Thrilled with our front yard and Hayden helped to turn it into exactly what we wanted! The most fair prices in Dallas, quality work and consistent communication/project updates. Would highly recommend!

Maurice Keane and his talented employees lead by Jose, just completed a total front and backyard landscape upgrade, including removal of old side walk and install new flagstone, sod install, shrubs, tree install , perennials, tree trimming, ground cover, bed creation, stone edge, irrigation redesign and rock. We were provided color design simulations that helped us see in advance what the finished look would be. We are extremely pleased with the results and have lots of compliments from the neighbors. We also use their weekly maintenance service and are happy with that too. I had worked with Keane Landscape on a North Dallas apartment community for 15 years. We were delighted to know their residential service is every bit as awesome as their commercial apartment community maintenance team! This was a great investment and value add to our home. Requested a quote for retaining wall. First meeting needed reschedule because their truck broke. No big deal. When their Sales person came out, gave me a verbal roughshod price, but when I started asking technical questions about the important components (footing depth, cantilever, filter fabric AOS) the guy had no clue what I was asking. Needed to consult with a supervisor. No problem. Asked for the supervisor to call or text me and Id gladly address my concerns with them. Several weeks later and no one reached out. Seems like they are just throwing junk in the ground with no regard to structural integrity or longevity of product.

Had an old deck in my backyard that I removed. Keane came in and removed the old concrete pad below, built a beautiful paver patio, and brought in sod to finish the area nicely. Hayden Keane was great to work with, we finished the whole project in just a few days from the final bid. Highly recommended.

We were told by Keane that we need to replace our entire backyard lawn because it was highly recommended, by them, that this solution would be best to achieve our desired outcome. We trusted the experts and decided to replace our yard. $8,000 later, we still have many of the same issues and a product that is no better than the 2k quote we were originally given but was not recommended. If you want to get upsold and lied to, feel free to use Keane, if not, please look for another company.

I left a 3 star review earlier regarding my patio pavers. Need to amend it by saying the problem was resolved. The pavers now look 5 star beautiful. Thank you.

I contracted Keane Landscaping this summer for an extensive front and backyard landscaping design for my newly purchased home. They installed a variety of trees, including Japanese Maple and Eastern Redbuds, as well as numerous plants and bushes throughout both the front and backyards. Additionally, they removed some unwanted gardens, took out a tree stump from last Octobers tornado, and re-stained my backyard fence. The design phase was smooth and straightforward. They accommodated all the tweaks and requested, and the installation took only about 3 days in total. Despite the sizeable scope of our project, everything went off without a hitch, except for one plant that needed replacing after about a week. They handled this promptly and without any fuss. Our yard looks absolutely stunning now, and we routinely receive compliments from our neighbors. I highly recommend Keane Landscaping for any landscaping needs. If youre searching for a top-notch landscaping company, look no further. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Parker listened carefully to our requirements, explained our options, and devised a comprehensive plan to meet all our landscaping needs. By the next day, he had two full crews tackling the job with military precision. By noon on Tuesday, our one-acre corner lot was fully landscaped. We were so impressed that we signed up for their weekly lawn care program as well. We highly recommend this expert team and will definitely use them again in the future.

Keane did a great job on our landscape. They showed up and stayed until the job was finished and were quick to fix anything that they messed up (although there wasnt much). Alan our project manager did a great job as well.

At my age, I m hard to impress, but every aspect of our experience with Keane wowed us. Kevin Keane was immediately responsive to our first inquiry, came to our house and took time to answer all of our questions, and drew out a landscape plan and bid onsite that had many creative ideas we hadn t even thought of. We picked the various improvements we wanted, and Keane was on site the next day. In a day and a half, we had our old sod and landscaping removed and replaced with new sod, all new landscaping (including concrete/rebar based stone edging), trees trimmed, landscape lights improved, and everything power washed to look brand new when they drove away. All done inside the budget and ahead of expected timing! Based on our experience, I can t recommend Keane highly enough!

The drivers suck and cut people off on the Road continuously, always almost causing a wreck or accident right in front of their truck lot on Parker Road in Saint Paul. There have been multiple accidents right in front of their Property. Obviously, this company does not care about other people on the road

Keane does a great job every time. Had them fully remove a large Live Oak from my backyard, and they have trimmed a huge Oak in my front. Both times they were fast and professional. Will be calling them next time I need a trim!

I was very impressed with how the job was completed. We needed a root barrier installed. They hand dug the trench, moved the sprinklers affected, installed the barrier, filled the trench, replaced the grass. All for less than another company quoted for trenching and installing a barrier. Over priced, under managed, and over promised. Keane is very happy to sell you every service and product they offer, but does not follow through after collection of their money (i.e. guarantee the plants for one year). Also beware - they will not give you a breakout of what each item costs - just a list and a total to pay - and mine was mid-5 figures. My monthly lawn service was increased after only 9 months and the price of winter rye from one year to the next increased by 50%! When I called to make sure there was not an error, I was told nope prices have gone up - thats it. If I could have cancelled within the first year I would have, but had to wait until my contract would allow.

We have lived in our home 20+ years and have a larger lot. When we purchased-we bought it for the backyard. It was a showstopper. We maintained it for a long time, but over the years the trees became very mature and above our level for keeping up with. We paid a few crews to come in and trim and did the regular lawn guys. We began having issues with mud in shady areas and just old overgrown landscaping that needed an overhaul-and we just didn t know what to do with any of it. Honestly-so overwhelmed we just gave up. I called several landscape designers for quotes and ideas-and then called Parker Keane. He was so professional and fast. He literally went to his car and drew up a design and proposal within an hour. Massive crews showed up within a day and BOOM- 4 days later we are back to what we fell in love with but it s even better. The joy Keane has brought us cannot be expressed. We ve raised our 3 daughters here and have lived hard in this house. They ve created such beauty in such a short amount of time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Keane did a very thorough job of explaining what they were going to do and delivering exactly that. They were quick to answer any questions we had and resolve anything we wanted done. Omar provided great oversight along with the crew chief as well as Mr. Keane. We would highly recommend them.

