Company mixed up addresses and applied chemicals to my lawn instead of the house they were supposed to service. Manager said it was an honest mistake and did not apologize or attempt to make it right in any way.

One of your drivers was tailgating me and almost hit me a couple times today/Tuesday, August 13, 2024 on Arnold Mill Rd from around 4:35 pm-4:45 pm in Woodstock. That driver is wreckless and dangerous and hes going to hurt someone badly and get your company sued. You should ban that dangerous driver. Not paying attention and speeding too.

I had an instance where I needed to change my auto payment account. I was notified via email but it looked suspect to me. I called their office . Found out it was them, and instead of saying do it online I was walked thru the change directly by the staff. Very professional and courteous treatment. Plus the yard work they have done for us has been spot on

Great company. We have used them for years. Now in an HIA neighborhood but still use Robert. Fantastic you will be glad you chose them. Lawn is near perfect.

Weve been using TurfXpert for about 2 years now. We have 2 acres and theyve been working with us to turn it from 2 acres of weeds into real lawn. Our front yard went first and it was incredible the change over 1 year. Weve been working on the rest since then and while slow since there was virtually no grass to begin with, it is now a recognizable lawn and were looking forward to it matching the perfect grass lawn in the front. Awesome crew to work with, always willing to talk through ideas and explain different approaches we can take. 100% recommend.

TurfXpert is great! We moved to their service from one of the bigger names. It was a great decision. I highly recommend Andrew and his team. They do what they say theyre gonna do. They communicate with us so that we make sure our dogs are inside when they come by. Im glad we chose them to help us keep our yard beautiful.

Once in a great while, you get lucky when choosing a company to perform some needed service. That s how I feel about TurfXpert. I needed lawn treatments, both fertilizer and weed control, and called these guys. Not only were they prompt, but their treatments worked magic on my lawn. Add to that was their professional and friendly customer service. I ve been laid up recently and cannot blow my lawn clear of leaves. The tech, Chrystal, not only blew my lawn, but also my driveway! Since I have used TurfEpert, I have a beautiful lawn year round and if I see a wed or something that is making my grass look bad, they correct it before I can even call them. They aerated and overseeded our lawn. During the seeding I noticed the worker was very careful not to scatter seed in our flower beds, which border the entire yard. I appreciated this; its always a pain to go around and pull grass sprouting where it doesnt belong.

After trying NUMEROUS lawn providers I contacted TurfXpert for their fertilization program and began with the first application. After a minor misunderstanding of my lot size, I reached out to Bethany and she arranged for Robert to return to reapply to those areas that were previously missed. This is the cool part... When Robert shows up to my house, he proceeds to blow all of the leaves from my yard to natural areas to expose the grass and root system instead of spraying and wasting the application directly on dead leaves. No other provider wouldve taken the time to do that! That is the first indicator that I wasnt dealing with some jackleg rookie, but rather a lawn professional who prides himself on quality work. As mentioned previously, Ive used a lot of providers and Ive never had any of them perform this step yet alone use a backpack blower. Now, once he completes the spraying of the treatment he walks my property to ensure that nothing was missed and then... heres another cool part, he secures my gates and returns my yard to the way it was before arriving. Yes, aside from the wet grass, a lawn sign and the newly blown lawn you wouldve never known he was there. Thats the second indicator that he believes in workmanship and a long lost art, customer service. Mind you, all of this was done as a re-apply and there were no additional charges. Lastly, I asked if they provided veteran discounts for prior service members. Guess what?! They do and did! Man, I am sold! I do believe I have found the last honest lawn outfit in metro Atlanta and I couldnt be happier. Thank you, Robert, Bethany, and Krystal!
