Josh does a superb job! He is very courteous & polite & efficient. His prices are low but his service & results are sky high! He answered his phone quickly & was professional & easy to work with. He went over & above what my expectations were at a vacant house I was selling. He squeezed in that job for me, because I was in a bind. He cut & edged & cleaned up the entire lot before the realtor & prospective buyers arrived, which resulted in me selling the house that day. I refer him often & will continue to do so & use his services.
