Miller Landscape in Woodstock

I had a great experience with Miller Landscaping and the installation crew. They worked tirelessly to finish the project in a professional and timely manner, despite the adjustments and modifications to the original project. Most days they were here before sunlight and stayed way past typical contractor stopping time. The finished landscaping project turned out better than we could have imagined. Thanks again!

I rarely post reviews of anything (good or bad) and I can be a tough customer to win over, but I wanted to write this review...I had Miller Landscape do a landscaping project for me and they did a wonderful job from start to finish...Jake, Blake, Jordan and team were very professional, detail-oriented, and fast to accomplish all the projects tasks and within budget and on our agreed-upon schedule. I definitely would recommend Miller Landscape if you need any landscaping job done right the first time! Thanks Miller Landscape!

If your goal is mediocrity, Miller Landscape is for you. We hired Miller Landscape to create a patio space for our new home. They built our patio design with a total diameter of 3 feet less than our agreed upon layout. After we reached out to let them know it was not satisfactory, Blake came out to our home and after looking over the work that was done, appeared at our door and asked, How is it? Is it going to work for you? They did send the crew out to extend the patio to the design layout specificiations but, once again, the patio was under specifications by 5 inches. Now, 5 inches isnt a huge loss but when the project had to be redone due to not meeting size expectations the first time, we would have expected them to err on the side of building a bit larger verses shorting us once again. When Blake came out to inspect the 2nd time, we voiced our concern and his response was well if its good enough for you guys, thats what we want. When spending $15,000 on a project, our hope was to be wowed, not just good enough. While the end result was okay, we feel we over paid for the finished product. Miller Landscape does not go above and beyond in their service to customers. We have reached out to voice our concerns to the company. We will edit this review if they respond to our email. Editing to add: Miller Landscape did send the owner out to look at our project and discuss issues. They gave a $500 refund for the discrepancies in sizing. While the entire situation was quite frustrating, they did to work to ease those frustrations somewhat. Thank you for doing the right thing, Miller Landscape.

UPDATE: Giving an extra star because they credited us our payment back to our credit card in a timely manner. It all started out just fine. We were impressed with the technology in the front office. They were on top of getting back to us and even knowing when Megan would arrive to our house via GPS. That s where it stopped! When Megan came out to look at our back yard we were discussing an in ground spa, but would like to know how much it would cost first before we had her put it into the design. She told us she could get the information about the spa and the other questions we had shortly. We were told that it would be 2.5 weeks before we would get our design and it should only take 5 hours to do. Great! After our payment of $500 went through June 10th. 2.5 weeks go by and my husband had to email her about the spa and a couple other things she was supposed to get back to us about. She emailed with the price of the spa, we told her no to the spa. She also said we re at the top of the queue for next week. Great! We then received an email Sunday the July 7th apologizing for the slight delay and she hadn t forgot about us. By now and we are at total of 4 weeks and we still haven t received a design. Needless to say, we are moving on.

Great work! We are very pleased. Miller evaluated the project, gave us an estimate at an excellent price and completed the project very quickly. I highly recommend them for landscape jobs that are big or small.

Bruce and his crew did an amazing job. They were professional, kind, and had an immense attention to detail. Bruce and his crew were super friendly to my kids who were very interested in their project. Great, trustworthy people. I will definitely use them for a bigger project in the future.

They went above and beyond to help her feel supported while he was serving our country. Miller Landscape helped me with a design that was perfect for my backyard and the exact amount of project I was looking for. They helped me keep it close to the budget I wanted. They were quick, scheduling was easy, and the overall result looks amazing. The crew was really awesome and kept me posted along the way.

We have used Miller 3 to 4 times since 2007 redoing and adding to our landscape. Never had a bad experience from planning to install!! Blake and 5 crew members arrived around 8 am and ripped out some of shrubs that were part of the original landscape put in 26 yrs ago and replanted with new plants as well as transplanting some to other areas of the yard. All went beautifully and completed in one day. We are very pleased with the plan and results again!!!!!

Miller Landscape was amazing to work with! From the start Jake was so helpful and detailed in his quoting! Then once the work began Jordan and his team were so communicative and hard working. They were so precise and never stopped moving. They were incredibly respectful and arrived first thing in the morning everyday and didn t stop all day. We are so incredibly happy with the end result!!

I have been using Miller since 2017 when we added a small wall in the back yard. I have returned at least 3 or 4 times for landscape projects. This week Jordan and crew added a beautiful paver path and new landing to the front porch of the house. It looks great and they did it all so fast. Even cleaned up on their way out. Exactly as expected from Miller. 5 stars!

