Tyler has been absolutely great to work with the last several years for basic yard work, fall cleanup and weed/fertilizer yearly applications. We just started using River City Property Maintenance this year (2022) to take care of my Mom’s lawn in Wrightstown. We had Tyler do the spring cleanup first and now he is cutting the lawn weekly. River City Property Maintenance is very professional in all aspects of their work! Tyler, the owner is very responsive and super easy to work with. I have had odds and ends with my lawn care and landscape that needed to be attended to and Tyler was able to step up and help out! Everything has turned out great! I have used River City for my everyday lawn care as well and have not had any problems with my lawn getting too long before River City returns. I also never end up with left over grass clumping in my yard. Tyler is very knowledgeable about different options for the best results and even can use more eco-friendly products! One of my favorites is a fertilizer that does not harm pets or individuals even after it is laid on the ground. A bonus is the product is produced in Wisconsin. I would definitely recommend Tyler and River City to anyone that is looking for any lawn care!

I recommended River City to my parents in the DePere area after hearing good things word of mouth. Their experience has been nothing but positive. With them having a new lawn extra time was taken on establishing the proper fertilizer plan to not only take care of weeds, but also help their lawn thicken up and grow to its full potential. Tyler also offered to come back a few weeks after application to double check on the progress of the plan. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wide variety of exterior landscaping/ maintenance.
Tyler was recommended to me by a neighbor when I inquired about a snow plowing resource. We have used plow services in the past, but nothing like the service that Tyler offers. I contacted him and he returned my call quickly. Once he determined that he could fit us in (took only hours, not days) he emailed us a contract. The contract spelled everything out and we immediately signed. His pricing is reasonable and there is no guessing if he will come. The night before the first snowfall he emailed his clients explaining his starting time, the route he will take and estimated time to completion!!!!! And he followed through!!! I am blown away!!! After some flurry activity the next night, he emailed again stating his plan and providing the option to have service or not. This is how a business should be run!!! Proactive, communicative, fair price, impeccable execution and follow up. I could not be happier with Tyler s service.