Hired them to build outdoor fire place. Came quick gave bid for turn key installation. Paid them in full. Started on time. Had questions during project, they would only communicate via text, would not answer phone calls. Sub did good work, but showed up near end of project threatening to knock down fire place due to payment dispute with company prior to it being completed, we were able to talk them out of knocking it down but they left without completing the job. After several attempts to have landscape company send someone out to finish, We had to hire another contractor to come out and hook up gas which was part of the original contract with them. They said they would pay us for the added cost to hire someone to hook up the gas. Sent them an invoice for the additional cost for us to have the gas hooked up. At time of this post (almost 3 weeks) still have not received payment from them for having to hire additional contractor, $1,200.00 additional cost to hook up gas. Poor communications, did not fulfill contract with us, probably going to have to go to small claims court to resolve. Glad I saved texts. Would not hire again, we are old school and like to talk to people not communicate via text. Would give less than 1 star but that is the lowest I can go. After I posted this, they offered to hand deliver a check in the morning personally. Shouldn t have to threaten to go to court to have them fulfill their obligation of a contract. And they communicated via text!!!!!!!!

I feel compelled to share my deeply concerning experience with the drivers of Keane Landscaping. While their landscaping services may be decent, the abysmal driving skills displayed by their personnel have left me shaken and alarmed. The level of carelessness and unprofessionalism exhibited on the roads is truly terrifying. Every single morning, without fail, I am confronted with the alarming sight of Keanes vehicles being driven recklessly and with a complete disregard for even the most basic traffic regulations. It is truly disheartening to witness such blatant indifference towards the safety of others and the potential harm it poses, not only to innocent individuals but also to the reputation of the company. Day after day, the drivers consistently exhibit the following deeply concerning behaviors: Speeding and Tailgating: Keanes drivers seem to have an alarming need for speed. I have witnessed their vehicles excessively exceeding the speed limits, endangering both themselves and other innocent road users. Additionally, tailgating has become a norm for their drivers, showing a complete disregard for safe following distances. Aggressive Maneuvers: The drivers frequently engage in dangerous maneuvers, including sudden lane changes without signaling, abrupt braking, and cutting off other motorists. These actions not only create an environment of anxiety on the road but also pose a significant threat to everyones safety. Negligent Road Etiquette: It is deeply disappointing to observe the drivers of Keane Landscaping consistently ignoring traffic signals, running red lights, and failing to yield the right of way. Such blatant disregard for basic road rules is a clear indication of their unprofessionalism and lack of commitment to public safety. Distracted Driving: Disturbingly, I have witnessed several instances where Keanes drivers appeared to be preoccupied with their phones or engaging in other distracting activities while operating their vehicles. This level of negligence is utterly unacceptable and puts everyone on the road at risk. Considering the extent of these alarming observations, I strongly advise both Keane Landscaping and potential customers to address this critical issue promptly. Reckless driving not only reflects poorly on the companys reputation but also endangers lives and jeopardizes public trust. To conclude, I urge the company to take immediate action, enforce comprehensive training, ensure adherence to traffic regulations, and prioritize road safety and professionalism. The communitys safety and the companys reputation are at stake. This review serves as a wake-up call to address the alarming behavior of their drivers.

Maybe they are the best landscapers on the planet. But they are completely irresponsible with no apparent oversight at there own facility. Multiple times their trucks have pulled out in front of me causing me to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident. Their trucks leave large amounts of mud and debris all over the road and once these trucks pull in front of me they are all dropping mud and debris everywhere striking my vehicle.

Hayden Keane met me at my house to provide an estimate for some front-yard work. Then he never sent me an estimate. I texted him, and I called the business, and I never heard back. Just ghosted. What a waste of my time, and what awful service. I d give zero stars if I could. EDIT: changing to two stars. After leaving this review, Keane did contact me, stating that they had the wrong email address for me. But the estimate they provided didn t cover all the work we talked about initially, and I d already had some of the work done. They did then come out quickly to do the rest of the work but there was no communication afterward. No diagnosis of the problem, no communication about which work was actually done, and no communication about what I need to do maintain the new sod that was laid down. No follow up to see if I was satisfied with the work. Just a bill in the mail a few weeks later. I won t be using Keane again or recommending them to anyone.

Please I world advise anyone to stay far away from this company. The idiot driver almost ran into the back of me speeding doing 100 in a 70mph speed zone. I can see why the front window is cracked because you got drivers like this. If the Landscaping service is anything like the driver, your life and house will be at risk.

We are an HOA with 177 homes and are remodeling our two entryways with Keane. It took three months to complete one of the two entrances and five months later they finally finished the second entrance. A pretty simple project with no hardscape just plants and river rock. The project has been riddled with blunders that rest on management. The flowers and plants for the entryway were delivered and planted at the wrong location. The river rock had been delivered three blocks away in the neighborhood next to ours. Mulch was unloaded on private property. Five months of excuses and broken assurances. DFW metroplex has a plethora of Landscaping companies and the need to settle for sub par performance can easily be avoided. Do your research. The finished project was adequate for our needs, but the journey to get there was disastrous. It should not take 5 months to finish a small project and get a power wash team out.

Great landscaping job, everything was high quality and efficient. I got my work done from Regan Keane who walked me through everything. Super polite and great communication, immediately established a line of communication and followed up with updates and kept me in the loop on everything. Overall great work, highly recommend.

Completely shady!! No organization and more interested in selling services that you don t want. Work is marginal at best. The worst part about this group is that they think they are great! Notice what they did with my umbrella, it was shoved into my plant bed into the plants. Charged a ridiculous amount to power wash , but did a poor job. They were supposed to level and fix my travertine, but did a poor job. The mortar on the brick work wasn t matched and the repair was incomplete as you can see by the crack that remains. They were supposed to poly sand my decking and failed to do so then quoted me 3 times as much as a job of that nature requires (got a quote 1/3 of theirs). After providing access codes, we were interrupted at our jobs several times for information given several times. Communication is terrible!! Total bait and switch.

Michael and his Team at KEANE provided the best, professional service. We had a large tree splitting and would eventually fall onto our home. They helped us trim, remove, and dispose of the problem. We would recommend Michael and his Team for tree services and we will be using them in the future for our landscaping needs.

Truck pulling a trailer across lanes of traffic almost caused multiple accidents. No regard for our community.

