained pricing up front before beginning to do any work so there wouldn't be any surprises. Work was completed and proud to say that it has been completely fixed. Will definitely be using and recommending them.
