I had wild onions in my front yard. I tried many other weed control services and no one could get them under control. I found Law Doctor and finally the onions are under control. They dont pop up constantly. My lawn looks green and lush.

Just started using this company, and so far, I ve received great customer service. Too many companies out there offer (the hook, bait, and switch lawn care treatment plans). Ex: Some will have you go from six initially to needing nine treatments, mind you, same yard that have been treating, so I decided to try a new company, and set expectations with owner up front.

Weve used The Lawn Doctor for about a year now and we find their work on our lawn thus far to have been somewhat effective. When we called we had just gotten new sod installed and we wanted to make sure that the lawn had a good jump start with growth which meant protecting the sod from weeds. Ms. Pierce

I like Lawn Doctor and normally would rank them a 5 star because I have used them for 15 years. However, 2 years in a row I have some type of disease in my yard and they sprayed and said the grass will be fine. But the grass died in this section and I have to replace it again. I was hoping 1) I didn t have to replace and 2) given some professional advice on why this is happening. Like I said they are good but 2 red flags in a row has me concerned.

I signed up for a yearly contract. But as it turned out they just took my money and deducted full fee each time they come out. Also, they came out an extra 2 times on there own just to charge me more money.

The representative was punctual and on time. However, the chemicals they used to kill the weeds in my yard did not work. I will admit I did not follow up with Long doctor and let them know however, the representative who was spraying my yard should have noticed the weeds in the front.

We have used Lawn Doctor for the last 4 years after leaving another major lawn protection provider. Our experience has been very good. Lawn Doctor does what they say theyre going to do. Recently, I asked them to take more action on reseeding our fescue grass. They said they would come out and hand seed the remaining bare areas in the next couple of days. Within 48 hours, they made good on this promise. They left a service report and the problem went away after this request for help. Their prices are much more reasonable than our previous provider. The real bonus here is that our Lawn looks much better than it ever did with the last provider. Thanks Lawn Doctor!

We had been using a lawn service company for years who decided to stop showing up. Our yard was horrid this spring with more weeds than grass. After only 3 months are grass is full and thick and greener than its ever been. No weeds!

Lawn Doctor is offers a fair priced lawn weed control service. They are honest about what they can and should do to your lawn - even offered to hold off on weed control and re-seeding until the fall because it wasnt the right time of the year to plant grass. Other companies made false promises - not Lawn Doctor. Great company - would highly recommend.

I have used lawn doctor for several years now and they do a very good job at preventing weeds and fertilizing my lawn. Never had any issues and always are on schedule. I also use their aeration service and no issues there either. I recommend this company as they are fair and only give you the services that you request. They dont try to sell you in to other services.

We finally chose Lawn Doctor of Woodstock after spending a few years and lots of money trying to get our lawn healthy using Big Box fertilizer and weed control by ourselves. Our self care was not successful. I have to say our lawn responded to Lawn Doctors liquid system within the first 2 treatments. Amazing what a good company with quality product and service can do. Its been a full year now and I have to say, our lawn looks 100 percent beautiful. They also have good customer service, always call prior to treatment so I can mow before they arrive if needed. If it only takes 3 to 4 minutes to service my property, it tells me they are only interested in the money. I need a company that actually inspects the yard before applying anything.

I switched to Lawn Dr. after another lawn service company attempted to raise my rates by $30 a service visit. Even after this years price increases, Lawn Dr is still cheaper. They are also very professional about their work. I have cameras everywhere and always look to see if they did a good job. I have not been disappointed. They make sure to cover the ENTIRE yard including small sections on the other side of the driveway.

These guys do a great job getting rid of weeds and quickly respond to any weeds that were not taken care of in their initial treatment.

We recently started using the Lawn Doctor NW Atlanta. Our yard was newly sodded when we purchased about 6 months ago. The technicians have been responsive, and explained the needs of the new lawn. I am please with their service, and their fees are very reasonable.