Multiple complaints have been made about these landscapers at the very least at our property. Theyve been made to management and to the company itself directly. However the landscapers still continue to do things like blow leaves and debris directly towards and onto vehicles. We are constantly having to wash our cars we cannot keep them clean and because of the type of debris: broken leaves acorns spiky seed pods theres a lot of scratches. They do very little in general anyway they run the mower over the dead grass and leaves and then they just blow it around they dont even pick it up. All gas very noisy. So today when this happened again again I decided to call the company again that I already complained with and find out whats going on. Instead of a customer service person helping me they transferred me to their operations director or some executive who thought that he had the right to speak to me like I was a silly woman. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak and then would say would do you want me to help you? Do you want me to help you? Like hes my parent. Do not use this company for landscaping unless you like scratches and and being ignored and treated like its 1955.

Has to be one of the worst experiences. Were eager to come over to take a look at the job and have since been ghosting calls and texts when asked for estimates. If this is the attitude before signing up for a job, can only imagine what would have happened had we signed and paid them would not recommend them.

We had Keane come out to give us estimates for a complete new fence with an electric gate and a patio and pergola in the backyard. They gave us a signed estimate but when we decided to go with them, they refused to honor the estimate because they said the price of lumber had gone up. They told us the estimate was no longer cost effective for them to complete the job. Regardless of lumber prices (which we researched had actually gone down since our estimate), it says on their estimate that if it is signed, the work described and pricing is guaranteed for 90 days. We were well within the 90 days since the estimate date on the signed document. Lumber prices increasing is not our problem as the consumer. If they gave as estimate that they could not afford to fulfill, then they need better training on pricing for their sales agents. I m certain that if we had signed the estimate and then decided that their price was no longer cost effective for us, they would absolutely expect the full original estimate to be paid. UPDATE: Keane reached out to us to honor their original contract and has since completed the work. We are extremely happy with the outcome. The work was done well and we love our new fence and driveway gate. We had already paid them a $10,000 deposit check (which has been cashed) before they refused to honor their contracted pricing. The sales person assured us he is looking for better pricing but is impossible to get ahold of and never calls us when he says he will. We always have to track him down. Be extremely wary before you give them any money.

New flower beds with sprinkler work, rock border, flower bed lighting, sod, river rock etc.

I ll start out by saying that there is not a contractor on earth that can please every single person every time. I had Keane build a short retaining wall for me, they added sod to several areas that were barren ( leveling and preparing the area properly), they removed the sod in the areas between my sidewalk and the street and replacing with decorative rocks and tied in a new gutter to an existing french drain. I ve been very happy with all of this work so far. Quality of work has been great and the workers are very professional. I would highly recommend them if you need landscaping services done.

80% of the plants this company installed at my property died and they never replaced them. This warranty was in their contract to replace. They also poured a concrete pad for me and pour over an existing sprinkler system which was never corrected. The owner disappeared after I met with him in person to review the list of issues. Very poor quality, over priced and fraudulent.

Keane trucks driving way too fast on residential streets. I get that workers may be in a hurry but that is not more important than other peoples safety.

They operate a facility at 636 W. Tarrant Road in Grand Prairie. This business has no respect for the residents of this city. They have created an eyesore, did construction without permits, and are in violation of several city ordinances. They illegally park their semi-trucks on the road facing the wrong direction, they placed ugly tarp material all over the fencing against city code, the erected an accessory structure covered in tarps that is also against city code. Their sprinklers run down the street into the storm drain every day. They paved their land with gravel against city code. This business is sandwiched between several residential neighborhoods and looks and operates like this - what a disgrace. I will be speaking at the next city council meeting about this business. EDIT: As you can see by their reply, Keane does not appear to be interested in addressing the issues going on at this property. They would rather use insults. Bringing jobs has nothing to do with following the law and being a good neighbor.

70% of my shrubs and trees were lost due to the Dallas freeze this past winter. KEANNE basically redid my front and back yards. They did I fantastic job. I made many changes and Jason, the General Manager , was always there. He was agreeable to my every whim and always had a smile on his face. I needed most of my landscaping replaced due to the freeze in February. Parker Keane took the design I had drawn up professionally and put together a bid that was fairly priced in just a matter of a couple of days. Once we everything was finalized, within a few weeks my landscaping was planted and my yard looked fantastic. New shrubs, new trees along with new perennials and annuals. My husband and I had an eye sore of a backyard when we bought our house two years ago. Keane helped us develop ideas to transform our backyard into our little paradise. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the professionalism of every person we worked with on the project. Kieran led the project and helped us navigate all the different challenges faced while trying to complete a renovation during a pandemic. Our project included irrigation, artificial turf, flower bed creation, tree removal, wood deck removal, construction of a retaining wall, fence, pergola and stamped concrete patios. Keane Landscaping was great! We were in a pinch and they responded to my request quickly, ensured me they could get the job done on our timeline, and worked through all my questions. On the day of the work they arrived on time, worked quickly, and their project manager was onsite, making sure everything looked how we wanted. Looking forward to working with them again! Overall, job performed was satisfactory. Jason initially came out but never returned though said several times he was coming. Sod looks sickly (which is concerning) but Angel (the PM) assured me it would take root and green up and added the sod was guaranteed. Jason nor Angel has ever heard of astilbes (astounding for a landscape company) so I just was not provided them as a result though they were what I ordered and was delivered non-flowering plants they did not even know the name of in their place. Crew failed to show up when expected - more than once - nor did they follow instructions on plant placement requested (the order). I requested irrigation guy to return to add riser to sprinkler spigot but Angel just adjusted the head...well, water hits what I wanted but now misses what it did cover. He just wanted my check and be done with the job. Bottom line, my front yard looks a zillion times better than it did before I hired Keane Landscaping. Will I use them again? Perhaps.

I used Keane landscaping to install a gravel fire pit area, dry creek bed around my patio, and two catch basins for drainage.

