We were happy with Taurus until the owner gave our account to his son to play landscaper under Awtrey Outdoors and did not tell us. We got an invoice from a stranger telling us to just pay him. After confusion was settled, the new company has been subpar from there and our yard suffered in the process in terms of weeds growing back. While the work we had from Taurus was excellent, the way we were treated as a long-time customer is why I give 2 stars now. We are going to use someone else.

Taurus landscape is the best in the business. I ve been with them for 3 years and we couldn t be happier. Only company I ve ever delt with where the owner himself takes the time to visit the the property himself to make sure we are happy and that things are great. We recommend this company 1000%. Oh and btw unbeatable rates. If your not using them for all your lawn needs your missing out!!!

Haig and his crew from Taurus completley regraded our yard, installed new sod, adjusted drainage and repaired sprinklers. Even though the sod is brand new and not grown in, the yard already looks 100 times better. They were all great communicators and left everything perfectly clean. Ill post photos in about a month. Taurus Landscaping does a great job with major renovations, small jobs and maintenance. We initially hired them for a total renovation. Our property regularly flooded and therefore all of the planting and grass died. Taurus did a beautiful design, completely fixed the water problems (even our neighbors properties improved), installed sprinklers, removed dead trees and executed on the design plan flawlessly. The owner, Dave Awetry, regularly checked in on his team, and the job foreman, Haig, had a degree in landscaping. Haig and his crew worked hard, cleaned up every day and were extremely polite. Since the completion of the renovation, Taurus came back to address anything that was not perfect and replace any plants that did not thrive. They have also done a number of smaller jobs, like repairing or replacing fencing, power washing, etc. They also do weekly yard maintenance and make sure our gutters and downspouts are clean.

Taurus Landscape has been amazing from the start. I moved down to Roswell, GA about a year ago. I am originally from the Midwest and needless to say, we have a different type of grass up there. My neighbors were using David and his team (Blake is great). Their grass/yard looked much better than mine. Immediately, I signed Taurus to do my lawn. Everything from lawn care, to weed care, to my sprinklers. I am very specific about my lawn and they tend to each request with the proper attention. Same day and time each week. Highly recommend David and team.

I have worked with Dave & Taurus Landscaping for several years and they always hit the mark. His crews are super polite and always go the extra mile to make me happy. Dave is also super knowledgable about pretty much anything with landscaping and takes his business very serious. I text him all the time with goofy photos and questions and he always gets back with me promptly. I texted him yesterday (that would be a Sunday at 7am) with a question on a plant and he hit me right back with the answer Lorapetalum suzahl. Incredible. He must have gone to Landscaping College or something.

The Taurus Landscaping team is very professional and hands on. They did a great job making our backyard the best looking in our neighborhood. The retaining wall, fire pit and patio is amazing. The trees and plants put in by the team added extra beauty. What really stands out is the follow-up Dave and his team has done making sure the plants were/are healthy and the patio is in good shape. We love what Taurus (Dave and his team) Landscaping did for us! You will, too!

David and his crew have provided a wide variety of landscape services for us over the past three years: irrigation system upgrades, drainage, stone work, and landscape design and plantings installation throughout our property. He is very knowledgeable about both the aesthetics and realities of what will grow well in different areas. Our seasonal flowers--especially the tulips--look great. Were pleased with the work Taurus Landscape has done for us.

David just finished a complete redo of our muddy back yard, and we love it. Every element was done well - underground drainage, stacked stone walls, fieldstone patio, stone steps, landscape lighting, irrigation, extensive plantings, and, best of all, a waterfall! In the beginning I bombarded him with a stack of photos of what I liked, and he worked very hard to incorporate my ideas. We tweaked some things as we went along, and he was always responsive and easy to work with. His crew is extremely hard working and always left a clean job site at the end of the day. I can give David the very highest recommendation. Hopefully I can get him back soon to work some magic on my front yard!

I attempted the online inquiry form on their website and the submission would not work. I texted the number and got a response. They requested my email address, then no response after i texted it back. I responded again via text to ask if they were able to come out for the estimate. No response. Oh well.

I just want to say THANK YOU to Taurus Landscaping. The front entrance to our neighborhood looks great. The whole neighborhood has been commenting on how great it looks. Keep up the good work.

We had severe flooding in our back yard that sits at the bottom of a hill. The yard would flood several inches when storms came through which in turn flooded our basement. I called Taurus and David came out immediately to give me a very fair quote. A storm was coming in that weekend so he marked the yard then and there made sure his crew was onsite the next day. While other companies quoted much higher (probably seeing me as an easy target) AND said they couldn t do anything for me for at least 2 weeks, David rearranged his teams to fit me in and not only showed up the next day but finished before the storm hit. They were at my house bright and early and worked late to make sure it was ready- and it was beautiful work to boot! David is a really stand up individual, his ethic and commitment shines through his team s work. Highly recommend!

Ive been using Taurus Landscape for a lot longer than Ive been writing reviews of businesses on Google. Dont know why its taken me 4 years to get around to it. But, here goes my 5-Star review for David and his crew. If you just want someone to cut your lawn, do some edging, and spruce up a few plants you already have, plenty of places can handle that for you. What David brings to the table (to the patio? grin) is an extensive working knowledge of soil, grass, plants, and trees that you get to tap into for whatever improvement or maintenance you need. His encyclopedic command of all things landscaping would not be of any use if he wasnt also atuned to what looks great. He has a superior design asthetic with an attention to details that you or I might overlook. He has a skilled, reliable crew that follow his example of being thorough no matter how big or small the job. Its been a real pleasure working with David. Theres an ease that is such a welcome difference from other service providers of equal company size. I know that whatever my question or issue might be, David will have the answer or solution.

In the beginning there was a big job. Taurus had to dig out roots of a fallen Maple tree and aerate, lay some top soil and seed. They were on the high side of the bids but we liked Dave. He has been our lawn guy for the last6 years or so. Lately, his crew overseeded, had tons of weed and the lawn went from the best in the neighborhood to the worst. Biggest issue is Dave has not returned and phone calls. If the situation corrects itself I will repost. As Promised. If Taurus corrected the situation I would repost. I consider David a friend. He went above and beyond trying to remedy the problems of my lawn. I would highly recommend his company. You find out more about a company when there are weeds and what they do to remedy. So happy with the results, we had grass planted last year and due to the drought and very hot weather it all died, I did not reach out to the company because I felt it wasnt their fault, but the owner made it his priority to reach out to me and replant free of charge. Amazing customer service!!
