Another one of the companies that doesnt pay their employees their final check...Completely blocked me and wont call back..Have to file with Ohio Commerce Department over 270.00 Owner Brad Rich wont respond. Months later Brad still hasnt paid...just responds Im gonna sue.....4-1-22...Owner Brad ywont respond with pay after 2.years

I was given the name of this company as someone who could help improve my property to make ready for selling it. I contacted them on May 5th and left a message. I received no answer back so I called again the 7th. The receptionist told me the owner would not be available until the following week to call me back and SCHEDULE an estimate to done. The next week I called on the 12th (a Tuesday) and left a msg saying I am still waiting to hear from them. A few hours later an unfriendly, surly woman returned my call and stated that, You are out of our service area so we will not be able to help you. So now I have wasted all this time only to find out they dont work in this area??? Why did they not tell me this to begin with so I could find another company right away? They have greatly inconvenienced me at a time when I really needed to get everything ready. I told them I was trying to sell this place and everyone knows summertime is the best time to do this. Additionally, because I was waiting on them, now all of the other companies have booked up their work weeks in advance. I am so angry. Avoid these people because they dont keep their word or act responsibly. I would give ZERO STARS I could.

They have mowed my yard for several years. This week, they removed a bed that was overgrown with scrub trees and cleaned up others. So much better now! Thanks guys!!!!

We have always found Outdoor Makeovers to be professional and accommodating of our needs. They provide us both landscaping and snow removal services for several years without any challenges. They always meet and exceed our expectations in terms of services provided, accommodating any challenges, and customer service. We highly recommend Outdoor Makeovers for landscaping and snow removal needs.

What a shame - put a 50% deposit down only to get the run around after being told the project would start on a specific day. Then it got pushed back another day - until it was cancelled altogether due to timing issues. Dont take peoples money unless you are sure you can get the job done. Also dont tell customers the night before that everything is a go, only to be told 3 hours after the job was to start that they cant fit you in after all. Brad did his best to apologize but the whole experience left a terrible impression on us. We will not be recommending them. *i was threatened with a lawsuit for sharing my experience and leaving my review. I stand by my review but removed the last part urging others to be cautious. My deposit was returned after driving to their office to retrieve a check (I paid online via check card so not sure why it wasnt just refunded that way). Nothing I said was false or untrue and I have all the correspondence showing what transpired. I will not be bullied into removing my review of an experience with a company that did not meet my expectations. if the company can show that something in my review is not accurate, please let me know and I will gladly adjust my statement.

I had Brad and team edge and apply mulch to my yard this Spring and was very pleased with their work. In fact, they exceeded my expectations and performed a few additional tasks without asking to improve the job. They also saved two of my pines that I had asked them to remove, once they determined that trimming and fertilizer would be a better route to follow. The pines now look great.

Brad and his crew maintained my 3 acre property for several years. Very reliable. Personable. Good price. Also used OMs personal gardener Perry - hes great.

Brad Rich, owner of Outdoor Makeovers, responded in a timely manner to request from us for consultation on two projects. Brad walked the property with us and spent considerable time providing options to create a visual barrier around our deck with plantings and also re how to deal with a 700 Ft2 elevated area contained by railroad ties and full of overgrown vines & shrubs. We liked Brad s inputs and contracted with Outdoor Makeovers to do both the plantings and to remove the elevated area and restore it to the original contour in grass. We did the two jobs on different dates and in both cases the Crews arrived on time and were pleasant, professional and efficient. They were invested in our satisfaction with the completed jobs. Their equipment & vehicles were impressive and in good condition. Our work was done on-time, and within a very competitive budget, as estimated.
