Elite was a pleasure to work with from start to finish for our big backyard project. Communication was easy, they showed up on time and consistently, all subcontractors were professional, and we love the final product. Would do business with them again.

Earlier this year in March, Dan came out to assess some areas in my zeon zoysia lawn that needed repair. It was a bit too early in the year to work with that particular grass. He said that a June time frame would be about right. Tom and Grant showed up today to perform the work. They did an excellent job! Even adjusted my sprinkler pattern!! Very friendly and hard-working men. Just guys that you could relate to and greatly appreciate. Thanks to everyone at Elite for the excellent service and staff!

Elite Landscaping recently completed repairs on existing stone walls, created new stone buttresses and cleaned and repaired a concrete pond and waterfall for us. They were responsive, professional, on time and on budget. The were courteous and thoughtful of every detail. The workmanship was skilled and of the highest quality. I would give them 10 stars out of 5!

An incredibly professional, innovative, and high quality company! Doug along with Greg and the rest of the team are honest, kind, and amazing people with whom to work. They came up with creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions that I didnt even realize would be an issue. My dog damaged part of the project before everything was even finished. They repaired it at no extra charge to me, even though it was my dogs fault. I could write an essay on the professionalism, kindness, honesty, and high quality of this company. Many years ago, we had a contractor install a couple of wooden retaining walls and a set of stairs in our sloping backyard so we could get started with our raised bed vegetable garden. Fast forward to present, the wood was beginning to warp and wear out. We got quotes from multiple companies but found Elites quote the most reasonable. We worked with Matt who walked us through the process, the various choices of material (we went with stone), etc. Once the project was underway (it was a days work), he kept checking in through the day, making sure that we were informed on everything. After the project was completed, we realized that the arrangement of stones in the retaining walls wasnt as uniform as we liked. I talked to Matt and he brought in the entire team on another day, and they rearranged the stones to our liking. And we werent charged a single extra penny. I was so touched and deeply appreciative of this gesture. Needless to say, we enjoy our garden a lot more these days. The retaining walls and the stone staircase are both beautiful!

We had a major renovation of a nature trail in our community that we have been trying to find the right crew for a long time. Working with Doug was one of the best experiences you could ask for, he was extremely professional, honest in every aspect of the business and our conversations, and accountable throughout the entire project. Dougs team did an AMAZING job with our project and our community could not be happier. Not to mention Doug took accountability for things we would have never even noticed to make sure the job was done to absolute perfection and satisfaction. If you have a project big or small, I would work with this team, they will make sure you are well taken care of and beyond satisfied. Could not recommend this team any higher.

This was my first time using Elite Landscaping and I was impressed with their quality and professionalism. Doug came out and listened to my requests, discussed options and delivered a quote within the time frame he estimated. His crew arrived on the day they were scheduled right on time. They took great care unloading and planting new trees, laying sod and installing a dry river bed with a drain box and line. They had some sod left over from the front yard and took it upon themselves to lay it over the dirt when they filled in the drain line on the side of my home. I was impressed with their hard work, attention to detail and integrity. Ill call them for my future landscape projects.

I have used Elite Landscaping Services since 2011. These guys took an unusable sloping backyard and transformed it into our own private park including a 600 square foot patio with stack stone walls, a fire pit, a bocce court and a 2200 square feet flat, grass area (zoysia). The entire backyard is beautifully landscaped with various plantings including flowering bushes, trees and perennials. I also use their lawn treatment and trees/bushes maintenance program to keep everything looking beautiful. Last week they completed a front yard renovation which involved removing junipers and ground cover on a sloping hill in front of the house and installed a natural stone wall and various plantings. The curb appeal has been enhanced by a factor of 10. I highly recommend these guys for any of your hard scape or soft scape needs. Doug Presley is great to work with. The quality of their work is outstanding.

Matt sat down with us and created a plan fo our backyard that combined our vision and his expertise to deliver a backyard oasis that exceeded our expectations. I can t say enough about the crew at Elite, they are timely, efficient, diligent and they care about your property as evidenced by the meticulous clean up job. Projects around the home are not always fun, but this was one project that we enjoyed both the process and the outcome as our vision came to life! We are so glad we picked Elite!

We had some large landscaping/hardscape services done. They were thorough, punctual, professional and considerate. They took extra steps in aspects of the design and implementation that went above and beyond the scope of what they required to do. Something as small as taking extra time to level the ground for a new location for our kids trampoline goes a long way. I would highly recommend them for any landscape needs from large projects to normal maintenance.

Elite Landscape just completed an amazing installation of landscape, sod and lighting that has elevated the look of my home to the point that neighbors are stopping and complimenting me on how great it looks. Doug and his crew are the best contractors I have ever worked with. (I rarely write reviews, but Elite Landscape Services is worth it.) They installed a large retaining wall, walkway, backyard patio, and a new fire pit with seating. They took an undesirable, unusable back yard space and created an outdoors that draws our family and friends to the outside for years to come. On top of that they filled a sinkhole and poured a new driveway, with plenty of space for vehicles and our boys basketball hoop. The quality was top notch and at a fair price. The schedule was adhered to (summer thunderstorms permitting!), the workers were courteous and accommodating, and we were communicated to regarding next milestones and timeline almost on a daily basis. Doug and team are honest and fair. Follow ups, our change controls, and punch list items were addressed in a very timely manner. Elite Landscape Services was recommended to us by neighbors and we have, in turn, done the same. Look no further....Doug and crew are your last call!

