We spent weeks trying to schedule someone to come out and provide a quote. Texts, emails, and false promises. No one ever confirmed an appointment. Very unprofessional. As the customer, I shouldnt have to chase after you for business. I cant even imagine what we should expect for quality if anyone ever actually did come out. We will be going with someone else for our lawn care needs. If youre too busy to take on new service thats fine, but thats what you tell people. You dont string them along. Completely ridiculous.

I reached out to Savvas after recently becoming a widow as I realized I could no longer keep up with the snow removal. He immediately got back to me and has been there ever since. For a quote on a pile of brush removal from my yard Savvas had me text him a photo of the pile he got back to me in a reasonable time his price was awesome asked when he could do the job he said the next morning was on time worked quickly and was very pleasant to do business with will definitely be using mass landscaping again in the near future I give this company 6stars out of 5 very professional

I cant recommend Mass Landscaping enough! We had a significant amount of sod installed in addition to general clean-up, and the difference is night and day! Savvas was fantastic to work with start to finish, transparent and responsive from quote to the job itself. We will definitely be working with them for future jobs!!

I typically do my own yard maintenance and love it. Recently I had knee surgery and I wasn t healed in time to do my spring clean up. I found Mass Landscaping and snow on google and the reviews impressed me. I called them and scheduled a time to meet. They didn t just jumped on scheduling an estimate, they took the time to ask me questions and find out about me and my needs, I really liked that. The day of the estimate I met a very professional and polite young man. We went over everything I wanted done. The next day I had an estimate. It was a bit more than I was expecting to spend but I felt very confident in this company. Although we got some rain days, the crew eventually showed up and got right to work. They treated my yard better than I have seen any other company work in the area. Edging was on point, mulch was generously put down, all yard debris was completely gone and they leaf blew even my driveway and deck. I think I may be using them more often than I originally anticipated. Definitely recommending them to anyone looking for quality work.

Found this business online, based on the reviews I decided to reach out. I am a new homeowner and had a significant amount of brush that needed to be removed from my back yard. The team did a wonderful job removing the brush in a timely manner. They were very professional and provided good customer service. We contacted Mass Landscaping & Snow mid winter because our old plow provider bailed on us. They were the only company that returned our calls and accepted us mid season and few days before a major storm. Not only they showed up and did an amazing job, they also followed up to ensure we are satisfied with the work. We were so happy with the winter work we had to work with them on other projects also. They did a major spring clean up for us, removed some trees and made our garden beds beautiful. Since then they have been our exclusive landscaping provider and have done our mowing, poison ivy removal, added new plants and various other tasks. Mass Landscaping and Snow does an incredible job of snow removal at my Mom s house. They remove the snow from her driveway and walkway quickly. They treat the driveway and sidewalk. They give me piece of mind that I no longer worry about my Mom being trapped at home or worse falling on her icy sloped driveway. Savvas is responsive and easy to communicate with. Glad I found them. I have had Savvas and his team out for one larger project, some clean ups, and a smaller project. Ive also had them snow blow my driveway when the snow was too deep to shovel. This company has taken such good care of me for the past 3 winters! Savvas is always pleasant, thorough and very quick to respond to messages. I contacted many companies over the past years trying desperately to find someone who would snow blow and shovel only as my driveway is not plowable. 2 companies pulled out inexplicably after we had verbal agreements and others flat out refused because it wasnt worth it to them. Mass Landscaping & Snow offers snow blowing and shoveling. They understand that the majority of Worcester properties cant be plowed. They also understand that we all need to be able to get out for work and or get back into our drives and they strive to work around your schedule. They have been very successful so far! Walked the property with us, listened to our ideas and gave us some great suggestions. We received a quote the next day and a time frame for the job to be completed. I highly recommend Mass Landscaping & Snow. We have never had such an amazing experience with another service company before. We put a new fence up last year but this year we realized some trees on our property had to be taken down, but they were extremely close to our house and new (and expensive) fence. We called around and everyone who showed up declined the work. The owner from Mass Landscape showed up exactly at the time he said and walked us through exactly the process and how they would be able to handle the trees. Provided us with an estimate the same day. During our meeting we mentioned we have a newborn at home. The day of the service they showed up, texted us to come out and asked if it is ok for them to start the work because the equipment is loud, they wanted to ensure that they didn t wake the baby up or disturb anyone. The work was complicated but they made it look easy and when they were done you couldn t tell that any of the trees were ever there! The entire crew went above and beyond to ensure we are happy with the end result and checked in frequently during the day. We will be hiring them to complete all future projects because you cannot match the quality of service and professionalism.

We closed on our house in December and of course we had nothing in place in terms of snow removal. We called several companies and we only got a response back from Mass Landscaping & Snow. The owner explained how hard it would be to find a company in the middle of the season but he would do his best to add us to their route given the circumstances. He managed to see our property and give us a price that evening. We accepted. 3 days later we got our first snow storm in the new house. I woke up early to clean up the cars and to my surprise everything was perfect. The Mass Landscaping & Snow crew had cleaned the snow off our driveway, walkway and even our cars. What a great feeling to get up to this. When Covid became serious both my wife and I ended up working from home. We wanted to make sure that we can enjoy our property as much as possible if this was to continue. We called Mass Landscape again and discussed options for our yard and a new patio. We had a few ideas but working with them and their experience we were able to take our yard to the next level. The build an amazing patio with a fire pit for us while giving us top quality lawn. We spend as much time as possible out in the yard now and still cannot get enough of it. The selection of shrubs, trees and flowers they installed for us was amazing and everything is growing happy and healthy. These guys saved our 4th of July! On 7/3 we got hit by a storm. Several branches and some small trees ended up in our yard. We called Mass Landscaping and Snow and explained the situation. The owner told us he would be handling our project himself. Their crew came up on July 4th early in the morning and made it seem like there was never a storm!!! We ended up having a family cookout in our yard thanks to them. The professionalism and work we witnessed was unmatched! Nobody else was returning calls, nevermind to actually come and do the work on a holiday. We just had them also do a fall clean up for us. Once again incredible work. Definitely recommend !

We finally found the company we wanted in Mass Landscaping and Snow! We were looking for a company that does it all. Prior our lawn guy didn t do snow removal and our plow guy didn t do clean ups. Mass Landscaping & Snow returned our call within minutes. Steve showed up the next day, answered all our questions and provided us with an estimate and a plan the same day. We signed up and never looked up. We do not have to worry about anything. Our yard has never looked better and we only deal with one company. When something comes up we reach out and they take care of it for us. So far they have done amazing work with our lawn. Added new plants and flower beds for us. Planted some beautiful shrubs for privacy in our back yard and are doing our snow removal this winter. They even clean the snow off our cars. Can t thank these guys enough. Not only they are the best in the snow removal business they use pet friendly salt. We love our dogs so this was very important for us. My boyfriend hurt his back so we even hired them to put up and take down our Christmas decorations this year. A+ recommendation!