We had terrible experience with Keene Landscaping. When asked for quote and Nick planned to come on a Saturday morning. Got a text that something came up could he come Saturday afternoon. My wife had plans which she cancelled, however no one came. Reschedule for Tuesday at 3:30, so I made arrangements to leave work early. Got text around 4 that would be closer to 6:30 and someone other than Nick coming. Once we met with Mario we decided to move forward with construction of stone wall around flower bed and trees followed by removal of all plants in front bed, installation of soil, all new plants, then mulch. Stone was dropped off several weeks later in front yard. Stone in the yard for number of days leaving multiple yellow spots in yard. We asked that the front bed be made smaller, however that request never communicated to crew doing rock work. Overall we are happy with rock work. On a Wednesday evening Mario stopped by to spray all the plants in front bed we wanted removed so landscaping crew would know what to remove. We were told they had all new plants and landscaping crew would be at our house next morning. No one showed up, we received a text that afternoon indicating they would be there Friday morning. Again a no show so we called and spoke to Sarah who stated she would find out what was going on and call us back. That did not happen. We the told would be Wed morning. Again no show. On Thursday afternoon Mario showed up by himself to start removing plants from flower bed. He also had our new plants that apparently they had had for over a week without getting any water. They looked very unhealthy. He stated once planted they should bounce back which we felt was unacceptable so we told him to leave and would no longer be using them. The next day, which was Friday, I spoke with someone from Keene apologizing for what had transpired and that I would receive a call on Monday or Tuesday from her manager to discuss. That was month ago and as of yet no call. I cannot in anyway recommend this company. We truly felt they did care about our business or us as a customer!

**ALERT** Im writing 2 reviews today. This review is specifically for one employee Angel (I dont have his last name). My experience with this company will be on my next review, but I had to call out Angel. After so much struggle and frustration Angel came to our rescue. I had given up on Keane and started looking at other companies. After an extended period of not hearing a word from this company and reaching out to the GM for help and getting NOTHING we got Angel. He acknowledged our concerns, took them seriously, made promises and kept his word and delivered a beautiful job. Ill never use this company ever ever again, but Angel is worth a million.

Horrible work. Made a lot of promises and then the work that was shoddy they would not fix. Quit answering phone calls and text after 80,000 was paid to them.

It took me some time to get my words together, to express how dissatisfied I am with Keane Landscape service. When they came out and looked at my trees and I explained to them what I wanted done to my trees and thought it would be translate what the customer wanted. I explained it to their employee, but to quote him, I did the best that I could do. I walked him through what I expected and what Im paying for. As the head of my HOA community landscape committee, I was also looking for a company to maintain our property trees along our common area. Im disappointed with what I received and for what Im expected to pay for. I hired a professional trimming company that handles commercial and residential property, but what I received was far from that. And to add insult to injury, a predated invoice shows up in the mail as soon as their workers leave. Yes, I know that a tree will regrow in time, but wasnt expecting the entire tree.

We had Keane Landscaping handle multiple large tasks including driveway redo with Pavestone and flagstone, fence expansion with stone columns, large driveway gate, arbor construction, retaining wall repair, turf installation, drip irrigation install, tree trimming and general landscaping.I am very satisfied with the work they did and I recommend Keane to others considering the challenges associated with getting good reliable assistance for big projects.

I had Keane s team come look at my backyard for a renovation and wow, within seconds of being in my backyard Keane s team knew what I wanted. They turned my backyard into a paradise. They communicated when they would be there and finished in a very timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend to use Keane again. They remodeled my pool and concrete in my backyard, laid sod and really made me proud of my backyard. I couldn t be happier.

Had to call several times to finish the job because not all plants plants were delivered and still havent heard back from Kieran or the office on how to handle plants in the fall and winter. If othey had done the walk through they promised once the job was done I would probably know. I rarely leave a negative review but they earned this one.

I was trying to shop local so I scheduled a consult with Kerin. He came to my house on 09/07/21 & we explained everything we were looking for. He took measurements & stated that he would have a quote to us that Monday (09/13). On 09/16/21 I called the office to follow up. He texted stating that he would get it to me on 09/17/21. On 09/20/21 I texted asking if he could send me the quote. He stated he would send it by 09/21/21. On 10/04/21 I texted asking if he would be able to send the quote. Never hear back from him. Friday I called the office & was told I should be receiving a quote. At this point I was just frustrated that I would not have some sort of response from them. Two weeks later I called the office to at least get someone to tell me they couldnt do the work. The phone rang and rang. I called from my office line & they immediately answered. I was again told I would have a quote. I stated if they didnt have time to do the work just let me know so I could move on. I was never rude or demanding. I understand getting busy as I have a small business too. I would never just ignore someone. If I dont have time to do the work, I let the customer know. We anticipated spending 30K-40K on this job so its not like it was something small. I recommend doing your research before committing.

This landscape company is the worst! Their customer service, management & products are horrible! We had sod, mulch & plants put in our front yard on 2.24.20. We paid top dollar for sub-par products. The sod was rotten. They said it was dormant, but it was rotten. The sod had tons of weeds and slow growing. We still have brown patches through out the lawn. I asked for 20-30 replacement pieces 4times & I was ignored from our sales rep Mr Kieran Omahony. The mulch is the worst ever too. We asked for black mulch & the color washed off in 2weeks. It s now ugly shredded wood in our beds. We will have to re-do the mulch. We thought hiring a big landscaper would be better, but it was NOT! Lowes had beautiful sod this Spring. I wish we would have bought it there & hired our yard guy to install.

To keep it short, but informative, I cant say enough good about these guys. We got off to a rocky start, but I have to say I was MORE than pleased with the end result. We also had to ask for some flexible spending options after COVID hit, and--true to their professionalism--Keane did not disappoint. I will be using them again in the future and I would highly recommend these guys.. Kieran and Tara are TOP notch folks.

Do yourself a favor and chose a company that follows thru on their promises. I was delayed 4 times on a sod installation job, with excuse after excuse instead of being upfront on when the job could be started. They don t follow up with updates and try to cram as many projects into a day. Gave one star because I couldn t give NO Star ratings.

We interviewed a handful of landscaping companies, and included Keane from having seen their advertising at the hockey arenas. Worked with Kieran, and he was extremely thorough, transparent, practical and had great ideas. While they were not the least or most expensive, they suggested how we can save costs and reuse some of the plants and stones that we already had. Definitely good value and quality work. Their crew was polite, professional, and did an amazing job transforming our backyard. They are committed to ensuring that everything is done right and to the highest of quality. We were extremely impressed with the finished landscaping. We postponed the final hookups of water lines to our flowerpots due to the pandemic and they were extremely respectful of our schedule and when we were comfortable having a crew back in our yard. Their team wore masks to speak with us, and ensured every stage of the project met or exceeded our expectations before departing. Very impressed with everyone we dealt with at Keane. Literally changed the look of my house! Cant believe how well of a job Keane Landscaping did for me! I have the best yard in the neighborhood. I had sprinklers installed, tress pruned, and new grass laid. All beautiful! When there was an issue that came up the sales rep and project manager were all helpful and very respectful! I made an appointment for them to come out and give me a quote. Got a call last minute saying they wouldn t be able to make it, so we rescheduled for a later day. I m totally fine with that! On the rescheduled day however, no one came. I called and left a message and never heard a word back. It s frustrating because I changed up my working hours to make sure to be home for the appointment. Need to work on better communication.

