Scheduled a pickup and service/winterization of a snow blower for Wednesday. At Tuesday at 5pm I get a message from Christine that they have to cancel. No worries. Things happen. Called back and a few minutes after and left a message for her to call me back. Almost a week later and no call. I called them today and when I finally get Christine on the phone, her tone was cold, she seemed unbothered and was not very apologetic. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Best lawn supply place on Long Island. Prices are way better than Home Depot and the folks here help you out with great attention.

Bought an Echo X PB-2620 blower. It was an open box and the woman(did not catch her name) assured me it was brand new and complete. I purchased it and never looked back. Echo 2620 is the top of the line hand blower and it's perfect and powerful for home use. Starts right away. You just have to let it warm up before full throttle can be achieved. They even filled the tank before I left. That was a nice touch on their behalf. I know it's only a few OZ's of fuel but it's the thought that counts. I will purchase from Maxwell again.
