Carroll, I want to recognize Ryan Back, who has far exceeded my expectations. He has provided the best Customer Service I have ever received in any industry. In today's world, customer service is terrible anywhere I go; unfortunately, this seems to be a statement from the past. I had a few issues after I started using Fitzgerald, and when I contacted Ryan, he was at my house the next day. I discussed a couple of issues yesterday with Ryan that I was upset about. With the heavy rains we received last night, I texted him at 6:25 AM not to worry about coming out and take care of it next week. He responded, "I'd like to take care of the shrub beds, and weed eat the hill in the back if that is ok with you." He was there with his crew around 7:30, and they exceeded my expectations. Please let Ryan and his team know how much it meant to me to follow through and exceed all my expectations. You are blessed to have quality people who represent Fitzgerald's Landscape. We have good experiences with Fitzgerald, and recommend them highly, especially for maintaining flower beds and shrubbery. We have them for spring snd fall cleanup, and for planting seasonal flowers. Donnie is very responsive for all our needs, and very prompt at getting work done. For tree work, Seth is the man for us. Thank you Fitzgerald.

lazy employees at Popeyes 11/2. not only parked across a handicapped spot and 2 other spots close to the restaurant, they also blocked the access to the handicap van access.

Seth is the best. Always responds quickly, provides good info, trade offs and fair pricing. Quality of work has always been done safely and doe well. You will find some cheaper "competitors" for tree service out there, but you always get what you pay for, and with Fitzgerald's Tree service you always get quality results

I wish I could give this company a better review as they seem highly respected here in Waco... I initially reached out requesting quotes on multiple projects. It took over 2 weeks for someone to get back to me. Three different people from different divisions came out to see what I wanted done and to provide me quotes. They came out in mid May and I’ve yet to receive any feedback. I guess they aren’t in need of any business?
