Recently ordered some cedar mulch and river rock from 519. They were extremely easy to deal with and we received our purchase on time and in the location we asked for on our property. Will for sure use them again.
I contacted 519 Property Maintenance, along with several other companies in Oxford County who guaranteed responding within 24-48 hours and they were the only company to do so! My job took my away from my home for a month, then sporadically for several weeks during the summer months and 519 Property Maintenance rescued my lawn! They came in and cut my front and back lawn almost immediately after my first inquiry, with a fair price. After I hired them to continue their service into the Fall. The 519 team was professional, friendly, left my property looking better than before, and made sure to close the gate and move any dog toys I forgot to clean up every visit! I look forward to using their services again next summer!
Can’t say enough about this company. We are a new client and have had their winter service and it was exceptional. Our side walks, drive way we’re always clear when we opened our business and through out the day. They recently did their spring clean up and our property has never looked better. Tyler and team did a fabulous job with the snow removal at our home this winter. They had both driveways and the sidewalk cleared each day before we left for work, and even shovelled the porch and steps. We appreciate that we paid by the amount of snow and the rates were very reasonable. We will defiantly use them again.

519 Property Maintenance is a very professional run company. You can tell immediately when talking to the owner who is both knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile to please his customers. The price couldn’t be beat, and quality of work done was top notch. Most property maintenance companies are quick when completing their work; 519 went over certain areas of my lawn a couple more times to ensure the job was done right regardless of the time taken. Tyler, the owner, also has a vast knowledge of property maintenance and took the time to share some tips on how to improve my lawn. I highly recommend 519 Property Maintenance and I will be calling them again next year!

I contacted 519 when I was suddenly in need of residential snow removal. Tyler responded ASAP. He addressed all my immediate needs and offered options for the rest of the winter. They have gone above and beyond maintaining our farm property, and even mow alongside our ditch and surrounding our mailbox- places we never ever thought to mow before but makes so much difference in the appearance as you approach the property. 519 Property Maintenance should be your go to for all lawn needs! His prices cant be beat and he actually takes pride in his work and wants to give/help you get a great looking lawn! I started using his services in the spring for aeroting, then this fall I had him back for aeroting ,dethaching and overseeding. When he showed up in the fall he complimented how good my lawn was looking just from myself taking care of it. He doesnt try to upset you on services you dont need, but if he gives you a recommendation Id definitely follow his advice! He showed up both times, finished the job and actually stood and chatted for a bit and gave me his advice and recommendations and answered all my questions! Cant recommend him enough, best in the area!
