UPDATE: Horizon just completed another project for us and yet again exceeded all expectations. Dardan was consistently professional and helpful throughout the design process, and has followed up consistently since the project was completed to make sure our new privacy trees are doing well. Denis, Jerriel and team were diligent and professional throughout while installing the stone wall and trees. Yet again, we could not be more pleased with how Horizon improved the curb appeal and privacy of our home! Horizon just completed a landscaping project for us and by far exceeded our expectations! Chris worked with us every step of the way. He was extremely professional and truly listened to what we needed to make our outdoor space feel like home. He created a design that went above and beyond what we could have dreamed of, answered all of our questions and was very responsive. He and his amazing team worked hard and were at our house each day and made sure that the plan was followed perfectly. Chris and everyone at Horizon, thank you for all your hard work. The horizon team went over and above and really took the time to make our mulch beds look great. They even went so far as to organize an area of tools and scrap wood that was covering one of the back beds so that they could mulch the area properly. I m seriously impressed with their diligence and professionalism.

The crew came back for our spring clean up, they spent time meticulously prepping our yard for spring and summer. We are very pleased.

I have been a client for many years. They offer ALL landscaping services. However the quality and workmanship have gone down over the years. I was honestly going to switch to another company this year but decided to try one more time. I had 5-6 hedges all die last year....not their fault...but if they had someone come to look at the yards like they used to....they would have told me anytime something was looking bad and I would tell them to replace it. After two entire years of that happening, I asked for a price myself. Price was way too high and did the work myself We also have a fenced in yard with dogs. The ONE Thing I insist on is that the gates be closed and locked so that the dogs cant get out. As sometimes the locks can be a bit finicky....I put loops of chain over the posts to make locking up super easy. Last year the gates were not shut at least 2 if not 3 times. I made calls every time. Promises were made. The very first maintenance visit this year....gates were left open. So they arent the cheapest, from my point of view the customer service is very lacking, and quality has gone down over the years. Ill be looking to change this year. On a bright note....their sprinkler division is top notch. That side of their operation is very good!

Dishonest, rude, will cut corners and leave you with a project that needs to be redone. Stay away.

Had Horizon come in and redo the landscaping on the house we just purchased and couldnt be happier with my decision. The design team was amazing and the crew that did the work was professional and respectful. And the best part, the continuing customer service is beyond compare. Really happy with our decision to work with Horizon.

Where to begin? It would take three pages to describe the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. Nothing matched their quote, and until I held their feet to the fire, nothing could match their shocking and arrogant refusal to make good on their quote. Never again!!

The Horizon team was so helpful, provided education and professional expertise in recommending the best replacement trees for my side yard due to the devastation of my previous trees thanks to the infestation of spotted lanternflies. They provided exemplary and efficient service from beginning to end of my job. I highly recommend them!

In 2018 Horizon revamped our entire backyard. They put together a design for landscaping and a patio. They also redid our sprinkler system and put lighting in. This season the yard has fully grown in and looks phenomenal> Everyone who comes over comments on how beautiful it looks. Chris is the man and his team of workers executed phenomenally. We ripped down our old and beaten up deck and had a new patio put down. We could have easily gotten a cheaper quote, but will sleep well at night marveling at the high quality completed project. You get what you pay for!

After home renovation destroyed our backyard, we needed to remedy quickly and on a budget. Ralph from Horizon Landscaping responded quickly and performed a site survey at the time he quoted, was open and enthusiastic to all my ideas. We have property on a hill with a pitch and needed to make better use of the space. Ralph understood what we needed and what could reasonably be done to code. The idea he presented is efficient and suits the house and environment. The job was booked and once work commenced it was completed quickly and on timeline. All the landscaper s and workers were polite and hardworking. The result in beautiful and also mitigates water run-off. Horizon even let us borrow the extra sprinkler to ensure the sod takes well to the site! Couldn t be a nicer bunch of guys, easy to talk to, responsible and professional. I highly recommend Horizon Landscaping and Ralph in particular for your next landscaping project.

As a customer since 2011 with multiple projects over the years ranging from stone walls, to plantings to patios to sprinklers and lighting, Horizon never disappoints. Tim Fox and team are amazing designers, the operations crew is top notch and extremely professional. As a construction products distributor, we like to be treated as we do for our customers -- it does not always happen! Horizon does just that. We are in a different category from most of the people and businesses Horizon serves as we are a vendor resource for Horizon Landscape Services. We had Horizon take down a lot of trees, landscape our backyard and put in a sprinkler system. The whole process from design to implementation was so easy. They arent pushy and dont sell you things you dont need. Their customer service and support is outstanding. After putting in our lawn, we had a serious rain storm and it washed away the whole front and back yard. The next morning, without calling, Horizon was at our doorstep and fixed the entire yard.