Cant say enough about Lawn Doctor. My front and back yards had weeds sprouting up everywhere. I was afraid we were going to lose our beautiful bermuda grass. We called Lawn Doctor and within a couple weeks we saw all the weeds wilting and dying. At the same time, my bermuda grass sprang up and grew in much thicker than ever. I have used their service ever since with no regrets.

The above questions do not address my concern. I had to answer - I would say poor quality if weeds dont die. I contacted Lawn doctor to do my lawn. I expected someone to at least meet me before they started and explain what I am paying for. The people come out leave a flag in the yard and thats it. There is no contact and when the weeds dont die I wonder if my entire yard is being done. I have asked for them to let me know when they are going to be here, so I can make sure where they are spraying. I dont expect them to contact me every time but at least once. The weeds are not dying in the backyard or side yard.

Just moved into my house and was calling around for lawn care. I got a hold of these guy and discovered they were familiar with my lawn as the previous owner had a contract with them. They immediately came out and got started with the proper application of product. Once the weather warmed up and the lawn came back to life, it is very lush and dark green. Lawn Doctor comes periodically to spray their magic on my lawn. Before Lawn Doctor, I got an HOA letter about once a month - the dreaded weed letter. I bought weed and feed, grass seed, sod, spray fertilizer, you name it and it changed little. I know I spent way more money DIY and my time, effort and sweat to get poor results, regardless of the brand name. Ill stick with Lawn Doctor for less money overall and way better results!

To save money, I had taken the do-it-yourself approach for many years, following the University of GA Extension Service instructions for fertilizing the lawn, and for weed control, but it never worked well on the weeds. Within the first year of service, Lawn Doctors fertilizer and weed control program worked wonders on my lawn. The weed problem has gone away, and is now under control. My lawn has never looked better. In fact, we have had several neighbors comment about how good our lawn looks! Additionally, Lawn Doctors technicians, and front office personnel are friendly, professional and great to work with. I have never had a compliant with their services. They call ahead so you know when they are coming to service your lawn, and show up. I have used Lawn Doctor for a while and had decent results. Lately the weeds have been out of control and I had to call for several re treats. I just thought it was the extra rain we were getting. They called ahead and stated they would be there Friday to treat. Friday I was working from home and witnessed the man come in my back yard and just sprinkle some fertilizer around my patio area. He didnt go anywhere near the edges, middle, or back of my yard. The area near my house is Bermuda and the back is fescue. He then left my yard and never returned. After 10 minutes I went to see where he went and he was gone. I called the office to verify what was supposed to be done with my lawn that day, and Shawn confirmed by his description, the man who serviced my lawn didnt even do half the work. He called the technician to come back out and stated the man didnt see any weeds so he didnt spray my yard. That I would have to go out back and point out the weeds to the technician. I offered to take pictures of the multiple different types of weeds and mushrooms growing. When the technician showed back up he openly admitted almost as soon as I opened the door he didnt spray my yard. He stated he had a rough morning and thought he had broken his foot. He then pointed at his foot and gimped away to spray. (Mind you his first visit which was 20 minutes prior he was walking fine) I tried to call the office 3 or 4 times the rest of the day to speak with Shawn who I originally had spoken to, so I could report the resolution, and let him know his technician was possibly injured. I was finally able to get ahold of someone today. Shawn did make it right and removed my charge but I have since canceled my yard. I feel as though they lost my trust. I paid a decent amount every spray and am not sure I was ever getting the full service I paid for all this time.

We called Lawn Doctor to diagnose the brown spots in our lawn. He advised us on how to fix the problem. His solutions were actions we would take on our own. He didnt charge us anything or suggest a solution that would involve paying for services. It was obvious that his focus was on the best solution, not just making money. Weve always had mosquito issues, which limits my wifes ability to enjoy the back yard - she is very allergic. The lawn doctor mosquito treatment solved our problem! for the first time, she was able to enjoy the back deck and yard without getting eaten alive.