When the team arrives every year to trim the trees...the crew even work around my little bird nest to assure they aren t disturbed. I was very offended when my estimate came back. The pictures and notes were nothing I discussed with Maurice. He said he understood what I wanted, for 10 minutes, when we talked about my ideas. Over the phone he disagreed with my ideas and said his ideas were better and that s why the estimate was so high. Very unprofessional and very rude. I don t appreciate how he tried to take advantage of a young housewife.

Updated review: Since the review below my husband and I have had two negative encounters with this company that have left us very frustrated. First, they came to our house trying to solicit us after we moved into the property I referenced in my review 2 years ago. Solicitation is explicitly against our gated community rules. Second encounter was they were trespassing on the neighbors property which is under construction. On the construction site is a porta potty. When my husband asked them not to use it they became argumentative saying its a public restroom. No. It is not. It is on private property so they were trespassing. When I called the Keane company to complain, the receptionist actually started to challenge my call saying it wasnt my property. No, its not my property. When someone uses that porta potty repeatedly and its starts to smell it affects my property and neighborhood. I found her defensiveness just an absolutely poor representation of the company just as much so as someone lying saying their actions are ok. Just like 2 years ago when I did do business with them and had a poor experience, I would not recommend them at all. If they really cared about putting forth a quality company they would have handled all 3 of these situations differently. I really feel after their arguing with trespassing they dont care about rules nor do they care how they treat people. Unethical!!! Review from 2 years ago: Keane is really disorganized and not as responsive as some of the reviews would claim. I called and spoke to someone immediately and was told that another person would contact me to arrange services. I was told that the person would provide a quote quickly. While waiting for a quote another person contacted me who didnt know I had been contacted already. Not a big deal, but made me wonder why that person didnt know. Once I received the quote, I was then sent a contract and agreed to get the work done . I made it very clear the work needed to be completed immediately which they agreed was possible, but even after returning the contract I didnt hear anything for 4 days . The price was high (I found out later) than other companies in the area. On the third day of not hearing anything - not even a projected day or time they might be out to do the work - I called to cancel. When I contacted the company to cancel, the receptionist made a comment about letting my sales rep know (which made me wonder about the higher price). Immediately, I was called back by my sales rep and told a crew was heading out to our property (one we arent currently living at) that day so I agreed to let them go out there. When I drove out to the property the next day to see if the work had been completed, the crew was working on it; despite the fact I was told it was going to be completed the day before. I dont know if they were finishing up on Tuesday or hadnt done it at all on Monday. Following completion I never received a phone call to notify me the work had been done or sent pictures of the work (which I requested since we dont live there). Not happy with my experience at all. It has been a week since the work was done and I have not received any follow up to even tell me its been done and I told them we dont live there. The work is done, but I do not recommend them and wont be returning.

I had a big landscaping project for Kieran from Keane Landscaping when I first met with him. I had so many ideas for the porch and front of the house and Kieran was so helpful, responded to all of my questions very quickly and had great ideas for what I had in mind. Im new to Dallas and a friend recommended Keane. I will definitely be using them for all of my future landscaping needs and recommend everyone else to do so!

Was it just us or did everyone receive the 10% increase this month? Did I mention it was without any prior warning. Just hit the bill like Oh yeah, by the way.... Not the best way to notify a customer thats been with you going on 5 years that an increase was going to take place. But hey that 10% increase may just cost you 100% of our business.

These guys are awesome! I had some new landscaping put in by another company and everything died within a matter of a few weeks. When they wouldn t make it right, Keane not only came to the rescue, but also gave me a huge discount simply because they understood my frustration and wanted to help! Such a great company!

Keane landscaping did a good job in November with a redo of my landscaping. So I called this spring to request they trim back my monkey grass, ferns and fig ivy (about 10 feet of wall). They suggested an estimate and I said is that necessary ? I only want those three things done and that s a small job, right? He agreed and said it was indeed a small job. (I was thinking about 3 man hours fir 1 person). They sent a whole crew to trim my bushes (which my homeowners association does and was not on my list) blow, and add bark mulch (also not on my list). They charged me $600 for bark mulch and $750 for labor even though I stopped them from putting on their flatbed of mulch when I realized what they were doing and also stopped their bush trimming. My bill was $1450 and despite talking to the office multiple times, they have continued billing me for their original amount. They promised to come and talk about it, but never did. My warning is to get everything in writing or they will take advantage of your trust and never back down or return your calls. As to their work, they do nice work and are timely in coming but I only give them 1 star because I think they blew my job up to take advantage of me and billed me for more man hours than what I allowed to be done.

Keane used to be a very good service and I was pleased with their service. Over the past couple of years I had to do more follow up with them to correct things. In August of 2018, my grass began dying. I contacted them, they service guy did a drive by and said nothing looked wrong. I again sent pictures. He claimed there was nothing they could of done to my grass but it is obviously that the lawn mowers did. They fertilized in an effort to revive the grass, I called again as it was not improving. Again a drive by only and he said it looked fine. I stopped paying for services in lieu of dead grass. I have spoken to several people regarding my outstanding balance and they all indicate they understand but I either get a statement or an email asking about balance. When I call in I get we will call you back but I never get a call back. I used to recommend Keane all the time and in fact got several of my neighbors to use them. We all have stopped now.

Signed a 12 month contract. Charged me their 3% credit card fee without my knowledge, no call, no letter and no email to inform me of this change. Then once my contract was up they charged me $50 more a month without the required 30 day notice and a whole month early on top of that! Also took a month and 4-5 reminder phone calls to get an estimate for some landscape work I wanted done. Then I get a $4500 estimate to fill in a hole. mind blown how bad their customer service is.

