Such a scam, after couple weeks of rain the grass grows more than expected they charge you 170 an hour. I highly advise you to Go with local 1 person contractor. They are more honest and dont do these scams with your service

After a year of service with mowpros I am left with having to do hundreds of dollars in landscaping due to areas that they continued to neglect and mow around.

Worst mowing company ever! Hate it! Would never service with them again! Should ve read the reviews! Full of regret! Not only do you have to get 6 mows before canceling your service but they won t even communicate with you professionally before touching your lawn! They say they ll call and try to get ahold of you before touching your grass and if they can t they skip and try again the following week .but they dont and still cut it anyways then charge you!!!!! It s a $200 fee to cancel before the 6 mow it s ridiculous! They just want your money ! They don t even do a good job ..DO NOT SERVICE WITH THEM! I spoke with some lady name Juana about talking to someone above and she said she s supposedly the manager sucks at her job though but anyone to fill the position I guess.

Worst lawn service company in DFW. Only use if you want constant issues.

I have been using Mowpros for 2 years-Dallas Silver is the Team who maintains my yard. I couldn t be happier with the service and attention to detail. I enjoy coming home on Thursdays after they have mowed and seeing how nice the lawn looks! **DISCLAIMER** my front yard is great, my back yard is a disaster with difficult access. Dallas Silver literally weed eats the entire back yard, doesn t complain or ask for additional funds. This is the type of business I like to work with and highly recommend using their services!

A big shout out to MowPros and team Dallas White for doing such a spectacular job with hedge trimming, raking and cleaning up my challenging yard! They went above and beyond my expectations.

Was just charged $300 for my lawn to get mowed b/c the grass was overgrown. Will never use them again!

We have had our yard mowed 4 times over the last 8 weeks. Today they left large swaths of 6-7 grass unmowed. They also didn t edge around the whole patio, or mow a patch of grass next to a flower bed that was easily accessible. This isn t the first time we ve noticed the whole yard wasn t mowed and all of the edging wasn t done. The job they do isn t worth what they re charging.

Broke my irrigation and wont fix it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Did not have a leak before they mowed the yard. Have a leak now and they are refusing to fix it!

We have only used this company for a couple of months, and already had to cancel. The last couple of times they ran over my hose, then my sprinkler and today a Halloween decorations, then thrown in the bushes for me to find later. Normally not home during the service, today I saw for myself. Not to mention they only edge the sidewalk, forget the rest of the perimeter of the yard. Not worth the price!

I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to using this service. My backyard was fine the evening before they arrived and completely flooded the evening after they arrived. They said it was wet when they got there but still mowed. Nobody knocked and said anything even though I was home. They waited until they left to call and leave a voicemail about how it was like that before they got there. Even with the benefit of the doubt, thats not the way to handle the situation unless youre worried someone is going to hold you responsible. Even if they werent responsible for this, they also didnt mow an entire side of my lawn.

They always do a great job cutting the grass edging and blowing out the debris! I would recommend them.

I used Mowpros to have weed fabric installed on my flower beds and mulching on top. They gave me an accurate estimate on the same day. Team of two came over and did a fantastic job. I was very happy when I came back from work to see how good of a job they have done. I called in to say that I really appreciated all the hardwork they have done and learned that the teams name is DALLASWHITE. So I figured I would leave a review and share my positive experience white this team and Mowpros overall. Great value for the quality of work done.

I paid $444 to have a .23 acre lot (with house) cleaned up and mowed, and was left with five huge bags of trash. Now they want $10 per bag to pick up the mess they left. Find someone else!

I used this company for many years. This is a reliable ongoing lawn service company. They come on a regular basis and consistently perform basic lawn care services. When I recently asked them to perform additional services, they quoted me an hourly rate and to their credit, they did a decent job, but they completely took advantage of me with the final price that they charged. When I contacted them to discuss and even showed them comparable work from prior visits with much lower cost, they refused to charge a price that made sense. Im very disappointed in the way I was treated by this company especially after being a customer for over 3 years. I will have to transition my business to another provider who will value my long term business and not seek to take advantage of me.

We used MowPros for our lawn care for many years and they always did a great job. Unfortunately I just had to cancel due to our latest experience. We signed up to have some additional work done (bush trimming, weed pulling etc). I knew we would be charged an hourly rate but I was shocked when I was billed. I requested an itemized invoice which was promptly sent over. On the invoice it showed they charged me the rate for a 2 man crew, however, there was only one person who worked on our yard. They also charged me for 10 bags of mulch but the front door camera shows they only used 5. I brought up my concerns, but MowPros chose to not respond to my multiple emails. Unfortunately I have since cancelled our service and have to work with my credit card to get these incorrect charges corrected. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Very reliable service. Theyre crew was always friendly. Their lawn service was very basic and the increased rates made me switch to a less expensive service.