We had a retaining wall replaced by Miller Landscape. Jeff and his crew did a great job. The new wall looks fantastic and strong. They also did a wonderful job of removing the debris and cleaning up the job site. I d definitely would recommend.

The work from Miller Landscaping was very well done and completed in a timely manner. The crew was hard working and not only did an amazing job with the land and hardscapes, but they also did an excellent job on the clean up. They provided an incredible design and full color 3D renders as a part of the proposal process, and executed everything in just about 3 weeks! Miller Landscape is the best! I have used them for multiple project and they have always been installed quickly and beautifully. They are fairly priced (I got multiple quotes and they are the most thorough) and a great deal for the quality of their work. It was nice to have a project manager that I could call any time and he would help. The design team was great and a very good value. Can not say enough good things about Miller Landscape. From the office staff to the maintenance teams they are hands down the best landscape company Ive ever had the pleasure of working with!

We employed Miller Landscaping for a major front and backyard renovation project. They took care of our drainage and erosion issues, installed new sod, mulch and plant islands, and built us a nice underdeck area with pavers. We had a few bumps along the way as you would expect with any project of this size, but Miller Landscaping absolutely took care of us and stood behind their work. You can trust Bruce to do what he says he will do and that alone puts his business ahead of many other contractors weve dealt with. We are extremely pleased with the final product and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality landscaping and stone work.

Our renovation contractor recommended Miller Landscape for outdoor makeover (landscape, hardscape and pool). Miller was a great company to work with. James Lawson was our Miller landscape architect and Miller was able to take the rendering concepts and bring them to life. It truly feels like an outdoor oasis. During the project we worked with the owner Bruce Miller. Bruce was always available to talk through project challenges and hurdles. James was also a huge help stepping in to assist on our building permit(s) to navigate the unreasonable permit requirements in the City of Brookhaven. I would recommend Miller Landscape for any outdoor project, big or small. Our neighbors also contracted Miller to do an outdoor landscape project as we were building based on Miller performance.

We used Miller Landscape for a large new construction project. We are very pleased with the outcome and the crew were awesome to work with!

First meeting w/Bruce went well. Then we didnt see him again. They say they will do something, but then dont do it. They ran out of rounded Travertine, so they decided to use squared off pieces which happened to be in back so I guess they hoped we didnt see it. They will ask for money each time they visit even when work isnt completed. We spent a significant amount of money on them and I was not happy w/process, workmanship, and cannot recommend them. Its unfortunate but true.

From design to completion, we are exceptionally pleased with our backyard transformation. This was a complex project that included tree removal, grading, pool, pavilion with kitchen and fireplace, landscape, etc., and the Miller Landscape team (Bruce, John, Roberto and others) were all attentive, extremely professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the project. Did we run into issues with weather, timing, etc? Absolutely, however the team went out of their way to provide suggestions and recommendations along with working 7 days a week from sun up to sun down to keep as close to our project completion date as possible. Throughout the project, the team listened attentively to everything that we wanted and they answered all of our concerns and questions timely and to our satisfaction. Totally recommend the Miller team. The attention to detail, customer service, pride and craftsmanship deserves a 5 star rating. Our project was completed at the end of May and it has turned out to be just what our family needed. It is beautifully designed, its relaxing and can be used year round and the end result exceeded our expectations.

Kevin came to survey the grounds and found much that needed attention. In the next few weeks I will be looking forward to wonderful improvements. We are excited to have Miller Landscape put our yard back together.

We were in need of a major face lift for our front and back yards. Some friends recommended Miller Landscape after they had used them for a project, and we are so glad we went with them. They helped us visualize the changes we needed including tree removal, site grading, hardscapes, and new sod. It looks like a brand new house now! Everything from design to installation was seamless, and we are so impressed with the quality. We have decided to use them for annual maintenance as well to keep everything looking great. We couldnt be happier we chose them to do our job!

Miller Landscapes have done the maintenance in my yards for the past 12 years, and I wouldnt have anyone else. The teams show up like clockwork each week, and they are in and out fast. Its the same team each week, they have loyal, long-term employees. I dont have to ask them to do anything -- they trim the bushes and crepe myrtles when its time, they apply new mulch when the old mulch is looking thin, they fertilize and apply pre-emergent at the right times, and the yard always looks fabulous... evenly trimmed grass, nice sharp edges, and all the clippings are blown off the walks and driveway and collected. Ive used Miller for 3 major landscape installations (hardscape and plantings), and they always finish within budget and on time. One more thing, and this might sound trivial, but its such a nice touch.... their trucks are always shiny and clean, and its just so nice to see when they pull up and park in front of the house. Its just such pleasure to work with the whole organization.