Ive worked with cable companies, handymen, and plumbers before with varying degrees of success, but Ive never had so much frustration working with a company like Keane. Where to begin? I got an estimate from them over 2 months ago about getting some stumps removed from my yard. We talked about the price, and I was interested in setting up a time to have the service done. Attempts to call and set up a schedule were either ignored or I was never called back, so I assumed they either werent interested in the job or were busy so I washed my hands of it. Almost two months later, their crew came back to suddenly finish part of the job (that at this point I didnt think was actually happening) without so much as a phone call or heads up, and then they send me a bill as if the job (whos very existence was questionable) was done. Attempts to call and get this sorted out proved long and tedious and then rather than actually respond in some meaningful way to said calls, voice mails, or texts) took it upon themselves to suddenly come back to my property (again when I wasnt there) to finish the job. I had to basically rush home to make sure they were removing the stumps in question and when I showed up... guess what... they werent. When I tried to voice my frustration about this whole process, the manager (who doesnt respond to texts or voice mail apparently) who was with the workers told me to not say a word (essentially shut up from the tone) and that the job would get done. Just awful. Avoid these people.

Kevin was more than helpful and his guys did a fine job. We are pleased to partner with Kevin with our landscape projects. They bring a level of professionalism that most individuals and companies lack. They are expensive, however I would not want to work with a company that is cheap. I highly recommend using Keane Landscaping & Texas Trees.

Beyond average. If you want an absolutely cookie cutter bare minimum company, they are a good fit. They are a giant machine, but have zero attention to detail or care about the individual customer. They talk a nice game, and it seems great - then you see the results in your landscaping and its just weak. Had to fire them today unfortunately after meeting them at the house multiple times to go over where i wanted things improved. 1) Dead plants left for months 2) Mulch and dirt up against the foundation of the house 3) Trash in the beds. Its just a bummer, you think they would be so big and so good.

Vey Slow on finishing project. Very rude. Pushed, add ons that once I realized, it was over 15,000.00, I cut back. Still over priced. I was not impressed with his continual bragging of the rich people he deals with. When I called the President who is the Dad, who had originally spoke with me, he did not have time for me because he was in Las Vegas. He then chastised me because I had not called the guard to let his crew come thru. I cost him money. I was not home at this time. He accused me of costing him money because his crew was not able to gain admittance. My experience after building and designing 6 homes that they contact me before setting an appt. instead they show up on a day I m not home.

All needs were met. Crew was in and out of my property in the matter of days and looks beautiful. 0 headache, would recommend to anyone who wants to revamp their landscape. Best landscape company I ve ever dealt with.

I was looking for a landscape company to change the 30 year old landscaping that was over grown and very ugly. I looked at 2 companies, Creative Landsculpture and Keane Landscaping. Both came to my home, but Keane REALLY stood out. Parker Keane was easy to talk with and understood my vision. Within a few days after we met I had a full rendering of my home, with all the changes and the plants they wanted to add. It was amazing! I called Parker and hired them. We chose a date and the day they said theyd be at my home they were there. But let me say this, there were 25 men and 6 trucks with equipment. It was crazy. Within 10 days, they had added french drains around my home, changed the topography of my lawn, built walls to add more land and stop the dirt from moving, added a fence, lighting, fixed all my broken sprinklers, and rewired the entire system, so it finally works correctly. Lastly, of course they all new grass and planted the most beautiful trees and shrubs. My home looks completely different. I ve even had 5 neighbors ask for their information because they were impressed too. I was so happy I hired them to handle all my lawn care on a weekly basis. They wanted to get hostlie with my employees circling around him in there office just to be neanderthals. I WOULDNT TAKE TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO BE MEAN OR DO SOMTHING WHICH IS BAD BUT< I THOUGHT ITD BE BEST FOR EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT THERE ABOUT AND HOW BAD THEY ARE TO SOCIETY.

Didnt do what I asked them to do and didnt work to resolve the issues in a timely matter. I eventually had to cut my losses and find a different company to do the work. Update... In response to the review reply, the reason I cut my losses was due to the lack of follow up AFTER voicing my concerns AND meeting with project management. Also, replying to a negative comment months after it is submitted shows there is room for improvement in customer service.

They WILL do quality work and provide great service! :) I have tried many landscaping companies and I have never been more pleased by Keane Landscaping!

Kieran with Keanne Landscaping estimated a completion date set at a little more than a two week time-frame. With so many tasks to coordinate (shrub & tree removal, ground leveling, concrete work, sod replacement, sprinkler system install, & wall construction) we were surprised they were able to keep within that time estimate, especially when some unfavorable weather came into play. But Keanne Landscaping was able to mobilize a large workforce to take care of all tasks. Our favorite work that Keanne coordinated for us was some nicely constructed concrete steps leading to our front door, a concrete back porch, and a flowerbed wall in the front-yard. Overall, their work improved the stability, value, & beauty of our home. We are grateful for their work!

Very poor service. Unresponsive staff, even after a water leak occurred. Would not use this company. A 5-7 day job has now taken over 6 weeks. I have now called and spoke with Keane representatives and still the job has not been completed. Customer service is only second to a very below average product.

Happy to report that Two years later, Keane Landscape completed the project. Their gm Ben Dasch personally managed the completion of the project. See the enclosed photos of the beautifully finished project. will not complete it or return a call. Have tried to contact Kevin Keane 5 times, Ben Dash 4 times, Jeremy 3 times and two times he no-showed for an appointment. The weeds have out grown the dead plants and they did not put down any weed cloth. Maybe its time to try the BBB.

Last September paid over $8k for plants around our new pool in our new-build home. We wanted low maintenance plants but their suggestions mostly died over winter. In total contrast to the plants which the developer put in the front of our home - all of which are fine with no maintenance, We gave them the opportunity to put it right but they didnt want to know. Dont use this company if you have a choice - we really regret using them and will now have to use someone else to get the job done correctly.

Judging from their reviews, i guess theyre unprofessional on AND off the clock. Why would anyone think its a good idea to park on a random street at 2:30 in the morning when youre drunk... just to go sit in a car with your other drunk friends for over 30 minutes, blast your music, yell, scream and wake everyone up. Shouldnt park your COMPANY truck in front of someones house if thats what youre planning on doing hope it doesnt get towed for unauthorized parking

We have been using Keane Landscaping lawn care services for over a decade, and recently I thought I could cut back on our lawn expenses, so I decided to try another companys bi-weekly lawn service. Well, needless to say, there was no comparison to Keane and our lawn looked terrible when we switched to the other company. When we decided we had to come back to Keane, GM, Ben Dasch, was so professional and easy to work with and so was the staff. Thank you to the crew for making our yard look beautiful again.

