Abysmal customer service. Every time I have scheduled an appointment they are hours late or don’t show up at all with no notice. Will not be using them again.
Ferta-Lawn has taken care of our yard for a couple of years. We had so many weeds, including morning glory, and they’ve done a great job getting them under control! We’ve even called them to ask for tips on things WE could do to have a nicer lawn. We also have pets and have never had any issue after a treatment by Ferta-Lawn. We highly recommend them and have given their info to family and friends looking for help with their lawns.

We planted a new lawn in late May and our grass has looked awesome ever since Ferta Lawn has been doing applications. We also had them apply the Hydretain and our water bill has barely increased (we only have culinary water in our city so it’s more expensive than Weber water) while staying super green and lush all summer. It is money well spent to use Ferta Lawn instead of trying to do it myself. Great prices and great service. Dave and his team are top notch!

Ferta Lawn has been spraying my lawn for almost 20 years. I always get compliments on how green my grass is! If I ever have a question I know that I can call their office and Leslie will take the time to answer them. They are truly the best! PS, I LOVE that they also spray for bugs around my home's perimeter
There are so many lawn care companies and we really wanted to use a locally owned business. As I was looking for a company, Ferta-Lawn came up in my search. They had a 5 star rating, although not many reviews, so I called them. Excellent customer service, quick response. Chris came and walked our property then gave us his recommendations, not pushy at all, just very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We signed on for his recommended service and we could not be more excited about how our lawn looks! Weeds are dying and the lawn is more green, thick and beautiful than it’s been in years! The customer service is top notch from the office to the follow up and the treatments. Extremely thorough. I would highly recommend Ferta-Lawn!
During the drought put down application prior to secondary water turn on. Burnt up my lawn. Office personnel not helpful.
As of 3-15-23 Ferta-Lawn is the reason I do not worry as much about my lawn yellowing from drought because I am signed up for their Hydretain application. There was a noticeable improvement in my lawns visible health last year when compared to the year before; so much so that this year I signed up for additional tree-care & pest-mitigation services because I trust that the products they use will be effective for more than just my lawn.
I ve used them for my parents house and then my own house so over 15 years and they are great. Very professional, do it correctly and always check your lawn before they spray so they know they are using the correct stuff to better your grass and yard.

I cant believe that there is finally a reasonable company to deal with in the yard care industry. Mowing the lawn is tough enough, then you have to keep it green too?!?! I tried following the name brand bagged fertilizer monthly/weekly schedule and either messed up the order or purchased the wrong bag for that week. Constantly going back and forth to the store. What a waste and a headache. LUCKILY I came across Ferta-Lawn. They are the Tylenol to my yard headache and my goodness, they are extra strength. It was extremely easy to book the first appointment with them, choose my plan, and they kept track of the rest of it for me! The yellow dry spots are gone, my headache is gone, and Ive never had a better yard. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for all of my outdoor yard need!

We have used Ferta for two years now. We used to have a lawn that didnt look all that great... now, it looks lush, green, and beautiful thanks to them. They also stand by their work!! This year, after our first application... I think the rain may have gotten to our lawn too soon after our application (thats a guess of mine). We called Ferta and let them know that the application didnt seem to work as well as it did last year. So they drove down to Layton from Woods Cross (not a short drive by any means) and put another application on for us without charge. They stand by their work, and their work is great. The people who have come out have always been friendly and very diligent with making sure they were thorough with their work. We will use Ferta every year. Thank you for your service and for our beautiful lawn!

Our lawn has taken a drastic change for the better when we got on Ferta-Lawn s program and followed the tips they provide about proper watering and mowing. We have also done foundation treatments, dormant oil treatments, deep root treatments, and NRS treatments. We ve been extremely happy and the office is always friendly.

Fertalawn is awesome! Ive been using them for a couple of years now. My yard in North Salt Lake was fabulous! I moved in July to West Point. I was afraid they may not cover the area. But to my surprise they did! They made the transfer seamless! My new yard needs a lot of help, but they have been wonderful this whole summer. I even have neighbors coming up and asking me how I transformed my yard so quickly! Im taking the credit! Lol, but Fertalawn has a big part in it! Iwhole heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful yard!

Ferta-lawn did a double application of chemicals in July that immediately killed our grass. We had a wedding reception in our backyard in August and even after calling for help they blamed us for their issues and never helped to restore our lawn. I had to go to another company for help in getting it ready for the wedding. I was with this company for years and am very disappointed in their customer service. When I sent in a cancellation I received rude emails again blaming me for their mistakes. Unecessary and unwarranted. Horrible customer service.
