I have had Pineda Tree Service out to our property several times. Salomon and his crew are true professionals. They show up on time and complete their work as quoted. Salomon and his team did excellent work removing a number of large eucalyptus trees that posed fire risks. They coordinated with the crane service, provided insurance details, met the timeline and followed through on stump grinding and post tree removal clean up. Would recommend highly.

Pineda is our go-to for all major tree work! We've enjoyed his quality of work, and very competitive pricing for many years, from pruning 130' tall trees, to the recent complex removal of a large oak growing through a cut-out hole in our roof. Delighted to offer a 5 star rating for Pineda Tree Service. I am further delighted to see that so many others feel the same way. The crew recently completed a major tree removal project caused by high winds that uprooted three trees and destroyed another but left it standing. The yard after the storm was a complete disaster. In the end Pineda left it looking great and even removed debris that had landed in the Koi Pond. The second encounter was for a general yard cleanup with some minor tree work. What was so impressive was how sympathetic they were at trimming branches and pruning. Other companies might have just cut the entire branch. But just cutting branches can be detrimental to the tree and have consequences years later. They cleaned up the trees in an artistic manner without further damaging the tree or causing it stress. So happy to have worked with Pineda and his crew and would never consider anyone else!
They came out after finishing their workday to rescue an athletic indoor kitty who got herself stuck in a 150’ redwood tree. They were caring and dedicated and really went outside their job responsibility to safely bring the kitty down. Professional and empathetic. Highly recommend for any tree work you need.
Went out in my backyard this morning and discovered that a tree along my rear Fenceline had split and half of it was leaning in such a way as to threaten the fence and some pool equipment. Given that this was likely caused by the recent storms and that there are more storms coming, I was in quite a hurry to get someone out to take a look and fix it. I called several tree services, Saloman Pineda responded almost immediately and was able to come out within 30 minutes which I very much appreciated. He and his crew removed the affected tree and trimmed its neighbors quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up the job site very nicely, which was an added bonus. I felt that the price they charged was fair but admittedly am not an expert-everything seems very expensive in the bay area these days! I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Great job! Did exactly what they said they would do. Very careful cleanup. I think the price was quite reasonable and Soloman actually reduced it from the estimate. It was a lot of work and they did it all in a day. Everyone was super cheerful and polite and we stopped to watch the eclipse (through appropriate glasses!), too!
Excellent work by Pineda to trim three very large cedar trees with decades of overgrowth . Results were three splendid beautiful cedar trees. Crew did excellent work then complete cleanup and no damage to surrounding landscape. Highly recommend Pineda.

We had a tree hang up in a storm. If it took out the tree it was leaning on, it would have fallen on a neighbors house. Pineda recognized the danger and came in the rain to do the work the next day. They had a large crew that worked very carefully in a precarious situation. They did an excellent job of cleanup. I would definitely use them again and again.
We contacted Soloman about the removal of two very large eucalyptus trees located next to our house. Soloman was able to fit into his schedule promptly and was very familiar with the town permit requirements. His crew was professional and left the job tidy and clean. We are more than satisfied with the work and would recommend Pineda Tree to others.

Pineda Tree Service is the best in the area. By far he provides the best value for the price. Salomons crew are all very skilled and friendly. The ground crew chipped and hauled the broken limbs and brush left from our 2023 long winters storms, and totally cleaned up the work area. The tree climbers, Samuel, Junio, and Pablo, are every bit as good as certified arborists we have used in the past. They have both the practical and artistic skill to make our trees look great while removing excess wind load. With other tree services in the past, I have had to point out details they overlooked and spend a lot of time on quality control. Salomon takes care of all that, and with no surprises! Pineda tree service did a superb job removing a very large Oak that fell in our yard. They arrived within an hour, took two full days to clear the debris, and left the scene spotless. Despite the size of the fallen tree and the poor weather, they pulled it off with absolutely no collateral damage to fences, structures, and other landscaping. They were great!

This Service came highly recommended by all of our neighbors. We were told it was the only tree service you should consider. This is completely true. The team showed up on time and immediately got down to work. They were polite, professional, efficient and very respectful of our grounds. Our trees look amazing! We had 4 very large pines and one tall stump close to our home (one of them having most of its branches directly above the house). Pineda Tree service removed them safely and quickly, cleaned up our lot nicely. Mr. Pineda takes care of the safety of his workers and the property. He communicated with us throughout the process and gave us advise for future. Even our neighbors were impressed by how well his team handled a complex job. At the same time, his offer was priced very competitively. We would do business with him again any day.
Hard working and professional crew removed several very tall dead trees that were near buildings. Perfect job, never endangered the buildings. I was particularly impressed with their attention to safety, especially the safety of the crew.

Really pleased. Solomon was immediately responsive. He called back, was in the area and I had an estimate the same day. ( I know that is unusual.) More to the point, he asked telling, insightful, and intelligent questions. He wanted to be sure that I was aware of what one particular trimming project would entail. His bid was quite reasonable - I had already talked with three other people and wasnt happy with them. He had the work done in a few days, it was a small job and Im quite happy with it. (Cant give five stars for something this small!)

Pineda Tree Service trimmed several oak trees and a very overgrown Japanese Magnolia for us, as well as removing a diseased oak from our property. (Of 3 companies who gave us estimates, they were the only one to identify the Sudden Oak Death disease afflicting this oak, which might have infected all the others if not removed.) They were very pleasant and professional to work with and did an outstanding job for us. Very careful, conscientious, took obvious pride in doing their work well, and seemed very knowledgeable on how things should be done. Reasonably priced. We highly recommend them.