Overall, they did a great job. They came out to do some power washing the interior of our house and some landscaping in the yard. They did a great job on the work and were very thorough. They did forget to do one thing, but after speaking with them, they had someone come out and get the work done. There was no hassle or argument about it either. I would definitely use them again.

A Keane Landscaping truck hit the HOAs vehicle gate including the stone column that holds it up, repairs were over $6k. We had video surveillance and witnesses, including the gate attendant, the driver, and homeowners. Parker Keane met with the HOA President and promised to send over a check for the repairs. It took months before the check was sent. Kevin Keane discovered that Parker Keane had sent the check and canceled it. Eventually we had to get our attorney and Keane Landscapings insurance involved for payment to be made. **I received an email from Parker Keane that said Will you please remove this post, this is very unnecessary and very unprofessional of you. Not an apology or an attempt to make it right.

Complete crooks...!!! Buyer Beware. At this point it makes no difference to me whether they are intentional crooks, or suffer from complete incompetence. After spending over $65,000.00 last summer for what was suppose to be a turnkey job, I still have a chipping peeling PLASTIC pot greeting my guest. And I say still have due to the fact that four separate employees have come out at my request, shared my disgust and then promised to replace with an appropriate fixture for a $65k job. I will give you one guess as to what has transpired.... NOTHING! Prior to contracting Keane I spent an entire year studying my property and its natural water flow (AKA wet poorly draining areas / dry well drained areas). All of which was shared with the supposed professionals...only to have them install a sprinkler system that takes none of this into consideration (Absolute cheapest way possible). So now I have no way to control these issues, because the same zone waters both wet and dry areas. Which means I have no way to prevent things dying, either from drowning or from lack of water. Have lost two original to the property mature trees because of this. Then there is the issue of their laughable (To keep from crying) plant warranty. As things began to die and I had to all but beg them to replace them, they would use completely different and or less mature replacements (Again Cheapest way out), leaving things looking hodgepodge at best. That is if they even replaced them. Many times just removing or cutting off the dead plants as if I wouldnt notice. I have since had to spend thousands of dollars replacing things on my own, trying to make the best of a horrible situation. Then...as if it wasnt bad enough I called them out this spring to do a complete bed weeding, and put them under contract to maintain a small portion of my lawn and all the new beds they had installed. I know what your thinking, but my logic was that the crooked behaviors thus far exhibited would compounded if I dare had another company touch anything. Giving them just cause to void my warranty. Along with my hopes that if they were able to see their shoddy work on a regular basis, they might try to make things right. Boy was I wrong! But they sure jumped at the chance to come right over to try and bilk me out of some more money. They did the bed clean, tree feed and added some fresh mulch.... for $3500.00!!!! Then gave me a series of estimates for additional work on my property totaling nearly $40,000.00. None of which I opted in for. Just wanted to have my beds maintained, and them get the watering system adjusted. Well then, that seemed to be a bit much to ask, because it took over a month and a half of constant calling and empty promises to get my first mowing/weeding done. I deliberately didnt mow or weed from the time I agreed to the $275.00 monthly charge/weekly service until they actually showed up for the first time... WHAT A MESS! They have since showed up every Tuesday to mow for the last month, but have half heartedly even attempted to weed my beds. (I do a bit myself everyday to keep my level of embarrassment down to a dull roar) unbeknownst to them I watch from my window as they rush in and mow, then lollygag around apparently killing time, but definitely not weeding. Although they did leave a trash bag with a few weeds in it, from their first visit, in the middle of my flowerbed for THREE WEEKS before removing it. Did I mention that during the time I was begging them to start the maintenance as promised, I received not only invoices, but collection calls for the nearly $40,000.00 worth of work I declined on..? WOW!!!!! As long winded as this review appears to be, I assure you that it is an abbreviated version. DISGUSTED is all I can say...Absolutely DISGUSTED!! In summary...USE ANYONE BESIDES KEANE. From past experience, if you have access to Turtle Creek Landscaping out of Dallas, use them. They ROCK.

Very unprofessional

I told them upfront when starting a backyard remodel that the trumpet vine was very invasive and very hard to kill. I told them I wanted to sign off on the root removal before adding fill dirt. All along the way I was promised it would be removed fully... Now 2-3 weeks have passed and its like they did nothing, even after claiming they sprayed it twice this week when I was out of town. The new sod also has a mushroom but is also partially dead, the concrete folks still havent removed the forms or sealed a superficial crack, and Im pretty sure the dirt is compacting, causing my yard to sink. I am unable to recommend them for any yard remodel work, which is disappointing because the time and attention they gave to the quote was unparalleled.

They were doing pretty good for us, until the beginning of this year(2017). Im not sure what happened internally, but it wasnt good. Ive complained about their yard maintenance several times, however I got tired of complaining so I terminated their service. (issues: not edging, not weed pulling, not neat, not fertilizing (when its part of the contract)... not good.

Keane Landscaping has done a wonderful job assisting me with my landscaping project, from helping to create a vision of what we wanted to do, to providing excellent service to get it accomplished. They were reliable, and I appreciated the follow-up to be sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend them.

Where do I start with this company, we worked for them and they are not about customer service more about scams and deceptive pricing. First we did sub contract some of their landscape lighting , they would over charge the customers and buy their supplies from Home Depot which is the cheapest brand you can find that barely comes with a warranty. There were times when the customer would ask for certain type of lights and they would tell me don t listen to the customer, they re getting what I sold them . We had to let go of this contract otherwise our reputation would be ruined do to their greed for money. Would expect this from a foreign company versus an American made company. This company again is out for money not service, they could care less what the customer wants. Read all the reviews fortunately there were some good sales that customers were satisfied but only because the customer maybe didn t have enough knowledge about the situation. Please beware and stay away from this company unless you want to give your money to charity(Keane Landscaping)

The Keane Landscaping crew does an excellent job with maintaining our property. They are always asking if there is anything else that needs to done or if we have any special requests. When we have a question Jack is very good to respond in a reasonable time.

Service provided was excellent. It involved removal of a large (36 diameter) pecan tree, stump grinding and planting of grass in the void. The area was cleaned up and furniture repositioned. However, I cannot recommend this company because of basic inconsideration and lack of concern for their employees. In the eight visits to my house, over a period of 18 days, I was never notified that they were coming. I told the crew head that I needed a call because we have a dog that needs to be brought inside for her safety and the crews safety. He said to call the office, which I did. Still never received notification. The job spread out over 18 days just was too much.