Elite Landscape is an outstanding company to work with! We have contracted with Elite four times to create beautiful landscapes in our yard. I have been a customer of Elite Landscape Services for almost 20 years, for a pond , patio, landscape and sprinkler system installation, and ongoing lawn maintenance. They have always provided me with excellent and professional service, responding quickly to any problems that surface and addressing any new needs.

Elite Landscaping does quality work at a very affordable price. We have had two projects completed by them (retaining wall and deck) and we love both of them. Doug is very professional, courteous and responsive. He is very easy to work with and always makes sure the customer is happy.

I got Doug in to quote because of the job I saw his crew do on my neighbor s place. I thought they would be out of my price range because the work was so nicely done. But they weren t so we went with them. Can t say enough about what an awesome job they did. They put in a big flight of stone stairs, ran a dry creek bed to fix the erosion problem I had that was getting worse with every rainstorm, paved under my deck and ran a path around to a 15 fire pit area which they paved and built the pit. They were helpful in getting the right solution to fit my budget offering different materials and options. They were on time, got the job done quickly and the quality was top notch. I totally recommend them. You won t be disappointed.

Elite did a beautiful stone walk down the side of our house & helped put a huge tree rootball back in its hole. Doug Presley and his crew were very responsive and attentive. Professional job for very reasonable cost. Refreshing in this day & age. Would definitely recommend.

Junk employees

I am updating our review to add another project to the list! Elite Landscaping added a deck to the patio they had recently installed. The price blew the competition out of the water and craftsmanship was top-notch. They added a difficult curve to the deck to match the curve of the patio - it looks phenomenal. Shortly after completing the deck, we noticed that two of our neighbors who saw the work quickly booked work with landscaping to update the replace their own decks! Doug and Elite Landscaping recently replaced an old, uneven brick patio with a new paver patio. They worked with us through several design iterations to get us to a plan that met our needs and stayed within our budget. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and the crew left our yard looking beautiful. This is the second job we ve contracted with Elite Landscaping, and we will continue to use them for projects in the future.

Cant say enough about the service and the convenience of this company. Every appointment was on time, price was awesome, everyone was courteous, and scheduling was never an issue. The quality and efficiency of work was also top notch. Our retaining wall project was a big job and the crew was extremely friendly, careful and quick...and the cleaned up as they went. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone!

This company is far from elite. In a nutshell I had this company several months ago. I had $80,000 worth of professional landscaping that I needed this company to maintain. After several months they ruined it all and most of my landscaping is now gone. The original problems are still there and when asked to address those issues their employee Jared was very combative and argumentative with me. After months of text documentation of just how unhappy I was, I decided to cancel. They actually have the audacity to continue to bill me for their crappy service. I had showed them my blueprints so they would be knowledgeable of my shrubbery and still managed to ruin it all. How can a company continue to charge a customer in a situation like this? Kristy then told me if I do not pay she will send my account to collections. So do yourself a favor stay away from this company and find yourself a real landscaping business.

Do a great job

As a resident in a neighborhood contracted with Elite, I know that our HOA president as well as the board have personally met with the owner to discuss the grievances shared by many within the neighborhood. I personally left a call for Doug last Tuesday, of which I still have not received a reply. When I arrived home today, luckily the crew was still servicing some of the yards, so that I could confront them and ask why my yard was being ignored for the second week in a row. The crew lead did come over to mow the yard, but only want to provide excuses that were of no relevance as to why it had not been done. The workmanship is in a category of laziness and the workload appears to be more than they are capable of handling. Perhaps in a one-on-one situation they perform better, but certainly not in mass quantity. Nonetheless, the majority of my neighborhood are more than displeased with the service, well, we should say the lack of service.

Very professional staff and great company to do business with. The pricing of the project was very reasonable and competitive. The quality of the work is outstanding. The staff is very friendly. Greg (the project manager) was a great communicator between me and the crew that did the work to make my dream happen in my backyard. I will recommend Elite landscaping services to every friend and family I know if they ever wanted to have project done in their backyard.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Elite Landscaping. We recently finished up a large backyard project and the process was practically seamless from start to finish. First and foremost, Elite Landscaping comes to you with a ton of experience - they know their stuff. During the planning phase Doug brought a ton of great ideas and dedicated a lot of time talking through our options while being respectful of our budget and needs. After that, the team kept us informed throughout the whole process which helped our comfort-level considerably during this large project. I also have to commend the awesome crew who was working on our project day-to-day. They treated our yard very respectfully, cleaning up the job site daily and clearly taking pride in their work. The end result was amazing! Elite Landscaping does very high-quality work, at a competitive price, and are a great group to work with to boot. What more could you ask for?