Have been using Mowpros for the past 2 years since I bought my current house. Needed some trees trimmed desperately and a complete overhaul outside so since I have been receiving emails about the additional services they offered I contacted them. Manuel came out did a good walk around of the house with suggestions from him and I telling what him what I thought. Provided me with 3 separate quotes for different areas needing help. Agreed to all 3 and manual with his 2 man crew just left. Outstanding Job. Very happy with service provided

Austin Brown is our tech and he is very efficient, professional with his work and always friendly. Also had them trim our front landscape and a great job was done. Thorough clean up too. Good value compared to what our neighbors pay.

It not preform services as we requested. Trimming scrubs was not complete. They left and did not complete. We called and they said they were sorry and they could not come back until next week and there would be another charge. I do not think so. You have been doing our yard for the last 3 years. This might be your last. Very disappointed!

Aron and his crew did a terrific job! Fence removal, new fence installation, patio installation, yard clean up and sod. Very professional and always responsive to our questions. We love our new outdoor space and will use MowPro for future projects!

I m sad to see the bad reviews, I have used them for years and have only had great experiences. They go above and beyond for me. I tell everyone I know!

I signed up for MowPros about a month ago for their bi-weekly lawn services and have already needed to cancel. Below are the chain of events that caused me to cancel services: 3/15/2021: Signed up for an estimate for lawn services and received an email back with their prices. Completed my registration online as well. 3/18/2021: I called to confirm prices; they agreed on the prices given. Then I followed with an email confirmation on prices and received a confirming response on 3/18 as well. 3/23/2021: I needed to follow up with MowPros as I did not have any form of communication from them as to when they were starting. Turns out they needed my CC info (I had no idea as no calls or emails were made). Gave it to them and continued. Still without a start date. 3/26/2021: Called again because there was not any form of communication (email or phone) as to when they were starting. They told me Tuesday 3/30 would be my start date. 3/30/2021: One person shows up to service my yard and stayed in his truck in front of my house for 30 min before I receive a call from Fernando. He states my lawn is too tall and will need to charge extra in order for them to continue. (Mind you I have cut the lawn since I initially signed up and ensured it was ready for them to service as I read their guidelines). After sending him pictures he agreed I was right and serviced my yard. 4/13/2021: Received a call from Fernando again stating my yard is too large and the office made a mistake and stated the price will be 10 dollars more weekly or 15 dollars more bi-weekly. I politely refused and asked him to have his office call me. 4/14/2021: Spoke to the main line and mentioned what happened and they confirmed that the office indeed made a mistake (even though I asked them to confirm my address and prices two times prior to them starting). I asked them if they could make things right since I signed a 6 mow minimum agreement on their website. They declined. Finally, I just asked to cancel without penalties and they agreed. This leaves me at the same spot I was a month ago; searching for lawn care providers, needing to buy another mower in the meantime (got rid of mine after first service), and a whole lot of frustration from wasted time.

Showed up even after a large storm. I hired a two man crew clean up and bi weekly lawn service. Was surprised to see only one man show up because we have a very large and over grown yard. He proved me wrong. Got it done in an hour even though we had huge puddles in the lawn from the storm. Props to this guy for working hard and fighting through a real large, really wet and over grown lawn. We are so thankful for your service today! You were a trooper! Happy our lawn will be maintained and pretty now! The clean up prices are worth every penny!

they stopped by today 5/6/21 to cut my yard and they wanted to charge me extra for the grass at the back of the house. i told them that it was their fault because they have not cut t for two months. They claimed it was because of the dogs. The first time, i take the blame, but the subsequent times, the dogs were caged up. We kept going back and forth. Guess what? the guy left with the job halfway down. Very unprofessional for just $10 or whatever extra they wanted to charge. I called the office and the manager was also trying to argue with me. It seems they lack the understanding of customer service and retention of customers. Maybe they feel they have enough customers already, but the mighty ones have fallen for mismanagement....Enron/Blockbuster/Circuit City. Pls save our money and cut your yard yourself. This just encouraged me to do it myself.

Use their services in Austin and zero complaints. Customer Service friendly. Im surprised by some of the poor reviews honestly. The ease of signing up, getting a quote, and making changes can be done without ever speaking to someone.

MowPros came to our property to service us on a weekly frequency. The crew came out on our scheduled service day and were great! The guys were quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend MOWPROS!

Mow Pros has been maintaining my yard for a couple years and they have always been great. But today I had some extra work done. I had 2.5 tons of loose rock to spread for some landscaping. Willfredo and his crew showed up on time, they were professional, worked fast, and cleaned up afterwards. I am very happy and highly recommend Mow Pros.