Full front and back landscaping done. Very satisfied. They continue to do all the maintenance as well. Full service taking care of all our outside needs. Highly recommended.

We have hired Keane Landscaping to clean out our beds, replant color, create stone boarders, replace our grass and prune our trees. Their team is profession. We had Keane Landscaping add a gorgeous covered living area with a huge fireplace and new grill. They completed all work in a timely manner and kept us updated along the way.

Great company to deal with -- replaced some areas that did not take one year later without hesitation. Responsive and very fair pricing. Have a sprinkler guy that comes out when finished and repairs / fixes any sprinkler issues at no charge. Highly recommend!

I HAVE BEEN POLITE AND PATIENT -NO MORE - WE WERE CLEARLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! As of july 1, 2016 keane landscape no longer manages our lawn. I do not and will not recommend keane landscaping. Keane landscaping charged me for services they have yet fully honored despite my every effort. I have called, texted, emailed , met with management ultimately giving up and managing my own lawn. Actually hiring a separate company to come behind them to do the work I paid them to do. I paid Keane landscape for a full service clearly defined in their contract. I got very basic, subpar mowing! Often times calling to ask they return and finish mowing. Many times they would mow so fast they left large strips of un-mowed grass behind. ALWAYS leaving large weeds behind! I did my part - set up auto pay - paying more than most of the other landscape companies in this area charge. I would contact them when my service was not being done- according to their company policy. They ask for a certain amount of time to address concerns of their customers. That time came and passed ! It wasnt until I called to cancel my service that they sent a manager out to speak with me. They forgot to do ANY lawn treatment for over an entire year. Our yard Full of weeds, diseased roses, crepe myrles never pruned, bushes never trimmed, no professional maintenance to front and back flower beds. They damaged multiple drain covers promising to replace them. They asked for photos AGAIN -even thou THEIR OWN manager had taken photos. The covers sit - NEVER REPLACED! Keane was very eager to do additional work in the back of our property, but sadly couldnt manage basic lawn service. We will not be hiring them. The are very good with billing - they Never missed or forgot to take my money. They have yet to credit my account for services we did not receive.

The process started out with a promise of great service. What I received was plants not properly spaced presumably to sell more plants. After one year, I am going to have to have another landscape company rip this out and start over. I made a $7000 mistake overall...get several bids and beware of overcharging with poor follow up. My emails have been ignored so I am filing complaint with BBB and considering small claims court.

I have had a terrible experience with Keane Landscaping. What they did bordered on fraud and definitely negligence. I had a drainage system installed in by them in May 2015. With the heavy rains this spring, my drainage system backed up and caused severe damage to my wood floors. I contacted Keane to have them investigate why my drainage system failed to perform as designed. When they attempted to blow out the drainage system, they discovered that they had never been connected to the drainage extensions that takes the water out to the lawn. I have been 3 months trying to get them to repair my wood floors that their negligence caused.

I WOULD NEVER USE KEANE LANDSCAPE BUSINESS AGAIN. I USED THEM FOR A YEAR AND PAID WAY TOO MUCH FOR TO LITTLE.. BOUGHT 9 TREES AND 5 DIED WITHIN 5 MONTHS. NO RETURN OF MONEY OR NEW TREES. PAID $325.00 FOR TWO MONTHS OF YARD WORK AND THEY DID IT WHEN IT WAS GETTING DARK. SPENT TOO MUCH AND THEY ARE JUST NOT RELIABLE NOR DO THEY CARE. $100 PER WEEK IS WAY TOO MUCH.

I had a fairly large project: install appx 1000 Asian Jasmine plants before a back yard party. It got delayed due to weather, non associated irrigation issues, and a couple of other blips, but Keane came through with a last minute installation. The last worker left 45 minutes before the first guest arrival. Almost one year later now and it all looks great. Good people, good work, fair price.

Frustrating sums up my experience!! I was promised weed preventer before planting shrubs, did not happen in front or back and this was for new landscaping, which means I am now battling weeds! During weekly lawn maintenance they dug up a sick Japanese Maple that THEY DIDNT PLANT, which prevented me from using the warranty with the company I bought it from. I noticed immediately and asked them to bring it back...I was told they had shredded it. My weekly lawn maintenance was supposed to be completed every Friday, I needed the exact same day every week so I could unlock gates and put dogs away. NOT ONCE did they do it correctly. My sprinkler was BRAND NEW, they adjusted it after new landscape install, however some plants were yellowing and dying. I called them to look at it. They said they would charge $95 an hour for the repair....which frustrated me, but I agreed to pay to keep peace. I got a bill for ovr $800 PLUS parts...It was a NEW system and I know 100% they were not at the house for 7+ hours working on the sprinkler. I was told I would get color planted, and stated clearly what I wanted, I got mixed color and NO cabbage as promised. They even left the caladiums ~ in WINTER landscape!? Id be careful, this company at one time had a STELLAR reputation, something has changed and not for the better. A companys reputation and integrity is based on how they handle the mistakes....Take for example, the reviews....ONLY positive ones have comments, no offered solutions for the negative reviews ~ hmmmm

Hose job. I thought I had a Cadillac coming, and they delivered a clunker. Ive dealt in landscaping many times over the years, and each and every company seems to want to please their customer. Keane Landscaping is the exception. A crew installed the landscaping for about 3 hours, and results were mediocre. No color as promised. No mature bushes as promised. No negotiation on pricing after the fact. Buyer beware.

This is a wonderful landscaping service. They removed a tree and installed a French drain to correct drainage issues. They trimmed all our shrubs and trees, including oaks, and did an excellent job cleaning out weeds from planting beds. The customer care was outstanding and the crew was exceptional. I highly recommend Keane Landscaping if you want personalized and professional service.

We had worked with this company for over a year. Two of our trees had severe problems and they kept recommending trimming the trees, injections, etc, all of which were expensive. The reality was that the trees could not be saved and in fact one of the trees fell into our front yard 3 weeks after being treated by this company. When it came to removing the fallen tree, they avoided our phone calls and when we got them to respond, we were quoted more than double what the other quoted us. Bottom line, we felt that this company did not give us an honest recommendation about our trees and was trying to extract maximum charges rather than do the right thing. I would not use them if I were you.
