Agropro Lawn Care in Woodstock

I’ve used and recommended Agropro for 10 years, I read some reviews I’m not sure what people are looking for, I guess you get what you give. My lawn looks fantastic, they do a great job, email a report and stay on top of problems. I will continue to recommend Agropro to my clients and friends.

I asked to have a manager call me or somebody come out to visit my property because no matter how many times they treated my yard I had massive amounts of weeds choking out my grass. Their solution is to send the same technician out to treat the weeds they treated last time, but are still there. The fastest response I had was saying I wanted to cancel over email, and one minute later I get this: “The service has been canceled, thank you!”From Tyler Elrod. I also sent multiple emails to Katie Zook with no response.

We have been using Agropro on our lawn for over a year and it looks great! They took great care to provide the right service for our new sod. Services are pre planned with a text a few days before to verify the service date, which is such a nice feature!

AgroPro aerated and overseeded our yard. They were on time, reasonably priced for our large yard. What I appreciate most is the service team had a great attitude. I had a challenge that morning, and they were very patient and helpful. They went above & beyond, extra mile service, that was exceptional.

I used AgroPro at my last house for 5+ years. I asked for a quote for my new house and Kyle Confer quoted it high, which was fine, because he claimed more square footage than other companies that were quoting it. What bugged me was he had zero initiative to retain a customer by working with me at all. His aeration price was double the competitors and his lawn service price was 50% higher than competitors. He’s the “sales manager” but I’m not sure who taught him how to manage the sales of anything. The office manager has always been FANTASTIC to work with, as has the guys in the field but Kyle just cost AgroPro a loyal customer. I read the past couple reviews of AgroPro and it’s looking like I’m not the only one dissatisfied. Hope upper management takes notice of what’s going on.

Based upon my experience with this company, I strongly recommend not using Agropro for any lawn services. I have used this service for just over a year and during that time the lawn went from a beautiful, green lawn to a half bald lawn with many bare patches. Here is the deal breaker. When I noticed the poor condition of the lawn, I called the company and asked if they would send a technician out to look it over and make recommendations as to how to fix the problem. A few days later, a young man appeared and told me that he had received a note, "from the office" to stop by my house. I asked him what was wrong with the lawn and what steps his company could take to remedy the situation. He told me that he had no idea, that he had only been with the company for two weeks and he had stopped by only because he had been asked to stop by the "office". I called the company again, explained the situation and they told me someone would get back to me. A couple of days later, I received a phone call from someone who identified himself as one of the "owners" of the company. He proceeded to tell me all the things that were wrong with the lawn, e.g., too much shade, poor soil quality, not enough additional services such as aeration, etc., etc. He made this evaluation of the problem FROM THE COMFORT OF HIS OFFCE CHAIR not out looking at my lawn. Here is a good rule. When a company blames the customer for all and any issues having to do with the failures of their services - it's time to find a new company to work with. I called the Agropro offices later the day and asked them to discontinue their work for me and to refund the cost for the remainder of the year (as agreed to when I signed up and paid in advance for a year's worth of services). To add insult to injury, I made that call a month ago and am still waiting for the promised refund. Not receiving a timely refund is the reason that I decided to review the company

I was sent a email on November 18, 2020 asking for payment. I checked my statements from which all other companys mail me and have been getting since 2010 or before from Agropro. No statement so I placed a call to them and talked to Grace. By the way very rude and like someone that I would not let answer the phone if I owned the business. I asked if I owed a bill to them and she said yes. I said well I have not received my statement for it. She said that they have gone to emails with their new software and could not send out statements anymore. I said well I guess I need to find another Lawn Care service. She immediately ask do you want me to cancel your service or you do have one more treatment for this year do you want us to service it. I said no I don't want you to service my lawn anymore. Then I ask to speak to someone else like the owner or supervisor and she said I could not speak to anyone but her and hung up the phone on me.

Agropro is hands down the best lawn care company in Georgia. The service is amazing from beginning to end. Corey and his team deliver more than exceptional service every single time. You will not be disappointed!
