Highly recommend for bin rental. Very responsive and competitive rates

Used this company for a bin/trash removal. They were late picking up the bin, somehow got the dates wrong. I provided all required information, dates, credit card etc and they still got it wrong. Now after 3 months are contacting me for payment they did not procees,with an email payment reminder? How insulting, they have had the payment info since October, 2021. Highly unprofessional, would not recommend.

Texted mid-day on a Sunday for a bin rental the next morning and was replied to promptly - payment was quick via e-transfer and bin was placed correctly with no problems. This is the second bin we have rented for some renovations/house clean-up and the first time went just as seamlessly. Also had the best price from all of the quotes I received.

Very impressed with the refund I received. I honestly wasn't expecting anything back from the deposit amount I sent. Obviously trust is important to them.

We called this company many times asking for a quote to remove a large garden in out yard. They finally responded 2 weeks of us emailing and calling. Then they booked an appointment for today. They didn't give us a time. Just a day. we called and also emailed all day. My husband took the day off work to meet with them and they did not call us back or return our email. Horrible experience. My husband reminded me that we called them last year to ask for a quote for something else and didn't show up for that one either. what a terrible company. I'm surprised they are in business still.

When another company took our money for a dumpster we never received and we still desperately needed a dumpster, one call to Jonker's Lawn care and we had a dumpster in our lane-way within a half an hour! Called to have it emptied and to have another one for a week, no problem. Jonker's made sure to give us instructions to make sure it was accessible to remove the full one and to have a spot available for the new one. Great customer service!
