Green Turf Lawnscapes in Worland

We needed a phonecall when they were on their way for more than one reason, some of their technicians would not call but would tell their office people that they did call, so when I called to make a complaint the office person would get rude with me, even though I could prove with a screenshot of my incoming calls, that they had never called me. So the office person said..."if you are so dis-satisfied with our service, maybe you should go elsewhere" so we did!

Definitely did not get what we paid for. Was provided the wrong treatment meant for a different customer on a different type of plan. Was promised to have the Worland supervisor to stop buy on countless occasions to follow up on services said to be provided, but no improvements were made and supervisor did not show. Lawn looks TERRIBLE and worse than before at this time last year. Weeds are EVERYWHERE and ground cover is out of control and we have uneven color to our yard and fungus that was supposed to be treated and then retreated and never maintained. No follow up. Would not recommend.