Complete waste of time, these guys are a joke. Sure they make it easy to sign up but they have no ability to actually execute the job. After the sales side it is difficult to get anyone on the phone, and after 3 weeks of promises they never showed up to perform the service. Avoid this business and save yourself the hassle.

These guys were assigned to mow my yard through Lawn Love. They never showed up or called to explain.

I had service with MowPros for a rental property I had in Fort Worth. MowPros would continue to show great service and would do a great job making sure my tenants had a clean yard. Julia in the office had great customer service and always went above and beyond

Weve had no issues with service except for not getting to an area that was discussed with Julia to cover. Be that as it may, since it was towards the back behind the shed we werent too perplexed (and the reason for one less star out of five for this review.) Regarding locked gate; we gave them the combination to the lock so they could access the yard while no one was home; and they locked the gate every time they left. Similar to another review we also have a pool and grass cuttings would get in it but Id just skim the pool when I got home since there were usually other wind-blown items in the pool; just goes with the territory maintaining ones pool. On the days where they couldnt keep to their schedule due to weather, they always informed us when theyd be out next (usually the next day.) Julia is very easy to work with and responds to email promptly.

Stay away from this business. New owners who are doubling prices.

Too many pop-ups surprises, I was getting my grass cut once a week, it wasnt growing I was paying $32.48. so I switch to every other week well every other week they charge $10 more even if the grass grow or not they said it was because it was more to cut it hadnt grown one inch,stay clear of this company, no character. I was never told that when I switch to every other week.

Ive used MowPros for about a year, and I havent thought twice about my lawn. They are quick and hassle free. I recommend them

This has been one of the worst companies. They have a great website, but their service is terrible. I had to complain almost every time they mowed. There were missed spots all over the yard and the weed-eating was terrible. Once, they didnt show up, didnt call, email, text, nothing. I called the next day and they said they would have to move my day to the following week, so of course, I had to mow the yard myself because it was already tall. Once, they said they would comp me for a terrible mow job then charged me...twice. And the final interaction, they called *on the day they were supposed to show up* and said that the mow crew said that they were robbed while at my home two weeks before and had to cancel my service because they didnt feel safe. Not sure why they didnt notify me of this two weeks ago or why they didnt call the police? My guess -- it didnt happen. I live out in the country in a very low-crime area... unless you count cow poop as a crime. And the crew pulled into my driveway past the gate when they came (and spent only about 20 minutes on my half-acre). But luckily, this happened before my 6-service contract was up! So, I was super happy I didnt have to pay any more money for (or file another complaint about) the absolutely terrible job the mow crew would have undoubtedly done! Thanks MowPros!

I would like to give them zero stars! They just came to mow our grass and you literally cant even tell they mowed it. When we asked why they didnt cut it shorter, they said we would have to call the office. Also, they dont have a bag on their mower so all the grass clippings just stay in the yard so when our kids play in the yard, they are covered with itchy grass!! Apparently it costs extra to attach a bag to the mower! That information was never explained to us! Then they just blow all the debris into your rocks so it looks absolutely terrible! They just left and now my husband has to go out there and redo the job himself!

These guys are always on time and I ve never seen anyone do such a great job as quickly as they do. I frequently have to switch from days to nights in my line of work, so there are times when I m sleeping during the day. They re so fast, I don t even wake up. And the lawn always looks great! We appreciate having one less thing to worry about as new home owners.

Very professional service oriented company and they are accurate with billing, and they answer the phone every time you call and they send email status regularly. The guy that cuts my yard does a wonderful job. I have two big dogs in the yard and I have never had any problem with him. Although he doesnt speak much, when I do see him, I try to offer him a bottle water or soda in this hot Texas weather. Great job guys.

Never had an issue with this company. Always willing to work with your schedule when it came to cancelling a day and getting reschedule. The crew always made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

I had mow pros a couple of years ago and wad thrilled with the service. However, when I tried to start service with them again it took them over a month to get out to my property. At this point my yard was so overgrown they wanted to charge me extra money to mow what have been trying to get them to mow for multiple weeks now. I refused to authorize additional monies for something that should have taken care of several weeks prior. I sent them 3 emails asking why my yard had not been serviced and when it would be. Next they pushed the service out two more weeks. When they didnt service me then and I called about it, they moved the service date again. They were not willing to accommodate or compromise. They just offered to cancel my account. Horrible customer service!!! I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

I would give less than a star if I could. Dont even try them, its not worth the hassle.

They do an extremely poor job of yard services and do not follow their own schedules that they create.
